when the shooting component and the wearing body are in a combined state, the shooting view function of the shooting component is started.

The virtual reality sleep aid as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the wearable main body is provided with a wireless transceiver which can facilitate a user to wirelessly control and select a display image of the display component through a portable mobile terminal and/or facilitate the user to wirelessly control the camera to shoot through the portable mobile terminal, and the wireless transceiver comprises a wireless local area network transceiver and/or a Bluetooth transceiver; and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
