Abstract
本发明涉及一种冬暖夏凉节能智能型厕所,属于公共设施领域。为了克服现有技术中厕所冲水上冻问题,且现有技术中缺少合适的解决方案或成本较高的技术不足,本发明提供一种冬暖夏凉节能智能型厕所,该智能型厕包括复合保温墙体和地下水循环系统,无需额外供能即可实现厕所内部夏季凉爽,冬季温暖的舒适效果,有效解决厕所冬季上冻的技术问题吗,适合在城市公共卫生系统中推广应用。

本发明涉及一种冬暖夏凉节能智能型厕所,属于公共设施领域。
背景技术
城市公共厕所自诞生以来,它的运转便离不开一系列基础设施的保障,对于一座现代化城市来说,基础设施更是维系着城市的生息。城市公厕起源于人类的聚居、城市的产生和社会的进化。据《周礼》记载,我国早在三千多年以前,就在城市道路旁边出现了公厕。随着人们的生活越来越多地融入智能化、自动化, 环保与能源短缺等问题也更多地被关注。尤其是诸如公厕等公共场所实施自动、节能、环保的设备改造也就显得更加重要。目前我国大部分地区普遍使用的都是传统的手按式厕所冲水器,这种厕所在夏季尚可正常使用,但在冬季锁着气温降低,绝大部分的厕所的冲水会上冻,造成厕所的冲水系统无法正常使用,给城市的环境卫生造成极大的影响,并可能会导致某些传染疾病的流行。如何解决冬季厕所上冻的问题已经成为各城市亟待解决的问题。
装饰砌块夹芯保温复合墙体为建筑节能与结构一体化技术体系,具有外墙花纹自然古朴,无需维修和保养,防火、经济性能好等特点。
中国专利申请201210523792.1公开了一种智能环保节水厕所,它包括水箱,水箱分别与注水管、排水管和压力管连接,注水管和压力管与三通阀连接,三通阀还与进水管连接,三通阀与控制器连接;在排水管上还设有排水阀,排水管由于坐便器连接,坐便器通过水管与电动离心粉碎泵连接,电动离心粉碎泵与排污管连接,所述水箱内设有液位传感器,液位传感器、电动离心粉碎泵和排水阀均与控制器连接,所述控制器还与红外探测器连接。可以达到环保、节水的目的,克服了现有公厕冲水系统浪费水资源及手动操作不卫生的不足,实现全自动控制进水排水,还可以有效防止厕所堵塞,但该智能环保节水厕所不能解决厕所冲水上冻的问题。
中国实用新型专利201620147870 .6公开了一种保温型营房厕所,包括:第一保温箱,用于容纳需要保温的设备,箱体采用双层玻璃钢制作,双层玻璃钢中间填充聚氨酯泡沫;第二保温箱,用于容纳厕所用水,箱体采用双层玻璃钢制作,双层玻璃钢中间填充聚氨酯泡沫,该营房厕所对厕所冲水具有一定的保温效果,但其保温效果不佳,且双层玻璃钢结构的造价成本较高,成本支出较大。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中厕所冲水上冻问题,且现有技术中缺少合适的解决方案或成本较高的技术不足,本发明提供一种冬暖夏凉节能智能型厕所,该智能型厕包括复合保温墙体和地下水循环系统,无需额外供能即可实现厕所内部夏季凉爽,冬季温暖的舒适效果,有效解决厕所冬季上冻的技术问题吗,适合在城市公共卫生系统中推广应用。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现上述技术效果:
一种冬暖夏凉节能智能型厕所,该智能型厕所包括厕所顶层,厕所底面基础层,复合保温墙体以及地下水循环系统,其中复合保温墙体包括保温外墙,排水沙团,排水管防水保温层以及保温内墙。其中保温外墙由保温性能较好的劈裂砖垒成,防水保温层和保温外墙的中间具有一个或多个排水沙团,起到储水排水作用,其通过排水管将水排出,优选地,所述的排水管在墙体纵面高度上的间隔为40cm;排水管由不锈钢或者PVC材料制备得到。防水保温层通过防水砂浆和保温材料混合灌实。
厕所顶层包括预制楼板层,其上第一层为细石混凝土贴合层,厚度为6cm;第二层为找坡层,其材料为水泥:珍珠岩=1:8,厚度为4cm,第三层为水泥砂浆找平层,水泥砂浆的比例为1:3,厚度为2cm,其上刷一道基层处理剂,然后刷3mm厚度的高聚物改性沥青防水涂料;第四层为挤塑聚苯板保温层,厚度为6cm,然后使用使用水泥砂浆找平,水泥砂浆厚度为2cm,其上刷一道基层处理剂,然后刷3mm厚度的高聚物改性沥青防水涂料;第五层为隔离层,其为干铺玻纤布或低强度的等级的砂浆,使用水泥砂浆抹平后密封胶嵌缝,水泥砂浆比例为1:2.5。
厕所底面基础层包括为防潮层、回填土层和地基层。其中厕所底面基础层均位于地面以下,所述的防潮层的厚度为20cm,其材料制作方法为水泥砂浆1:3混合后加入其质量的3%的氯化铁防水剂,即得。地基层使用3:7混合比例的灰土夯实制成。
本发明所使用地下水为距离地面垂直高度在20m以下的水源。地下水通过加压取水系统进入储水装置,储水装置内通过温控装置调节储水装置内地下水的温度,水温达标后进入用水设施,废水以及排水汇入收集管道交由市政处理。
优选地,上述地下水循环系统的地下水的控制温度为10℃-15℃,一般情况下地下水的温度可自然使用或者经过少许加热即可。
本发明与现有技术相比技术优势在于:
1)本发明通过特殊工艺和材料建筑而成的智能型厕所,其保温性能优异,无需额外供能即可实现厕所内部夏季凉爽,冬季温暖的舒适效果,提高了入厕者的舒适度,且其制作简单,适合推广应用。
2)本发明利用冬季地下水温度较高的特点确定了地下水循环系统,其有效解决了冬季厕所用水上冻的问题,也从一定程度上解决了厕所卫生以及传染疾病的流行。

1.一种冬暖夏凉节能智能型厕所,其特征在于,其包括厕所顶层,厕所底面基础层,复合保温墙体以及地下水循环系统,其中复合保温墙体包括保温外墙,排水沙团,排水管防水保温层以及保温内墙;保温外墙由保温性能较好的劈裂砖垒成,防水保温层和保温外墙的中间具有一个或多个排水沙团,起到储水排水作用,其通过排水管将水排出;排水管由不锈钢或者PVC材料制备得到;防水保温层通过防水砂浆和保温材料混合灌实;

4.根据权利要求1所述的冬暖夏凉节能智能型厕所,其特征在于,厕所底面基础层中防潮层材料的制作方法为:水泥砂浆1:3混合后加入其质量的3%的氯化铁防水剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的冬暖夏凉节能智能型厕所,其特征在于,地下水循环系统中所使用地下水为距离地面垂直高度在20m以下的水源。
