Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, a preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a vehicle key 100 with an antenna function for controlling a vehicle, such as remote control of a lift window, remote control of parking, manual and automatic opening of a door, etc. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the vehicle key 100 with antenna function includes a housing 10, a circuit board 20 and a metal plate 30.
The housing 10 is provided with a plurality of control buttons 12, and when the control buttons 12 are activated by a user, the antenna-equipped car key 100 can control the car by wireless communication. The housing 10 is also provided with an opening 14 at one end for allowing the metal sheet 30 to pass through.
The circuit board 20 is accommodated in the housing 10. One side of the circuit board 20 forms a rectangular notch 22, and the notch 22 is communicated with the opening 14 and is used for receiving the metal sheet 30. In this embodiment, the gap 22 is about 7mm wide and about 30mm long. Furthermore, the circuit board 20 is further provided with a feeding portion 24, and the feeding portion 24 extends from one side of the circuit board 20 to the direction of the notch 22 for feeding current to the metal sheet 30.
The metal sheet 30 is substantially rectangular, and can be pushed by a pushing mechanism (not shown) to pass through the opening 14 of the housing 10, so as to be accommodated in the notch 22 or partially exposed out of the housing 10. The length of the feeding part 24 is adjusted so that the feeding part 24 contacts the metal sheet 30 to feed current to the metal sheet 30. Specifically, the metal sheet 30 includes a first end portion 32 and a second end portion 34 disposed opposite the first end portion 32. When the metal sheet 30 is received in the notch 22, the feeding portion 24 contacts the first end portion 32 of the metal sheet 30. When the metal sheet 30 is partially exposed out of the housing 10, the second end portion 34 is still received in the notch 22, and the feeding portion 24 contacts the second end portion 34 of the metal sheet 30. In the embodiment, the metal sheet 30 is an antenna for transmitting and receiving a wireless signal and is also a key, for example, one side or two sides of the metal sheet 30 may be provided with a saw-toothed structure to make a key shape, and the metal sheet is used for matching with a keyhole of a door of an automobile to manually open the door.
Referring to fig. 4, the vehicle key 100 with antenna function of the present invention further includes an adjusting circuit 50, a signal source 60 and a sensor 70 all disposed on the circuit board 20. The signal source 60 provides a driving current for the adjusting circuit 50, and the adjusting circuit 50 is electrically connected between the signal source 60 and the metal sheet 30. Specifically, the adjusting circuit 50 includes a first switching circuit 51 and a second switching circuit 52, and the first switching circuit 51 may be a variable capacitor electrically connected between the signal source 60 and the metal plate 30. The second switching circuit 52 may be a variable inductor, one end of which is electrically connected between the first switching circuit 51 and the metal sheet 30, and the other end of which is grounded. The sensor 70 is electrically connected to the adjusting circuit 50, and the sensor 70 is used for sensing the position of the metal sheet 30 relative to the housing 10 and outputting a control signal according to the sensing result, so as to control the first switching circuit 51 and the second switching circuit 52. Specifically, the sensor 70 may be a proximity sensor (proximity sensor) or a light sensor, and when the sensor 70 senses that the metal sheet 30 is partially exposed out of the housing 10, the sensor 70 outputs a first control signal to control the first switching circuit 51 to adjust to a first capacitance value (e.g., 2 pF), and control the second switching circuit 52 to adjust to a first inductance value (e.g., 7 nH). When the inductor 70 senses that the metal sheet 30 is accommodated in the notch 22, the inductor 70 outputs a second control signal to control the first switching circuit 51 to adjust to a first capacitance value (e.g., 2 pF), and simultaneously control the second switching circuit 52 to be in an open state, i.e., to adjust to a second inductance value (e.g., 0 nH).
In use, if the antenna-equipped vehicle key 100 has sufficient power, the user does not need to push the metal sheet 30 out of the housing 10. At this time, the sensor 70 senses that the metal sheet 30 is accommodated in the notch 22, and the sensor 70 outputs a second control signal to control the first switching circuit 51 to adjust to the first capacitance value and control the second switching circuit 52 to be in an open state. Since the metal piece 30 is accommodated in the notch 22, it is affected by the housing 10 to generate frequency deviation, and the frequency of the metal piece 30 resonated is kept within a certain range by the adjustment of the adjustment circuit 50. Referring to fig. 5, curve 1 shows the return loss of the metal sheet 30 when it is accommodated in the notch 22. At this time, the vehicle key 100 with the antenna function works in the frequency bands of 2.0-2.4GHz and 5.0-6.0GHz to receive and transmit bluetooth signals, and then communicates with the vehicle through the bluetooth signals to control the vehicle, such as remote control of the lifting window, remote control of parking, automatic opening of the door, and the like.
If the antenna-equipped car key 100 is low in power, the user pushes the metal piece 30 out of the housing 10 by the pushing mechanism. At this time, the sensor 70 senses that the metal sheet 30 is partially exposed out of the housing 10, and the sensor 70 outputs a first control signal to control the first switching circuit 51 to adjust to the first capacitance value and simultaneously control the second switching circuit 52 to adjust to the first capacitance value. Referring to fig. 5, curve 2 shows the return loss of the metal sheet 30 partially exposed out of the housing 10, and the vehicle key 100 with antenna function operates in the frequency bands of 2.0-2.4GHz and 5.0-6.0 GHz. At this time, the user can manually open the door of the automobile using the metal piece 30 exposed out of the case 10. Obviously, even if the antenna-equipped vehicle key 100 is low in power, the door cannot be opened.
Fig. 6 is a graph showing the efficiency of the antenna-equipped vehicle key 100. Wherein, curve 3 represents the efficiency when the metal sheet 30 is accommodated in the notch 22, and curve 4 represents the efficiency when the metal sheet 30 is partially exposed out of the housing 10. From the curves 3 and 4, it can be known that the vehicle key 100 with antenna function has good efficiency in the frequency bands of 2.0-2.4GHz and 5.0-6.0 GHz.
Referring to fig. 7, the car key 100 with antenna function according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention can also be integrated into a wearable electronic device 200. In the present embodiment, the wearable electronic device 200 is a smart watch, which includes a body 220. The body 220 is annular, and the vehicle key 100 with the antenna function is fixed on one side of the body 220. In the present embodiment, when the metal piece 30 of the antenna-equipped car key 100 is accommodated in the notch 22, the first switching circuit 51 is adjusted to a second capacitance value (e.g., 1 pF), and the second switching circuit 52 is adjusted to a second inductance value (e.g., 18 nH), so as to reduce the influence of the metal piece 30 caused by the frequency offset. Fig. 8 is a return loss diagram of the wearable electronic device 200, and fig. 9 is an efficiency diagram of the wearable electronic device 200. It can be seen from fig. 8 and 9 that the wearable electronic device 200 has good signal transceiving effect in the frequency bands of 2.0-2.4GHz and 5.0-6.0 GHz. Moreover, the car key 100 with the antenna function is integrated on the wearable electronic device 200, and the car key 100 with the antenna function can be prevented from being lost.
The car key 100 with the antenna function of the present invention can receive and transmit the bluetooth signal through the metal sheet 30, thereby automatically controlling the car, and meanwhile, the metal sheet 30 can also manually open the car door when the electric quantity is insufficient. In addition, the vehicle key 100 with the antenna function is integrated on the wearable electronic device 200, so as to avoid loss.
