In order to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the later-stage mounting cylinder 15, the outer wall of the rear end part of the mounting cylinder 15 in the embodiment is provided with a positioning step 151, and the positioning step 151 abuts against the rear end surface of the inner ring of the bearing 14, so that the positioning of the mounting cylinder 15 is facilitated, and the axial movement of the mounting cylinder is prevented. In addition, in order to prevent dust from entering the bearing 14 and affecting the rotation of the inner ring of the bearing 14, a dust-proof gasket 17 is welded to the front side of the bearing 14 to prevent dust from entering the bearing 14.
