the receiving unit 601 is further configured to receive, through the access setting interface, information of a pre-authorized account input by a user and an access authority setting instruction for setting an access authority for the pre-authorized account;

In the embodiment of the invention, the pre-authorization account is set and the access authority of the pre-authorization account is set, the pre-authorization account can acquire the shared data sent by the first terminal equipment, and the privacy of the user can be ensured by setting the access authority.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides another terminal device, as shown in fig. 8, including:
a sending unit 801, configured to send a location obtaining instruction including at least one target account to a server;
a receiving unit 802, configured to receive shared data sent by the server according to the location acquisition instruction, where the shared data includes at least location data of the first terminal device when sending the shared data to the server and account information registered by the first terminal device, the first terminal device is a device that registers the target account, and the location data includes at least longitude and latitude data of the first terminal device at the current time;
a generating unit 803, configured to generate a shared location map according to the shared data;
a display unit 804, configured to display the shared location map, where the shared location map includes the account information, and location information and time information of the first terminal device when transmitting the shared data to the server.
The specific implementation method is the same as the method for sharing location information in fig. 2, and is not described herein again.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the second terminal device sends the position acquisition instruction containing at least one target account to the server, the shared position map is generated according to the shared data sent by the server, and the user can check the positions of the first terminal device at different moments through the shared position map.
The embodiment of the present invention provides a method for setting time for sending shared data to a server on the basis of the previous embodiment, and the method specifically includes: the receiving unit 802 is further configured to receive a password verification instruction sent by the server;
the transmitting unit 801 is further configured to transmit authentication information for the password authentication instruction to the server.
The embodiment of the invention can ensure the safety of the user position information and is simple to realize.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal device, as shown in fig. 9, including: a processor 901, memory 902, input device 903, and output device 904; wherein the memory 902 can be used for cache memory required by the processor 901 to execute data processing, and can also be used for providing storage space for data called by the processor 901 to execute data processing and obtained result data; the input device 903 is used for receiving an access setting instruction, a time setting instruction, and the like of a user; the output device 904 is configured to send a verification setting instruction, an access right setting instruction, and the like to the server;
the processor 901 is configured to monitor, by a first terminal device, whether a current time reaches a preset condition;
if yes, acquiring shared data of the first terminal device at the current time, wherein the shared data at least comprises position data of the first terminal device when the shared data is sent and account information logged by the first terminal device, and the position data at least comprises longitude and latitude data of the first terminal device at the current time;
and sending the shared data to a server.
The first terminal device may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, an implantable device, a wearable device, and the like, and the implantable device may be a chip implanted in a human body, and the like. The preset condition may be that the current time is one of preset time points, for example, the user sets every hour from nine am to six pm of each day as a preset time point, and when the current time is one of the preset time points, the preset condition is reached. The preset condition may be that the first terminal device receives a positioning request from a server or another terminal device, and requests the first terminal device to send the current location information to the server. The preset conditions of the embodiment of the present invention are not limited to these two.
The shared data at least includes location data of the first terminal device when sending the shared data and account information registered by the first terminal device, and the location data at least includes longitude and latitude data of the first terminal device at the current time. The shared data may also include identification information of the first terminal device, such as a brand, a model, and the like. The location data may be location information determined by the first terminal device through a positioning function, and the location information may be data of a real-time map of the first terminal device at the current time. The specific mode can be as follows: after detecting that the positioning function of the first terminal equipment is in a starting state, positioning the geographical position of the first terminal equipment through the positioning function of the first terminal equipment; after detecting that the positioning function of the first terminal device is in an un-started state, the positioning function of the first terminal device is started to position the geographic position of the first terminal device, and then the positioning function is closed.
In the embodiment of the invention, after monitoring that the current time reaches the preset condition, the first terminal device sends the position data and the login account information of the first terminal device to the server, and sends a verification setting instruction to the server to indicate that the server sends the shared data to the second terminal device sending the verification information after receiving the verification information specified by the verification setting instruction. The second terminal equipment can check the position information of the first terminal equipment at any time through the server. By the method, the information security of the first terminal equipment can be ensured, and the second terminal equipment can acquire the position information of the first terminal equipment.
The embodiment of the present invention provides a method for sending a verification setting instruction to a server on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, which includes the following steps: the processor 901 is further configured to send a verification setting instruction to the server, where the verification setting instruction instructs the server to send the shared data to a second terminal device that sends the verification information after receiving the verification information specified by the verification setting instruction.
The embodiment of the invention can ensure the safety of the user position information and is simple to realize.
The embodiment of the present invention provides a method for setting time for sending shared data to a server on the basis of the previous embodiment, and the method specifically includes: the processor 901 is further configured to receive a time setting instruction, where the time setting instruction specifies a date when the first terminal device transmits the shared data to the server, and a start-stop time and a transmission interval of the shared data in the date.
In the embodiment, the user can set the time for sending the shared data to the server according to the needs of the user, so that the requirements of different users are met, and the energy consumption is reduced.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for setting a pre-authorized user on the basis of the previous embodiment, which specifically comprises the following steps: the processor 901 is further configured to display an access setting interface specified by the access setting instruction;
receiving information of a pre-authorized account input by a user and an access authority setting instruction for setting access authority of the pre-authorized account through the access setting interface;
and sending the information of the pre-authorized account and the access authority setting instruction to the server, wherein the access authority setting instruction indicates that the server sends the shared data to a second terminal device according to a position obtaining instruction and the access authority setting instruction after receiving the position obtaining instruction sent by the second terminal device through the pre-authorized account, and the second terminal device is a device for logging in the pre-authorized account.
In the embodiment of the invention, the pre-authorization account is set and the access right of the pre-authorization account is set, the pre-authorization account can acquire the shared data sent by the first terminal equipment, and the safety of the position information can be ensured.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides another terminal device, as shown in fig. 10, including:
a processor 1001, a memory 1002, an input device 1003, and an output device 1004; the memory 1002 may be used for a cache required by the processor 1001 to perform data processing, and may also be used to provide a storage space for data called by the processor 1001 to perform data processing and obtained result data; the input device 1003 is used for receiving shared data, password verification instructions and the like sent by the server; the output device 1004 is used for sending a position acquisition instruction to the server, displaying a shared position map, and the like;
the processor 1001 is configured to send a location obtaining instruction including at least one target account to a server;
receiving shared data sent by the server according to the location acquisition instruction, where the shared data at least includes location data of the first terminal device when sending the shared data to the server and account information registered by the first terminal device, the first terminal device is a device for registering the target account, and the location data at least includes longitude and latitude data of the first terminal device at the current time;
generating a shared position map according to the shared data;
and displaying the shared location map, wherein the shared location map includes the account information, and location information and time information of the first terminal device when transmitting the shared data to the server.
The second terminal device may be a mobile phone, a tablet wearable device, or the like. The target account number may be a mobile phone number, an account number of an application, such as a micro signal, and the like. The location obtaining instruction may include time information, where the time information specifies that the second terminal device obtains shared data of the target account within a certain time period. For example, the location obtaining instruction may instruct the server to send three to four shared data to the second terminal device, where the shared data is sent by a first terminal device, and the first terminal device is a device that logs in the target account. The number of the target account numbers may be multiple, and the location obtaining instruction may include multiple target account numbers.
The shared data at least includes location data of the first terminal device when sending the shared data to the server and account information registered by the first terminal device, the first terminal device is a device for registering the target account, and the location data at least includes longitude and latitude data of the first terminal device at the current time. And the server sends corresponding shared data according to the information contained in the position acquisition instruction. For example, the server receives a position acquisition instruction sent by the second terminal device, where the position acquisition instruction instructs acquisition of shared data sent by the first terminal device at three to four points, and the server sends the shared data sent by the first terminal device at three to four points to the second terminal device. The shared data may include shared data sent by different terminal devices. For example, the shared data may include shared data of the first terminal device and the third terminal device.
And extracting position data in the shared data, and generating a shared position map according to the position data. The specific mode may be that longitude and latitude data of each time point and the corresponding time point of the first terminal device are extracted from the position data, a map to be displayed is determined according to the longitude and latitude data, and finally the position of the first terminal device at each time point is marked and corresponding time point information is displayed at the corresponding position. For example, the terminal device extracts five time points from the location data, each time point corresponds to one geographic coordinate, determines a map area including the five geographic coordinates according to the five geographic coordinates, and marks the five geographic coordinates and the corresponding time point on the map area. In the embodiment of the present invention, a shared location map including the location information of different terminal devices and corresponding time information may be generated according to shared data sent by the different terminal devices. For example, after acquiring the shared data of the first terminal device and the third shared data of the third terminal device, which are sent by the server, the two shared data are combined to generate one shared location map, in the same manner as described above.
The shared location map may include the account information, and location information and time information of the first terminal device when transmitting the shared data to the server. In this embodiment, the position information of the plurality of terminal devices can be simultaneously acquired and the position information of the plurality of terminal devices at different time points can be displayed on the same map.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the second terminal device sends the position acquisition instruction containing at least one target account to the server, the shared position map is generated according to the shared data sent by the server, and the user can check the positions of the first terminal device at different moments through the shared position map.
The embodiment of the present invention provides a method for setting time for sending shared data to a server on the basis of the previous embodiment, and the method specifically includes: the processor 1001 is further configured to receive a password authentication instruction sent by the server;
and sending authentication information aiming at the password authentication instruction to the server.
The embodiment of the invention can ensure the safety of the user position information and is simple to realize.
As shown in fig. 11, for convenience of description, only the parts related to the embodiment of the present invention are shown, and details of the specific technology are not disclosed, please refer to the method part in the embodiment of the present invention. The terminal device may be any terminal device including a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), a POS (Point of Sales), a vehicle-mounted computer, and the like, taking the terminal device as the mobile phone as an example:
fig. 11 is a block diagram showing a partial structure of a cellular phone related to a terminal device provided in an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 11, the cellular phone includes: radio Frequency (RF) circuitry 1110, memory 1120, input unit 1130, display unit 1140, sensors 1150, audio circuitry 1160, wireless fidelity (WiFi) module 1170, processor 1180, and power supply 1190. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the handset configuration shown in fig. 11 is not intended to be limiting and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
The following describes each component of the mobile phone in detail with reference to fig. 11:
RF circuit 1110 may be used for receiving and transmitting signals during a message transmission or call, and in particular, for receiving downlink messages from a base station and then processing the received downlink messages to processor 1180; in addition, the data for designing uplink is transmitted to the base station. In general, RF circuit 1110 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one amplifier, a transceiver, a coupler, a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), a duplexer, and the like. In addition, the RF circuitry 1110 may also communicate with networks and other devices via wireless communications. The wireless communication may use any communication standard or protocol, including but not limited to global system for Mobile communications (GSM), General Packet Radio Service (GPRS), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), Long Term Evolution (LTE), email, Short Messaging Service (SMS), and the like.
The memory 1120 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 1180 may execute various functional applications and data processing of the mobile phone by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 1120. The memory 1120 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, a phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the cellular phone, and the like. Further, the memory 1120 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device.
The input unit 1130 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the cellular phone. Specifically, the input unit 1130 may include a touch panel 1131 and other input devices 1132. Touch panel 1131, also referred to as a touch screen, can collect touch operations of a user on or near the touch panel 1131 (for example, operations of the user on or near touch panel 1131 by using any suitable object or accessory such as a finger or a stylus pen), and drive corresponding connection devices according to a preset program. Alternatively, the touch panel 1131 may include two parts, namely, a touch detection device and a touch controller. The touch detection device detects the touch direction of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts the touch information into touch point coordinates, sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 1180, and can receive and execute commands sent by the processor 1180. In addition, the touch panel 1131 can be implemented by using various types, such as resistive, capacitive, infrared, and surface acoustic wave. The input unit 1130 may include other input devices 1132 in addition to the touch panel 1131. In particular, other input devices 1132 may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like.
The display unit 1140 may be used to display information input by the user or information provided to the user and various menus of the cellular phone. The Display unit 1140 may include a Display panel 1141, and optionally, the Display panel 1141 may be configured in the form of a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED), or the like. Further, the touch panel 1131 can cover the display panel 1141, and when the touch panel 1131 detects a touch operation on or near the touch panel, the touch panel is transmitted to the processor 1180 to determine the type of the touch event, and then the processor 1180 provides a corresponding visual output on the display panel 1141 according to the type of the touch event. Although in fig. 11, the touch panel 1131 and the display panel 1141 are two independent components to implement the input and output functions of the mobile phone, in some embodiments, the touch panel 1131 and the display panel 1141 may be integrated to implement the input and output functions of the mobile phone.
The handset may also include at least one sensor 1150, such as a light sensor, motion sensor, and other sensors. Specifically, the light sensor may include an ambient light sensor and a proximity sensor, wherein the ambient light sensor may adjust the brightness of the display panel 1141 according to the brightness of ambient light, and the proximity sensor may turn off the display panel 1141 and/or the backlight when the mobile phone moves to the ear. As one of the motion sensors, the accelerometer sensor can detect the magnitude of acceleration in each direction (generally, three axes), can detect the magnitude and direction of gravity when stationary, and can be used for applications of recognizing the posture of a mobile phone (such as horizontal and vertical screen switching, related games, magnetometer posture calibration), vibration recognition related functions (such as pedometer and tapping), and the like; as for other sensors such as a gyroscope, a barometer, a hygrometer, a thermometer, and an infrared sensor, which can be configured on the mobile phone, further description is omitted here.
Audio circuitry 1160, speakers 1161, and microphone 1162 may provide an audio interface between a user and a cell phone. The audio circuit 1160 may transmit the electrical signal converted from the received audio data to the speaker 1161, and convert the electrical signal into a sound signal for output by the speaker 1161; on the other hand, the microphone 1162 converts the collected sound signals into electrical signals, which are received by the audio circuit 1160 and converted into audio data, which are then processed by the audio data output processor 1180, and then transmitted to, for example, another cellular phone via the RF circuit 1110, or output to the memory 1120 for further processing.
WiFi belongs to short-distance wireless transmission technology, and the cell phone can help a user to receive and send e-mails, browse webpages, access streaming media and the like through the WiFi module 1170, and provides wireless broadband internet access for the user. Although fig. 11 shows the WiFi module 1170, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential constitution of the handset, and can be omitted entirely as needed within the scope not changing the essence of the invention.
The processor 1180 is a control center of the mobile phone, and is connected to various parts of the whole mobile phone through various interfaces and lines, and executes various functions of the mobile phone and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 1120 and calling data stored in the memory 1120, thereby performing overall monitoring of the mobile phone. Optionally, processor 1180 may include one or more processing units; preferably, the processor 1180 may integrate an application processor, which mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, etc., and a modem processor, which mainly handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated within processor 1180.
The phone also includes a power supply 1190 (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components, and preferably, the power supply may be logically connected to the processor 1180 via a power management system, so that the power management system may manage charging, discharging, and power consumption management functions.
Although not shown, the mobile phone may further include a camera, a bluetooth module, etc., which are not described herein.
In the foregoing embodiment, the method flows of the steps may be implemented based on the structure of the terminal device. Wherein the sensor 1150 or the touch panel 1131 may be used as a fingerprint acquisition device.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiment of the fingerprint unlocking control device, each unit included in the above embodiment is only divided according to the functional logic, but is not limited to the above division as long as the corresponding function can be implemented; in addition, specific names of the functional units are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present invention.
In addition, it is understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps in the above method embodiments may be implemented by related hardware, and the corresponding program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, where the above mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk.

a first terminal device receives a time setting instruction, wherein the time setting instruction specifies a date of sending the shared data to a server by the first terminal device, and a start-stop time and a sending interval of sending the shared data in the date;
monitoring whether the current time reaches a preset condition, wherein the preset condition comprises that the current time is one of preset time points, or the first terminal equipment receives a positioning request of the server or other terminal equipment;
if so, acquiring shared data of the first terminal device at the current moment, wherein the shared data at least comprises position data of the first terminal device when the shared data is sent and account information logged by the first terminal device, and the position data at least comprises longitude and latitude data of the first terminal device at the current moment; the position data is determined by the positioning function when the positioning function is detected to be in the starting state, the positioning function is started to obtain the position data when the positioning function is detected to be in the non-starting state, and then the positioning function is closed;
sending the shared data to a server;
receiving an access setting instruction input by a user;
displaying an access setting interface specified by the access setting instruction;
receiving information of a pre-authorized account input by a user and an access authority setting instruction for setting access authority of the pre-authorized account through the access setting interface;
and sending the information of the pre-authorized account and the access authority setting instruction to the server, wherein the access authority setting instruction indicates that the server sends the shared data to a second terminal device according to the position obtaining instruction and the access authority setting instruction after receiving a position obtaining instruction sent by the second terminal device through the pre-authorized account, the second terminal device is a device for logging in the pre-authorized account, and the shared data is used for the second terminal device to generate a shared position map containing the position information of the first terminal device and corresponding time information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the sending the shared data to the server, the method further comprises:
and sending a verification setting instruction to the server, wherein the verification setting instruction instructs the server to send the shared data to a second terminal device sending the verification information after receiving the verification information specified by the verification setting instruction.
3. A method of sharing location information, comprising:
the second terminal equipment sends a position acquisition instruction containing at least one target account to the server;
receiving shared data sent by the server according to the position acquisition instruction, wherein the shared data at least comprises position data of the first terminal device when sending the shared data to the server and account information logged by the first terminal device, the first terminal device is a device for logging in the target account, and the position data at least comprises longitude and latitude data of the first terminal device at the current moment;
extracting each time point and longitude and latitude data corresponding to the first terminal device at each time point from the position data, determining a map to be displayed according to the longitude and latitude data, marking the position of the first terminal device at each time point, displaying corresponding time point information at the corresponding position, and obtaining a shared position map;
and displaying the shared position map, wherein the shared position map comprises the account information and position information and time information of the first terminal equipment when sending the shared data to the server.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein after the second terminal device sends a location acquisition instruction including at least one target account to a server, before the receiving shared data sent by the server for the location acquisition instruction, the method further comprises:
receiving a password verification instruction sent by the server;
and sending verification information aiming at the password verification instruction to the server.
5. A terminal device, comprising:
a receiving unit configured to receive a time setting instruction that specifies a date on which the first terminal apparatus transmits the shared data to the server and a start-stop time and a transmission interval of the shared data in the date;
the first terminal device is used for receiving a positioning request of the server or other terminal devices;
an obtaining unit, configured to obtain shared data of the first terminal device at the current time, where the shared data at least includes location data of the first terminal device when sending the shared data and account information logged by the first terminal device, and the location data at least includes longitude and latitude data of the first terminal device at the current time; the position data is determined by the positioning function when the positioning function is detected to be in the starting state, the positioning function is started to obtain the position data when the positioning function is detected to be in the non-starting state, and then the positioning function is closed;
a sending unit, configured to send the shared data to a server;
the receiving unit is also used for receiving an access setting instruction input by a user;
the display unit is used for displaying the access setting interface specified by the access setting instruction;
the receiving unit is further used for receiving information of a pre-authorized account input by a user and an access authority setting instruction for setting access authority of the pre-authorized account through the access setting interface;
the sending unit is further configured to send the information of the pre-authorized account and the access permission setting instruction to the server, where the access permission setting instruction indicates that the server sends the shared data to a second terminal device according to a position obtaining instruction and the access permission setting instruction after receiving a position obtaining instruction sent by the second terminal device through the pre-authorized account, the second terminal device is a device that logs in the pre-authorized account, and the shared data is used for the second terminal device to generate a shared position map that includes position information of the first terminal device and corresponding time information.
6. The terminal device of claim 5,
the sending unit is further configured to send a verification setting instruction to the server, where the verification setting instruction instructs the server to send the shared data to a second terminal device that sends the verification information after receiving the verification information specified by the verification setting instruction.
