本发明涉及一种压感屏幕,本压感屏幕包括有触摸屏和控制器,触摸屏与控制器电性连接;在所述触摸屏的侧边安装有红外发射器、以及与所述红外发射器一一匹配的光敏传感器;所述光敏传感器与控制器电性连接;红外反射器发出的光线紧贴触摸屏,红外发射器发出的光线与触摸屏所在的平面平行;该屏幕结构新颖、独特,上产成本低廉,能够有效识别用户的轻重压,大大提升用户的操作便捷度。

本发明涉及一种电子产品配件,特别的,是一种屏幕。
背景技术
随着电子技术的发展,手机已成为人人必备的工具之一,为了增强手机的功能,一些开发商对手机屏幕进行了改进和完善,使得手机屏幕在实现触摸控制的基础上,实现压感的识别,屏幕能够识别用户轻触或重压,进而为用户带来不同的服务选项,这一改进大大提高了手机的可操作范围,增加了压感识别功能,相当于给手机增加了一个维度的操作空间,有效满足了人们日益增长的需求,大大加强了手机的可用性,使得手机更加灵活、人性化。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种压感屏幕,该屏幕结构新颖、独特,上产成本低廉,能够有效识别用户的轻重压,大大提升用户的操作便捷度。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:本压感屏幕包括有触摸屏和控制器,触摸屏与控制器电性连接;
在所述触摸屏的侧边安装有红外发射器、以及与所述红外发射器匹配的光敏传感器;所述光敏传感器与控制器电性连接;
红外反射器发出的光线紧贴触摸屏且光线与触摸屏平行。
本发明的有益效果是:人体的皮肤能够透过光线,而血液无法透过光线;在手指受到压迫时,压迫处的血液减少,此时压迫处的光线透过率及反射率将发生明显的改变,并且,压迫的力度越大,压迫处残留的血液越是少;本发明中,采用红外发射器对手指进行实时的扫描,手指反射回来的红外光线由光敏传感器实时监测;当手指轻触触摸屏时,手指与触摸屏之间的压力小,手指受压迫的力度小,此时手指上充满血液,红外发射器发出的光被手指反射后,由光敏传感器监测;当手指重压触摸屏时,手指与触摸屏之间的压力大,手指受压迫的力度大,此时手指上的血液被压迫出去,此时手指发白,手指反射的红外光线的强度发生改变,光敏传感器监测到该光线变化,将信号传递至控制器,控制器做出重压指令。
本发明通过监测用户手指的血液变化,判断用户轻压、重压屏幕,其原理新颖、独特,结构简单、另辟蹊径,利用光敏传感器监测光线变化,使得本发明可广泛用于大多数现有的屏幕上,降低了屏幕的加工成本,实现了轻压、重压的区别响应;改善了人们的使用需求。
作为优选,红外发射器发出的光线与触摸屏之间的距离为0.2-0.5mm;该数值范围能够保证光线的正常传输,同时能够保证屏幕边缘的简洁、美观。
作为优选,所述控制器括有初始化程序,在用户第一次使用时,初始化程序会记录用户的手指光线反射强度;在之后的操作中,控制器将手指反射的红外光与初始化程序记录的光线反射强度对比,当光线反射强度超出范围值时,将判定为重压。

在图1所示的实施例中,本压感屏幕包括有触摸屏1和控制器2,触摸屏1与控制器2电性连接;
在所述触摸屏1的侧边安装有红外发射器3、以及与所述红外发射器3一一匹配的光敏传感器4;红外发射器3与光敏传感器4等距交错排布;所述光敏传感器4与控制器2电性连接;所述控制器2括有初始化程序,在用户第一次使用时,初始化程序会记录用户正常轻触屏幕时的手指光线反射强度;在之后的操作中,控制器2将手指反射的红外光与初始化程序记录的光线反射强度对比,当光线反射强度超出范围值时,将判定为重压。
红外反射器发出的光线紧贴触摸屏1,红外发射器3发出的光线与触摸屏1所在的平面平行;红外发射器3发出的光线与触摸屏1之间的距离为0.4mm;该数值范围能够保证光线的正常传输,即使屏幕上沾有细小的灰尘或手指油脂,也能够正常工作;同时该尺寸较小,能够保证屏幕边缘的简洁、美观。
人体的皮肤能够部分透过光线,而血液无法透过光线;在手指受到压迫时,压迫处的血液减少,此时压迫处的光线透过率及反射率将发生明显的改变,并且,压迫的力度越大,压迫处残留的血液越是少;本发明中,采用红外发射器3对手指进行实时的扫描,光线照射在手指上后,形成漫反射,手指反射回来的红外光线由光敏传感器4实时监测;当手指轻触触摸屏1时,手指与触摸屏1之间的压力小,手指受压迫的力度小,此时手指上充满血液,红外发射器3发出的光被手指反射后,由光敏传感器4监测;当手指重压触摸屏1时,手指与触摸屏1之间的压力大,手指受压迫的力度大,此时手指上的血液被压迫出去,此时手指发白,手指反射的红外光线的强度发生改变,光敏传感器4监测到该光线变化,将信号传递至控制器2,控制器2做出重压指令。
本发明通过监测用户手指的血液变化,判断用户轻压、重压屏幕,其原理新颖、独特,结构简单、另辟蹊径,利用光敏传感器4监测光线变化,使得本发明可广泛用于大多数现有的屏幕上,降低了屏幕的加工成本,实现了轻压、重压的区别响应;改善了人们的使用需求。

Claims (3)

1.一种压感屏幕,本压感屏幕包括有触摸屏(1)和控制器(2),触摸屏(1)与控制器(2)电性连接;其特征在于:在所述触摸屏(1)的侧边安装有红外发射器(3)、以及与所述红外发射器(3)一一匹配的光敏传感器(4);红外发射器(3)与光敏传感器(4)等距交错排布在触摸屏(1)的每条侧边上;所述光敏传感器(4)与控制器(2)电性连接;红外反射器发出的光线紧贴触摸屏(1),红外发射器(3)发出的光线与触摸屏(1)所在的平面平行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压感屏幕,其特征在于:红外发射器(3)发出的光线与触摸屏(1)之间的距离为0.2-0.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的压感屏幕,其特征在于:所述控制器(2)括有初始化程序,在用户第一次使用时,初始化程序会记录用户的手指光线反射强度。
