1. after the system distributes the speaking right, the system informs the information of the granted speaking right to the user terminal applying the speaking right, and simultaneously informs all other users (client terminals) in the talkback group of the information of the user terminal obtaining the speaking right control, so that the other users can monitor the media activity of the user terminal in real time, realize real-time listening, more approach to the natural communication mode of people, can speak when wanting to speak, and have no background sound when not wanting to speak.
2. After receiving a one-time speaking right request sent by a user terminal, the system automatically completes the subsequent operations of giving, depriving, queuing, applying, releasing and the like of the speaking right, does not need to press a talk-back key for speaking for a long time, and does not influence the normal work of a user.
3. The system is provided with a speech right management authority which can release the speech right of the user terminal with the speech right according to the requirements of the speech right management authority, so that the priority user can conveniently carry out speech right robbery, and if someone talks all the time and needs to speak in emergency, the system can apply for the speech right robbery and directly speak.
4. The system is provided with speaking right timing management, the speaking right is managed by utilizing the speaking right timing to carry out timing, and after the timing reaches the configuration time, the speaking right is automatically released, so that the situation that the speaking right is infinitely occupied due to the fact that a person mistakenly presses an speaking key or even the hardware of the speaking key is bad, and no person can speak is avoided.

Claims (9)

1. An intelligent speaking right real-time talkback implementation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
setting a certain number of speaking rights for each talkback group;
after receiving a speaking right request sent by a user terminal, distributing speaking rights according to the number of the current remaining idle speaking rights in the talkback group;
when the number of the idle talk right currently remaining in the talkback group meets the allocation of the talk right request, allocating the talk right to the user terminal, informing the user terminal of the information of the granted talk right, and broadcasting the information of the talk right control acquired by the user terminal to the client terminal in the talkback group;
when the number of the current remaining free speaking rights does not meet the allocation of the speaking right request, the information of failed speaking right application or the information of queuing is notified to the user terminal;
after receiving the information of granting the speaking right, the user terminal uploads the media data to be played to a media server;
after receiving information that a user terminal obtains a talk right control, a client terminal in the talkback group generates a dedicated decoding module and a virtual playing channel for the user terminal, decodes media data of the corresponding user terminal in the media server by using the decoding module, sends the decoded media data to the corresponding virtual playing channel, and plays the media data in the client terminal;
the user terminal and the client terminal form an intercommunication group based on the Internet public network; and the number of the first and second electrodes,
after receiving the information of the speaking right control obtained by a plurality of user terminals, the client terminal respectively generates a dedicated decoding module and a virtual playing channel for the plurality of user terminals, decodes the media data of the plurality of corresponding user terminals in the media server by using the plurality of decoding modules, and sends the decoded media data to the plurality of corresponding virtual playing channels; and mixing the media data in the virtual playing channels, delivering the mixed media data to real playing equipment of the client terminal, and performing mixed-sound playing on the media data of the client terminals.
2. The method for implementing intelligent speaking right real-time talkback according to claim 1, characterized in that:
when the number of the remaining idle speaking right does not meet the allocation of the speaking right request, the information which is queuing is informed to the user terminal which requests the speaking right, and the speaking right request of the user terminal is listed in a queuing queue;
and when the speaking right request of the user terminal is positioned at the highest priority of the queuing queue and the quantity of the current remaining idle speaking rights meets the distribution of the speaking right request of the user terminal with the highest priority, distributing the speaking right, informing the user terminal of the information of granting the speaking right, and broadcasting the information of acquiring the speaking right control by the user terminal to the client terminal.
3. The method for implementing intelligent speaking right real-time talkback as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the queuing queue is arranged according to time sequence and/or according to the authority size.
4. The method for implementing intelligent speaking right real-time intercommunication according to claim 1, further comprising: and setting a speaking right management authority, and releasing the speaking right of the user terminal according to the speaking right management authority in the process that the user terminal enjoys the speaking right.
5. The method for implementing intelligent speaking right real-time intercommunication according to claim 1, further comprising: and setting speaking right timing management, timing the speaking right after the speaking right is granted, and automatically releasing the speaking right after the timing reaches the configuration time.
6. The method for implementing intelligent speaking right real-time talkback according to claim 1, characterized in that: the number of currently remaining free talk spurts is equal to the set number of talk spurts minus the number of currently assigned talk spurts.

The method for implementing intelligent speaking right real-time talkback according to claim 6, characterized in that after receiving a speaking right request sent by a user terminal, the speaking right is distributed according to the number of the currently remaining idle speaking rights, including;
the number of the current remaining idle speaking right is n, n is more than or equal to 1, the number of the current remaining idle speaking right meets the allocation of the speaking right request, the speaking right is allocated, and the number of the speaking right is reduced to n-1;
the number of the idle speaking right left currently is n, n is 0, and the number of the idle speaking right left currently does not meet the allocation of the speaking right request.
8. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the method comprises: when the set number of the speaking right is infinite, any user terminal does not need to queue and directly obtains the information of the speaking right.
9. The method for implementing intelligent speaking right real-time talkback according to claim 1, characterized in that: the user terminal and the client terminal are intelligent machines connected to the Internet public network.
