As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the plug assembly 1 provided in the present embodiment includes: a bottom cover 111, conductive tabs 113, and electrical connection tabs 115.
The bottom cover 111 may be a circular plastic piece, and the bottom cover 111 may have other shapes or be made of other materials.
The conductive tabs 113 extend from below through the bottom cover 111 to above, i.e., the conductive tabs 113 are inserted into the bottom cover 111 and fixed with the bottom cover 111. Specifically, during manufacturing, the conductive insert 113 (e.g., a copper sheet) may be embedded into the bottom cover 111 by injection molding, so that the bottom cover 111 and the conductive insert 113 are formed as a single piece, thereby improving the connection strength between the bottom cover 111 and the conductive insert 113. Of course, the conductive tabs 113 are not excluded from being secured to the bottom cover 111 by other methods known in the art, such as interference fit. In addition, the middle portion between the upper and lower ends of the conductive tab 113 may be coated with an injection molded part to prevent electrical leakage, and such coating may be performed by any method known in the art.
An electrical connection sheet 115 is disposed above the bottom cover 111, and a connection portion 1151 for mating with a pin is formed at one end (left end in fig. 2) thereof, thereby achieving electrical connection of the pin and the electrical connection sheet 115; and the other end (the right end in fig. 2) thereof extends to the top of the conductive tab 113 to form a soldering portion 1153, so that the right end of the electrical connector 115 is soldered to the top end of the conductive tab 113. Preferably, the top ends of the electric connection sheet and the conductive insertion sheet can be welded together in a laser welding mode, so that the welding difficulty is reduced. More preferably, as shown in fig. 3, two welding points are provided at the top ends of the electrical connection sheet 115 and the conductive insert sheet 113 to improve the connection strength and the electrical conductivity of the conductive insert sheet 113 and the electrical connection sheet 115. Additionally, the solder 1153 may be folded at the right end in the direction of the connection 1151 to accommodate different mounting heights while achieving good solder to the top of the conductive tab 113. Still preferably, the electrical connection pad 115 is made of copper, but of course, other metal materials are possible.
It should be noted that the number of the conductive tabs 113 and the number of the electrical connection sheets 115 need to be set according to the specific plug type, a two-hole plug using two conductive tabs 113 and two electrical connection sheets 115 is shown in the figure, and a three-hole plug can also be made by using three conductive tabs 113 and three electrical connection sheets 115.

The first positioning rib 1111 and the second positioning rib 1113 are respectively located on two sides of the electrical connection sheet 115 to position the electrical connection sheet 115. Specifically, the first positioning rib 1111 and the second positioning rib 1113 are provided on the outer side and the inner side of the electrical connection sheet 115, respectively, from the perspective of fig. 2. More specifically, first location muscle 1111 and second location muscle 1113 can set up in the position of hugging closely electric connection piece 115 to second location muscle 1113 sets up the inboard at welding part 1153, in order to provide better positioning action, thereby make things convenient for to weld through laser welding between electric connection piece 115 and the electrically conductive inserted sheet 113, avoid both contact failure. In addition, the process difficulty in welding can be reduced, and the assembly efficiency is improved. More preferably, the electrical connection sheet 115 extends toward the first positioning rib 1111 to form an extension 1155, and the extension 1155 covers the top of the first positioning rib 1111. By forming the extension 1155 on the electrical connection sheet 115, the stability of the electrical connection sheet 115 can be improved.
