Abstract
本发明涉及瓦楞纸技术领域,尤其涉及一种瓦楞纸板;包括从内向外依次设置的内覆层和外覆层;所述内覆层与所述外覆层间设置有多个圆形支撑管,各所述圆形支撑管沿所述内覆层的轴线方向并排间隔设置,各所述圆形支撑管的轴线半径相同;所述内覆层上设置有波浪形透气层,所述波浪形透气层的波峰的高为1‑10mm,相邻两所述波峰间的距离为2‑30mm;所述圆形支撑管的管壁内设置有强度加强筋,所述强度加强筋沿所述圆形支撑管的轴线方向呈螺旋状布设;通过所述圆形支撑管和所述波浪形透气层,以解决现有瓦楞纸板强度差、无通风通道的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及瓦楞纸技术领域,尤其涉及一种瓦楞纸板。
背景技术
目前,瓦楞纸板因为重量轻、成本低等特点已经成为包装箱的首选制作材料,但是现在使用的瓦楞纸板多为在内、外两层瓦楞纸层间设置呈波浪形横向排列的瓦楞纸支撑层,且内瓦楞纸层和外瓦楞纸层的两面均光滑设置;这种结构的纸板强度差,单位面积的纸板可承载的质量小,在使用过程中经常会因为外力的作用发生变形,甚至损坏,不能达到保护内部装载物品的作用;而且这种结构的纸板表面光滑,无通风通道,装载需要通风盛放的物品时,容易因通风不畅造成物品腐烂。
因此,针对上述问题,本发明就提供一种新的瓦楞纸板。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种瓦楞纸板,通过所述圆形支撑管和所述波浪形透气层,以解决现有瓦楞纸板强度差、无通风通道的问题。
本发明的提供的一种瓦楞纸板:包括从内向外依次设置的内覆层和外覆层;所述内覆层与所述外覆层间设置有多个圆形支撑管,各所述圆形支撑管沿所述内覆层的轴线方向并排间隔设置,各所述圆形支撑管的轴线半径相同;所述内覆层上设置有波浪形透气层,所述波浪形透气层的波峰的高为1-10mm,相邻两所述波峰间的距离为2-30mm;所述圆形支撑管的管壁内设置有强度加强筋,所述强度加强筋沿所述圆形支撑管的轴线方向呈螺旋状布设。
进一步地,各所述圆形支撑管的轴线均处于同一平面。
进一步地,各所述圆形支撑管的轴线均与所述内覆层的轴线互相垂直设置。
进一步地,所述圆形支撑管的半径为1-15mm。
进一步地,相邻两所述圆形支撑管的轴线之间的距离为2-30mm。
进一步地,所述外覆层外设置有光固化环氧树脂层。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下的优点:
本发明采用包括从内向外依次设置的所述内覆层和所述外覆层;所述内覆层与所述外覆层间设置有多个所述圆形支撑管,各所述圆形支撑管沿所述内覆层的轴线方向并排间隔设置,各所述圆形支撑管的轴线半径相同;所述内覆层上设置有波浪形透气层,所述波浪形透气层的波峰的高为1-10mm,相邻两所述波峰间的距离为2-30mm;所述圆形支撑管的管壁内设置有强度加强筋,所述强度加强筋沿所述圆形支撑管的轴线方向呈螺旋状布设的设计;所述波浪形透气层的波谷处形成通风通道,加强了放置于其上的物品的通风,减少放置的物品因通风不畅造成物品腐烂、变质等问题;所述圆形支撑管增加了本发明的强度,使本发明可以良好的保护盛放于其上的物品。

实施例一:
参见图1、图2所示,本实施例提供的瓦楞纸板,包括由内向外依次设置的内覆层2和外覆层4;所述内覆层2与所述外覆层4间设置有多个圆形支撑管3,各所述圆形支撑管沿所述内覆层的轴线方向并排间隔设置,各所述圆形支撑管的轴线半径相同;所述内覆层上设置有波浪形透气层1,所述波浪形透气层的波峰302的高为1mm,相邻两所述波峰间的距离为2.2mm;所述圆形支撑管的管壁内设置有强度加强筋301,所述强度加强筋沿所述圆形支撑管的轴线方向呈螺旋状布设。本发明采用包括从内向外依次设置的所述内覆层和所述外覆层;所述内覆层与所述外覆层间设置有多个所述圆形支撑管,各所述圆形支撑管沿所述内覆层的轴线方向并排间隔设置,各所述圆形支撑管的轴线半径相同;所述内覆层上设置有波浪形透气层,所述波浪形透气层的波峰的高为1-10mm,相邻两所述波峰间的距离为2-30mm;所述圆形支撑管的管壁内设置有强度加强筋,所述强度加强筋沿所述圆形支撑管的轴线方向呈螺旋状布设的设计;所述波浪形透气层的波谷处形成通风通道,加强了放置于其上的物品的通风,减少放置的物品因通风不畅造成物品腐烂、变质等问题;所述圆形支撑管增加了本发明的强度,使本发明可以良好的保护盛放于其上的物品。

实施例二:
参见图3所示,本实施例提供的瓦楞纸板,包括由内向外依次设置的所述内覆层501和所述外覆层502;所述内覆层与所述外覆层间设置有多个所述圆形支撑管503,各所述圆形支撑管沿所述内覆层的轴线方向并排间隔设置,各所述圆形支撑管的轴线半径相同;所述内覆层上设置有波浪形透气层507,所述波浪形透气层的波峰的高为10mm,相邻两所述波峰间的距离为30mm;所述圆形支撑管的管壁内设置有所述强度加强筋,所述强度加强筋沿所述圆形支撑管的轴线方向呈螺旋状布设。
参见图3所示,本实施例中各所述圆形支撑管的轴线均处于同一平面。
参见图3所示,本实施例中各所述圆形支撑管的轴线均与所述内覆层的轴线互相垂直设置。

参见图4所示,本实施例提供的瓦楞纸板,包括由内向外依次设置的所述内覆层601和所述外覆层602;所述内覆层与所述外覆层间设置有多个所述圆形支撑管603,各所述圆形支撑管沿所述内覆层的轴线方向并排间隔设置,各所述圆形支撑管的轴线半径相同;所述内覆层上设置有波浪形透气层,所述波浪形透气层的波峰的高为1mm,相邻两所述波峰间的距离为2.3mm;所述圆形支撑管的管壁内设置有所述强度加强筋,所述强度加强筋沿所述圆形支撑管的轴线方向呈螺旋状布设。
参见图4所示,本实施例中各所述圆形支撑管的轴线均处于同一平面。
参见图4所示,本实施例中各所述圆形支撑管的轴线均与所述内覆层的轴线互相垂直设置。
参见图4所示,本实施例中所述圆形支撑管的半径为5mm。

1.一种瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:包括从内向外依次设置的内覆层和外覆层;所述内覆层与所述外覆层间设置有多个圆形支撑管,各所述圆形支撑管沿所述内覆层的轴线方向并排间隔设置,各所述圆形支撑管的轴线半径相同;所述内覆层上设置有波浪形透气层,所述波浪形透气层的波峰的高为1-10mm,相邻两所述波峰间的距离为2-30mm;所述圆形支撑管的管壁内设置有强度加强筋,所述强度加强筋沿所述圆形支撑管的轴线方向呈螺旋状布设。
2.根据权利要求1所述瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:各所述圆形支撑管的轴线均处于同一平面。
3.根据权利要求2所述瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:各所述圆形支撑管的轴线均与所述内覆层的轴线互相垂直设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述圆形支撑管的半径为1-15mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:相邻两所述圆形支撑管间的轴线之间的距离为2-30mm。
6.根据权利要求5所述瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述外覆层外设置光固化环氧树脂层。
