Abstract
The invention relates to a safety protection control device of an automatic assembly machine based on a safety relay, which comprises the safety relay, an emergency stop reset button S1, an emergency stop button S2, a safety door cam switch, a relay KA1, a relay KA2, a relay KA3, an electromagnetic brake for controlling a turntable to stop and a total air source electromagnetic valve. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of safety, reliability, wide application range, strong practicability, strong functions and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a safety protection control device of an automatic assembly machine, in particular to a safety protection control device of an automatic assembly machine based on a safety relay.
Background
At present, domestic automatic assembly equipment rarely adopts a safety relay as safety protection; common relays are also used for safety protection of equipment. The contact opening and closing is realized by the action of a mechanical contact of a common relay; completing a safety loop of the device by utilizing the series connection of the mechanical contact of the relay, the safety door and the emergency stop button; and the contact points can be mechanically worn and welded under the long-term frequent use. Thus, serious potential safety hazards exist; if the equipment fails, the equipment can be automatically stopped, and when a maintenance person needs to open the safety door to maintain the equipment failure point, the equipment can still be started if the equipment carelessly touches an automatic operation button. This brings about serious safety accidents.

the normally open contact of the relay KA1, the normally closed contact of the relay KA2 and the normally closed contact of the relay KA3 are sequentially connected in series and then connected to the safety relay;
the emergency stop button S2 and the safety door cam switch are connected in series and then connected to the safety relay;
the coil of the relay KA2 is connected to the safety relay, the normally open contact of the relay KA2 and the coil of the relay KA3 are sequentially connected in series and then connected to the power supply, the coil KA4 of the control total air source electromagnetic valve is connected in parallel to two ends of the coil of the relay KA3, and the coil KA5 of the electromagnetic brake for controlling the turntable to stop is connected to the power supply after being connected in series with the normally open contact of the relay KA 3.
The emergency stop reset button S1 is a reset type emergency stop reset button, and adopts a group of normally open contacts.
The emergency stop button S2 is a pull-out emergency stop button, and adopts two groups of normally open contacts.
The safety door cam switch adopts two groups of normally closed contacts.
The electromagnetic valve for controlling the total air source is a two-position three-way valve.
The control device controls the automatic assembly machine before starting as follows:
after the emergency stop reset button S1 is pressed, the coil of the relay KA1 is electrically connected, when the normally open contact of the relay KA1 is connected, the safety relay K1 is set and output, the coil of the relay KA2 is electrically connected, the coil of the relay KA3 is electrically connected at the moment, the coil KA4 of the total air source electromagnetic valve is immediately controlled, and the cylinders at all stations on the turntable are driven to act so as to return to the original point, and when the auxiliary coil of the safety interlock relay of the relay KA3 is electrically connected, the normally open contact of the relay KA3 is connected to drive the coil KA5 of the electromagnetic brake to be electrically separated.
When the emergency stop button S2 is pressed, the control device is disconnected between the normally closed contacts T11 and T12 of the safety door and between the normally closed contacts T21 and T22 of the safety door, and the safety relay is not set when the emergency stop reset button S1 is pressed;
similarly, if the safety door is opened, the safety relay is not set when the emergency stop reset button S1 is pressed because the normally closed contacts T11 and T12 and the normally closed contacts T21 and T22 of the safety door are disconnected, the relays KA2 and KA3 are not connected, and the electromagnetic brake is powered off to work in combination with controlling the electromagnetic valve of the total air source to be disconnected.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. safety and reliability: the device is composed of a plurality of relays, and has a guiding contact structure, so that the man-machine safety can be ensured even if the contacts are welded.
2. The application range is wide: the method can be applied to any automation equipment needing safety protection, in particular to turntable equipment.
3. The practicability is strong: the hardware is complete and convenient for users to use.

As shown in fig. 1, the safety protection control device of the automatic assembly machine based on the safety relay comprises a safety relay K1, an emergency stop reset button S1, an emergency stop button S2, a safety door cam switch, a relay KA1, a relay KA2, a relay KA3, an electromagnetic brake for controlling a turntable to stop and a total air source electromagnetic valve;
the emergency stop reset button S1 is connected with the coil of the relay KA1 in series and then connected to a power supply; the normally open contact of the relay KA1, the normally closed contact of the relay KA2 and the normally closed contact of the relay KA3 are sequentially connected in series and then connected to the safety relay; the emergency stop button S2 and the safety door cam switch are connected in series and then connected to the safety relay; the coil of the relay KA2 is connected to the safety relay, the normally open contact of the relay KA2 and the coil of the relay KA3 are sequentially connected in series and then connected to the power supply, the coil KA4 of the control total air source electromagnetic valve is connected in parallel to two ends of the coil of the relay KA3, and the coil KA5 of the electromagnetic brake for controlling the turntable to stop is connected to the power supply after being connected in series with the normally open contact of the relay KA 3.
The emergency stop reset button S1 is a reset type emergency stop reset button, and adopts a group of normally open contacts. The emergency stop button S2 is a pull-out emergency stop button, and adopts two groups of normally open contacts. The safety door cam switch adopts two groups of normally closed contacts. The electromagnetic valve for controlling the total air source is a two-position three-way valve.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the invention utilizes the contact structure with forced guiding of the safety relay even under the fault condition. The safety can be ensured even if the welding phenomenon of the contact points occurs. Under the conditions that an emergency button is pressed and a safety door is opened at any time, a brake clutch of a turntable motor of the equipment is powered off to work in combination with the total air inlet electromagnetic valve to achieve the aim of protecting safety of operators and machines.
Normally, after the emergency stop button is pulled or the safety door is closed after the alarm fault is processed, all the terminal numbers 100 and 106 and the terminal numbers 101 and 107 in fig. 1 are connected; after the scram reset button S1 is pressed, the relay KA1 is electrically turned on. When the normally open contact of KA1 (between terminal numbers 105 and 108) is on, the K1 safety relay sets the output. The KA2 safety interlocking relay coil is powered on, at the moment, the KA3 safety interlocking relay auxiliary relay coil is powered on, then the KA4 air source main electromagnetic valve is powered on, and all station cylinders on the turntable are driven to act so as to enable the station cylinders to return to the original point. At the moment, after the auxiliary coil of the KA3 safety interlocking relay is electrified, a normally open contact of the KA3 is connected to drive the electromagnetic brake clutch coil of the KA5 to be electrified and separated, so that the equipment is prepared before starting; and feeding back an origin return signal of each station on the turntable to the PLC program for self-checking. If the PLC checks that no alarm information exists, the touch screen picture connected with the PLC jumps to the starting operation picture, and the automatic operation button equipment is pressed to operate; if the PLC self-checking program detects that the station on the turntable is not at the origin, the touch screen can display alarm information in time; the device will not be started even if you press the auto run button again.
The device is such that when the emergency stop button is pressed, the safety relay is not set when the reset button S1 is pressed, because the normally closed contacts 11 and 12 and 21 and 22 of the safety gate are opened. Similarly, if the safety door is opened, the safety relay is not set when the reset button S1 is pressed down because the normally closed contacts 11 and 12 and 21 and 22 of the safety door are disconnected; so that the KA2 and KA3 relays are not turned on. The brake clutch of the turntable motor of the equipment is powered off to work in combination with the electromagnetic valve of the total air inlet source to be disconnected.

the coil of the relay KA2 is connected to the safety relay, the normally open contact of the relay KA2 and the coil of the relay KA3 are sequentially connected in series and then connected to the power supply, the coil KA4 of the control total air source electromagnetic valve is connected in parallel to two ends of the coil of the relay KA3, and the coil KA5 of the electromagnetic brake for controlling the turntable to stop is connected to the power supply after being connected in series with the normally open contact of the relay KA 3.
