本发明公开了堇青石、莫来石复合陶瓷材料,其特征在于,所述复合陶瓷材料包括以下原料:二氧化硅:40~43.5wt%,氧化铝:53~55wt%,氧化镁:0.1~0.3wt%,氧化钛:0.2~1.0wt%,氧化钙:0.2~2.0wt%,氧化钇:1~2 wt%,三氧化二磷:0.5~0.8wt%,方解石:1.0~1.5wt%,氮化硼:0.35~0.45wt%。通过调整复合陶瓷材料的配方,使得用上述新型陶瓷材料具有良好的耐电流性,用此配方制成的小型叠片式方型保险管可以达到250v/100A电流不炸管,达到了国际先进水平。同时,该陶瓷材料具有高强度和优良的防爆性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及电子陶瓷新材料技术领域,特别涉及一种堇青石、莫来石复合陶瓷材料。
背景技术
在电子工业中能够利用电、磁性质的陶瓷,称为电子陶瓷。电子陶瓷是通过对表面、晶界和尺寸结构的控制而最终获得具有新功能的陶瓷。在能源、家用电器、汽车等方面可以广泛应用。
目前,广泛应用于新能源汽车、家用电器等设备上的电子陶瓷,要么强度不高,要么防爆性能不好,当电流过高时会发生炸管的现象。
因此,发明一款能够负载高电流的陶瓷材料成为本领域技术人员所急需解决的问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种堇青石、莫来石复合陶瓷材料。所述技术方案如下:
提供了一种堇青石、莫来石复合陶瓷材料,所述复合陶瓷材料包括以下原料:
二氧化硅:40~45wt%,
氧化铝:50~55wt%,
氧化镁、氧化钛、氧化钙混合料:0.5~3.0wt%,
氧化钇:1~2 wt%。
进一步地,所述复合陶瓷材料还包括以下原料:
三氧化二磷:0.5~1wt%,
方解石:1~2wt%,
氮化硼:0.3~0.5wt%。
进一步地,所述复合陶瓷材料由以下原料构成:
二氧化硅:42~43.5wt%,
氧化铝:53~55wt%,
氧化镁:0.1~0.3wt%,
氧化钛:0.2~1.0wt%,
氧化钙:0.2~2.0wt%,
氧化钇:1~2 wt%,
三氧化二磷:0.7~0.8wt%,
方解石:1.2~1.5wt%,
氮化硼:0.35~0.45wt%。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:
通过调整复合陶瓷材料的配方,使得用上述新型陶瓷材料具有良好的耐电流性,用此配方制成的小型叠片式方型保险管可以达到250v/100A电流不炸管,达到了国际先进水平。同时,该陶瓷材料具有高强度和优良的防爆性能。

本实施例提供了一种堇青石、莫来石复合陶瓷材料,该复合陶瓷材料由以下原料构成:二氧化硅:42wt%,氧化铝:53wt%,氧化镁:0.25wt%,氧化钛:0.65wt%,氧化钙:0.55wt%,氧化钇:1.15 wt%,三氧化二磷:0.75wt%,方解石:1.25wt%,氮化硼:0.4wt%。
