In any one of the above technical solutions, preferably, the target object includes: people and items; and when the target object is a person, the basic information includes: name, nationality, birthday and constellation, the cooperating keys comprising one or a combination of: the character encyclopedia, the character portraits, the movie and television collection and the news information are used for the user to select and view; when the target object is an article, the basic information includes: the name of the article, the source of the article and the unit price, and the cooperative operation keys comprise one or a combination of the following: a detailed introduction, a user rating, and a purchase link for the user to make a selected purchase.
In the technical solution, corresponding basic information and cooperative operation keys are also distinguished according to different target objects, and the target objects include but are not limited to: the cloud server comprises people and objects, wherein the people can be the current star or characters with great influence and objectionability, the people can also be characters in history, and the people can be characters which do not exist in reality, namely any animation character in an animation film and the like, the objects can be clothes, ornaments and the like used by the people in a video image, also can be arranged objects, located environment scenic spots and the like, and certainly, the target objects can also be animals and plants in the video image, so that the cloud server can be promoted to quickly respond to relevant information search of the target objects through specific division of the target objects, and user experience is promoted.
In addition, when the appearance feature information is determined to be face information or the like through the attribute information, that is, the target object is a person, basic information matching with the person target object may be acquired through the cloud server, including but not limited to: name, nationality, birthday, constellation, etc.; when the profile characteristic information is judged to be clothes and the like through the attribute information and the target object is an article, the basic information matched with the target object of the article can be acquired through the cloud server, and the method includes but is not limited to: item name, item source and unit price, etc.; when the attribute information is used to determine that the appearance feature information is hair information or the like, that is, the target object is an animal, the cloud server may obtain basic information matching with the target object of the animal, including but not limited to: the method can be used for acquiring the basic information of the public environment and the like where the characters in the video picture are located, effectively avoiding the complex operation of switching back and forth between player software and searching and image recognizing software, identifying the target object in the video picture more conveniently and quickly, acquiring the basic information of the target object and improving the user experience.
Moreover, the corresponding cooperative operation keys are different for different target objects, specifically, for the human target object, the cooperative operation keys include one or a combination of the following: character encyclopedias, character portraits, related movies, news information and the like, for example, when the character encyclopedias are clicked, the cloud server can call search engines of the encyclopedias or the good search encyclopedias and the like to return contents such as text pictures of the character encyclopedias and the like to a current video picture, or when the related movies are clicked, the cloud server can call a movie search engine to return movie and play information related to the characters to the current video picture, and a user can directly call a player to play the selected movie and play information; for the object target object of the article, the cooperative operation key comprises one or a combination of the following: a purchase key, an evaluation key and the like, for example, if the purchase key is clicked, the electronic commerce transaction platform can be directly skipped to for transaction, and a transaction result is returned; aiming at the animal and plant target object, the cooperative operation key comprises one or the combination of the following: animal and plant encyclopedia, related pictures, related videos and the like, for example, clicking the related pictures, and directly returning the pictures related to the animal for the user to view by calling a picture search engine.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating a cloud server according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the cloud server 600 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the information obtaining apparatus 500 according to any one of the above technical solutions, and therefore, the cloud server 600 has the same technical effects as the information obtaining apparatus 500 according to any one of the above technical solutions, and is not described herein again.
The following describes the technical solution of the present invention in detail with reference to fig. 7, 8 and 9.
Fig. 7 is a system block diagram of a terminal and a cloud server according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 8 shows a schematic diagram of a current video screen display co-operating key according to an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 9 shows a schematic diagram of a current video screen display co-operating key according to another embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 7, the video decoder 702 of the terminal 70 includes YUV data (YUV is a color coding method adopted by the european television system, where Y represents brightness, and U and V represent chrominance), and the video decoder 702 sends the YUV data to the current video picture of the terminal for display, and also sends the YUV data to the gesture control module 704 (corresponding to the selection module), and intercepts video picture data of a certain size around the terminal according to the region pressed by the finger, and sends the video picture data to the face detection module 706 or the object detection module 708 (corresponding to the determination module), where the intercepted size is suitable for including the designated target object to be recognized. After receiving the data, the face detection module 706 or the article detection module 708 outlines the key points and contours (attribute information) of the target object according to the detection result, and captures the local data of the video picture by taking the contours as the boundary and compresses the local data into a picture in a JPG format (target picture information).
The cloud server 71 receives the data in the JPG format and then sends the data to the face recognition module 712 or the article recognition module 714 (equivalent to a recognition module) according to the difference of the target object, the face recognition module 712 or the article recognition module 714 recognizes the basic feature information of the target object and then sends the basic feature information to the face sample matching module 716 or the article sample matching module 718 (a matching module) for matching, and the face sample matching module 716 or the article sample matching module 718 quickly returns the basic information of the best matched person or article to the terminal 70 and displays the basic information in the current video picture of the terminal 70, such as the name, nationality, birthday, constellation and the like of a celebrity, the name and price of the article, and the like. Meanwhile, a plurality of cooperative operation keys, such as keys for encyclopedias of characters, news information, characters, portraits of characters, related films and televisions and the like, and keys for details, evaluation, purchase and the like of articles are displayed in the current video picture. The keys are cooperatively operated to acquire more information about the person or article and perform related operations.
The cloud server 71 does not return all information to the terminal 70 at one time, but returns information of people or objects in stages, the first stage only returns short basic information, and the second stage returns corresponding data after clicking a cooperative operation key according to the needs of a user, so that the operation experience of quick response is guaranteed, and the data flow is saved.
For the cooperative operation keys of the characters, as shown in fig. 8, names of the characters are sent to a search engine as search keywords, the search engine is composed of a plurality of different search engines and returns results in different forms, if character encyclopedia is clicked, the search engine related to encyclopedia or good encyclopedia is called, and text data related to character encyclopedia introduction is returned; if the character portrayal is clicked, calling a character portrayal search engine, and returning picture data of the character portrayal set; if the movie recommendation is clicked, a movie search engine is called, a movie list is returned, and the player is directly called to play by clicking.
In addition, as for the cooperative operation key of the item, as shown in fig. 9, clicking the item detail and user evaluation cooperative operation key transmits the category, name, and the like of the item as search keywords to a search engine of the e-commerce platform to acquire information such as detail introduction, user evaluation, and the like of the item. And directly jumping to an e-commerce transaction platform for transaction and returning a transaction result when the user clicks to purchase.
The technical scheme of the invention is described in detail in combination with the attached drawings, so that the complex operation of switching back and forth between player software and searching and image recognizing software by a user can be effectively avoided, the dynamic video playing function and the information searching function are effectively combined, the basic information of the target object in the current video picture of the user is obtained through simple and convenient operation and is synchronously displayed with the playing, the operation experience of quick response is ensured, and the user experience is improved.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An information acquisition method, comprising:
receiving a selection command, and selecting a target object obtained by information in a current video picture according to the selection command; the local screen shot picture of the target object can be obtained by long-pressing any person or object in the current video picture or by obtaining information through a gesture track;
determining attribute information of the target object according to the local screen capture picture so as to generate target picture information of the target object according to the attribute information; wherein the attribute information comprises contour information and/or appearance feature information of the target object;
sending the target picture information to a cloud server so that the cloud server can obtain basic information of the target object according to the target picture information;
receiving the basic information of the target object from the cloud server, and displaying the basic information on the current video picture for a user to view;
when the basic information is displayed on the current video picture, simultaneously displaying a cooperative operation key corresponding to the basic information for the user to perform selection operation; and displaying different basic information and cooperative operation keys according to different partitions of the target object.
2. The information acquisition method according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising:
when a command of the user for selecting the cooperative operation key is detected, sending the designated basic information of the target object to the cloud server as a search keyword to acquire information data matched with the cooperative operation key;
and displaying the information data matched with the cooperative operation key on the current video picture so as to be selected by the user.
3. The information acquisition method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the target object includes: people and items;
when the target object is a person, the basic information includes: name, nationality, birthday and constellation, the cooperating keys comprising one or a combination of: the character encyclopedia, the character portraits, the movie and television collection and the news information are selected and checked by the user;
when the target object is an article, the basic information includes: the name of the article, the source of the article and the unit price, and the cooperative operation keys comprise one or a combination of the following: a detailed introduction, a user rating, and a purchase link for the user to make a selected purchase.
4. An information acquisition apparatus characterized by comprising:
the selection module is used for receiving a selection command and selecting a target object obtained by information in a current video picture according to the selection command; the local screen shot picture of the target object can be obtained by long-pressing any person or object in the current video picture or by obtaining information through a gesture track;
the determining module is used for determining the attribute information of the target object according to the local screen capture picture so as to generate target picture information of the target object according to the attribute information; wherein the attribute information comprises contour information and/or appearance feature information of the target object;
the first sending module is used for sending the target picture information to a cloud server so that the cloud server can obtain basic information of the target object according to the target picture information;
the control module is used for receiving the basic information of the target object from the cloud server and displaying the basic information on the current video picture for a user to view;
the control module is further configured to: when the basic information is displayed on the current video picture, controlling to simultaneously display a cooperative operation key corresponding to the basic information so as to enable the user to perform selection operation; and displaying different basic information and cooperative operation keys according to different partitions of the target object.
5. The information acquisition apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the first sending module is further configured to:
when a command of the user for selecting the cooperative operation key is detected, sending the designated basic information of the target object to the cloud server as a search keyword to acquire information data matched with the cooperative operation key; and
the control module is further configured to: and displaying the information data matched with the cooperative operation key on the current video picture so as to be selected by the user.
6. The information acquisition apparatus according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the target object includes: people and items;
when the target object is a person, the basic information includes: name, nationality, birthday and constellation, the cooperating keys comprising one or a combination of: the character encyclopedia, the character portraits, the movie and television collection and the news information are used for the user to select and view;
when the target object is an article, the basic information includes: the name of the article, the source of the article and the unit price, and the cooperative operation keys comprise one or a combination of the following: a detailed introduction, a user rating, and a purchase link for the user to make a selected purchase.
7. An information acquisition method, comprising:
receiving target picture information of a target object acquired by information from a terminal to acquire basic feature information of the target object according to the target picture information; the method comprises the steps that a local screen capture picture of a target object obtained by information can be obtained by long-pressing any person or object in a current video picture in a terminal or through a gesture track; the terminal determines attribute information of the target object according to the local screen capture picture so as to generate target picture information of the target object according to the attribute information; wherein the attribute information comprises contour information and/or appearance feature information of the target object;
matching the basic characteristic information with information in a sample database to acquire basic information of the target object matched with the basic characteristic information;
sending the basic information to the terminal so that the terminal can display the basic information on a current video picture where the target object is located, and simultaneously displaying a cooperative operation key corresponding to the basic information so that a user can perform selection operation; and displaying different basic information and cooperative operation keys according to different partitions of the target object.
8. The information acquisition method according to claim 7, characterized by further comprising:
receiving a search keyword of the target object from the terminal, wherein the search keyword is generated when the user selects the cooperative operation key of the target object;
acquiring information data of the target object matched with the cooperative operation key according to the search keyword;
and sending the information data matched with the cooperative operation key to the terminal so that the terminal can display the current video picture.
9. An information acquisition apparatus characterized by comprising:
the identification module is used for receiving target picture information of a target object acquired by information from a terminal so as to acquire basic feature information of the target object according to the target picture information; the method comprises the steps that a local screen capture picture of a target object obtained by information can be obtained by long-pressing any person or object in a current video picture in a terminal or through a gesture track; the terminal determines attribute information of the target object according to the local screen capture picture so as to generate target picture information of the target object according to the attribute information; wherein the attribute information comprises contour information and/or appearance feature information of the target object;
the matching module is used for matching the basic characteristic information with information in a sample database so as to acquire the basic information of the target object matched with the basic characteristic information;
the second sending module is used for sending the basic information to the terminal so that the terminal can display the basic information on a current video picture of the target object, and simultaneously display a cooperative operation key corresponding to the basic information so that a user can perform selection operation; and displaying different basic information and cooperative operation keys according to different partitions of the target object.
10. The information acquisition apparatus according to claim 9, characterized by further comprising:
a receiving module, configured to receive a search keyword of the target object from the terminal, where the search keyword is generated when the user performs a selection operation on a cooperative operation key of the target object;
the search module is used for acquiring information data of the target object matched with the cooperative operation key according to the search keyword; and
the second sending module is further configured to: and sending the information data matched with the cooperative operation key to the terminal so that the terminal can display the current video picture.
