The leakage protector can be connected with an input connecting wire or an output connecting wire or a fixed plug/socket according to the requirements of users, and has the advantages of safety, reliability, convenient use, low cost and wide application.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a leakage protector, in particular to a leakage protector which has a waterproof function, can disconnect an electric wire at input or output and has double work indication.
Background
Along with the gradual popularization of the use of electric equipment, the use safety of the electric equipment is more and more emphasized by people, and the use of the leakage protector is more and more extensive. Most of the current earth leakage protectors used in electrical equipment are fixed plugs, such as the structure disclosed in ZL 201020158002.0. The fixed plug is not detachable, has poor waterproof performance, and has limitations in use places and environments. In addition, the conventional earth leakage protector represents the working state of a product in an electronic form after being powered on, for example, an LED lamp in a circuit is turned on when the power is powered on, and the LED lamp in the circuit is turned off when the power is powered off. In some cases, if the LED circuit is damaged or fails and the earth leakage protector is still in the on state, the user may be unaware of the continued use, which may cause an electric shock accident.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a leakage protector which can effectively overcome the defects in the prior art and has the advantages of convenient use and low cost.
To this end, according to the concept of the present invention, there is provided a leakage protector connected between a power input terminal and a load output terminal, the leakage protector comprising: an insulating housing including an upper cover and a base and having detachable input and output terminals to which electric wires are connected; the switch assembly is arranged in the insulating shell and comprises a first switch communicated with the phase line passage, a second switch communicated with the zero line passage and a third switch communicated with the ground line passage; and the control assembly is arranged in the insulating shell and comprises a reset assembly, a test assembly and a core assembly, and the core assembly comprises a circuit board, and a magnetic ring assembly and a tripping assembly which are arranged on the circuit board.
According to some embodiments, the input end and the output end of the insulation shell are respectively provided with a threaded port, and the threaded ports are sleeved with wire fixing nuts.
According to some embodiments, a wire fixation element is provided between the threaded port and the wire fixation nut.
According to some embodiments, one end of the wire fixing member is provided with a circular cross section, and the other end is provided with a tapered cross section and a toothed outer peripheral surface.

According to certain embodiments, the insulating housing includes an input wiring device at the input end and an output wiring device at the output end, the input stationary blade of the switch assembly is connected to the input wiring device, and the output movable blade of the switch assembly is connected to the output wiring device.

Detailed Description
The implementation and use of the earth-leakage protector according to the invention is described in detail below. Here, the illustrated structural design diagrams are only used to facilitate understanding of the present invention, and do not specifically limit the structural features of the present invention. Furthermore, in the following detailed description, directional terms, such as upper, lower, top, and the like, are used with reference to the directions depicted in the drawings, and are used by way of example only and not by way of limitation. Thus, the exemplary architectural design drawings and embodiments described below in connection with the present invention are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all embodiments in accordance with the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in the illustrated embodiment, the earth-leakage protector according to the present invention includes an insulating housing composed of an upper cover 1 and a base 2, in which a switching module and a control module are disposed. The two ends of the insulating shell are provided with detachable input ends and output ends which are connected with the input electric wires 10a and the output electric wires 10b, so that the leakage protector can be connected to the input connecting wires or the output connecting wires or connected to the fixed plug/socket according to actual requirements to realize the leakage protection function. The input end of the insulating housing is provided with an input threaded port 21a, and correspondingly, the output end is provided with an output threaded port 21b, and the input threaded port 21a and the output threaded port 21b are respectively sleeved with an input wire fixing nut 23a and an output wire fixing nut 23 b. The reset button 301 of the reset assembly and the test button 302 of the test assembly in the control assembly protrude from the upper cover 1. In addition, the upper cover 1 is also provided with a display window 5 of an electrified electronic indicating component and a display window 8 of an electrified mechanical indicating component, so that a user can intuitively and reliably know the electrified working state of the residual current circuit breaker.
As shown in fig. 3, an input wire fixing member 22a may be provided between the input threaded port 21a of the input terminal and the input wire fixing nut 23 a. In this embodiment, the input wire fixing member 22a is provided with a circular cross section at one end and a tapered cross section at the other end and has a toothed outer peripheral surface. With this arrangement, the position of the input electric wire 10a can be further fixed while the input electric wire fixing nut 23a is tightened to the input screw port 21 a. The output end has similar structural components including an output wire securing element 22b disposed between the output threaded port 21b and an output wire securing nut 23 b.
The earth leakage protector according to the present invention preferably has waterproof property. Fig. 3 illustrates several exemplary waterproofing approaches. Firstly, a waterproof cap 6 can be arranged between the upper part of the upper cover 1 and the upper part of a reset button 301 of the reset assembly and a test button 302 of the test assembly; secondly, a waterproof strip 9 can be arranged between the upper cover 1 and the base 2; finally, an input waterproof ring 24a and an output waterproof ring 24b may be further provided between the input wire fixing member 22a and the input threaded port 21a and between the output wire fixing member 22b and the output threaded port 21b, and it is understood that the input waterproof bin 24a and the output waterproof ring 24b have the similar outer shapes to those of the input wire fixing member 22a and the output wire fixing member 22b except for having no toothed outer peripheral surfaces. Alternatively, the above-mentioned flashing cap 6, flashing strip 9 and input and output flashing rings 24a, 24b may be made of rubber or other similar material. After the upper cover 1 and the base 2 are fixed by the assembling screw 7 and the input electric wire 10a and the output electric wire 10b are installed and fixed by the input electric wire fixing nut 23a and the output electric wire fixing nut 23b, the earth-leakage protector of the present invention has good waterproof performance and can be safely applied to a humid environment.
Fig. 4 shows an exploded view of a earth leakage protector including a control assembly. The control assembly is mounted to the base 2 by an inner cover screw 304 through an inner cover 303. The reset component and the testing component in the control component are known to those skilled in the art and are not described in detail herein. The movement assembly of the control assembly includes a circuit board 321, and a magnetic ring assembly 322 (see fig. 6) and a trip assembly disposed on the circuit board 321, and the working principle of the movement assembly is also known to those skilled in the art, and is not described herein again.
According to the invention, the switch assembly of the earth leakage protector comprises a first switch communicated with the phase wire passage, a second switch communicated with the zero wire passage and a third switch communicated with the ground wire passage. Referring to fig. 4-6, the first switch includes a phase input static blade 308 and a phase output moving blade 341, the second switch includes a neutral input static blade 307 and a neutral output moving blade 340, and the third switch includes a ground input static blade 316 and a ground output moving blade 315. The insulated housing includes an input wiring device at the input end and an output wiring device at the output end for the user to connect to the electrical wires. As shown in fig. 5A, the terminal 212a is provided with a screw hole matching with the phase input wiring device 212 and can be inserted into a corresponding bayonet 212b provided on the base 2, the phase output moving insert 341 is provided on the circuit board 321 and is connected to the terminal 222a of the phase output wiring device 222, for example, through a wiring bayonet in a similar manner, and the terminal 222a can be inserted into a corresponding bayonet 222b provided on the base 2; one end of the neutral input static insertion sheet 307 is connected with a terminal 210a of the neutral input wiring device 210 through a connecting wire 306, as shown in fig. 5B, a screw hole is formed in the terminal 210a, the screw hole is matched with the neutral input wiring device 210 and can be embedded into a corresponding bayonet 210B on the base 2, the neutral output moving insertion sheet 340 is arranged on the circuit board 321 and is connected with a terminal 220a of the neutral output wiring device 220, and the terminal 220a can be embedded into a corresponding bayonet 220B arranged on the base 2; the ground input static inserting sheet 316 is disposed on the circuit board 321 and connected to the terminal 211a of the ground input connection device 211, the terminal 211a is provided with a screw hole matched with the ground input connection device 211 and can be inserted into the corresponding bayonet 211b of the base 2, the ground output moving inserting sheet 315 is provided with a connection bayonet and connected to the terminal 221a of the ground output connection device 221 through the connection wire 306, as shown in fig. 5C, the terminal 221a is provided with a screw hole matched with the ground output connection device 221 and can be inserted into the corresponding bayonet 221b of the base 2. In an alternative embodiment, the third switch may be a connecting line with an input terminal and an output terminal formed at both ends, as shown in fig. 5D, for example, directly connected to the terminal 211a of the ground input wiring device 211 and the terminal 221a of the ground output wiring device 221 by the connecting line 306, respectively.
The implementation of the dual indication function according to the invention is described below. Similar to the prior art, the earth leakage protector comprises a power-on electronic indicating component arranged on a movement component. Referring to fig. 3 in conjunction with fig. 9, the power-on electronic indicating assembly includes an LED 51 on a circuit board and an electronic light guide 52 that conducts the status of the LED 51 to the surface of the upper cover 1. When the power is on, the LED 51 in the circuit is on, and when the power is off, the LED 51 in the circuit is off.
Preferably, the present invention further comprises an energized mechanical indication assembly which indicates the energized state in conjunction with the action of the switch assembly. Referring to fig. 3 and 6, the power-on mechanical indicating assembly includes a mechanical indicating rod 81 and a mechanical light guide 82 for guiding the state of the mechanical indicating rod 81 to the surface of the upper cover 1, and due to the configuration of the core assembly in the illustrated embodiment, a card slot 83 may be further provided on the circuit board 321 to display the state of the mechanical indicating rod 81. Advantageously, the mechanical indicating lever 81 is configured to be connected to one of the arms of the trip unit, and in the exemplary embodiment shown in fig. 6, two arms are provided on the trip unit 330 for mechanically connecting the contacts of the moving and stationary blades when the product is reset. A first fulcrum shaft 331 and a second fulcrum shaft 332 are disposed on one of the arms of the trip 330, and are respectively used for receiving a corresponding first fulcrum 811 and a corresponding second fulcrum 812 on the mechanical indicating lever 81. Preferably, the mechanical indicator stem 81 is provided with a bevel and marked with a distinct marking color, for example red. When the earth leakage protector is in the off position, the mechanical indicating rod 81 falls down with the trip unit 330 and slides to the position a shown in fig. 7, and the red color cannot be seen on the surface of the upper cover 1. When the earth leakage protector is in the reset position, the mechanical indicating rod 81 is lifted along with the release 330 and slides to the position B shown in fig. 8, and the surface of the upper cover 1 can be seen in red to indicate that the power is on. The leakage protector is safe and reliable, convenient to use, low in cost and wide in application.

Claims (9)

1. A leakage protector connected between a power input terminal and a load output terminal, the leakage protector comprising:
an insulating housing comprising an upper cover and a base and having a detachable input and output for connection of electrical wires, wherein the insulating housing comprises an input wiring device at the input and an output wiring device at the output;
the switch assembly is arranged in the insulating shell and comprises a first switch communicated with the phase line passage, a second switch communicated with the zero line passage and a third switch communicated with the ground line passage, an input static inserting sheet of the switch assembly is connected with the input wiring device, and an output movable inserting sheet of the switch assembly is connected with the output wiring device;
the control assembly is arranged in the insulating shell and comprises a reset assembly, a test assembly and a core assembly, and the core assembly comprises a circuit board, and a magnetic ring assembly and a tripping assembly which are arranged on the circuit board;
an energized mechanical indicating assembly which indicates an energized state in cooperation with the actuation of the switch assembly and which includes a mechanical indicating lever pivotally connected to one of the arms of the trip unit of the trip assembly, the mechanical indicating lever having a ramp and being received in a card slot on the circuit board and being moved to different positions in the card slot in cooperation with the trip unit to indicate an energized state; and
and the power-on electronic indicating component is arranged on the movement component.
2. A leakage protector according to claim 1, wherein the input end and the output end of the insulating housing are respectively provided with a threaded port, and the threaded ports are sleeved with wire fixing nuts.
