Abstract
The application discloses a production supervision method comprising the following steps: creating a corresponding product ID for a target product waiting to be produced according to preset ID creating rules; obtaining corresponding production data in a target product producing process, and recording the corresponding relation between the production data and the product ID of the target product into a first mapping table, wherein the production data comprises production line data and/or product test data and/or material data; obtaining the product ID inputted by a user through a production data query interface, using the first mapping table to determine the production data corresponding to the product ID, and sending the production data to a corresponding user terminal. The method and system can improve the production process supervision efficiency; in addition, the application also discloses a production supervision system.

5. The production supervision method according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterized by further comprising:
in the process of producing the target product, setting a corresponding networking activation module for the target product;
when a consumer performs networking operation on the target product, acquiring networking activation information sent by a networking activation module on the target product;
wherein the networking activation information includes a product ID of the target product.
6. A production supervision system, comprising:
the ID creating module is used for creating a corresponding product ID for the target product waiting for production according to a preset ID creating rule;
the production data acquisition module is used for acquiring corresponding production data in the process of producing the target product; wherein the production data comprises production line data and/or product test data and/or material data;
the first relation recording module is used for recording the corresponding relation between the production data and the product ID of the target product to a first mapping table;
and the first query response module is used for determining the production data corresponding to the product ID by using the first mapping table when the product ID input by the user through the production data query interface is obtained, and sending the production data to the corresponding user terminal.
7. The production regulatory system of claim 6, further comprising:
the warehousing information acquisition module is used for acquiring corresponding warehousing information in the process of warehousing the produced target product;
the second relation recording module is used for recording the corresponding relation between the warehousing information and the product ID of the target product to a second mapping table in real time;
and the second query response module is used for determining warehousing information corresponding to the product ID by using the second mapping table when the product ID input by the user through the warehousing information query interface is obtained, and sending the warehousing information to the corresponding user terminal.
8. The production regulatory system of claim 6, further comprising:
the ex-warehouse information acquisition module is used for acquiring corresponding ex-warehouse information in the process of ex-warehouse of the produced target product;
the third relation recording module is used for recording the corresponding relation between the ex-warehouse information and the product ID of the target product to a third mapping table in real time;
and the third query response module is used for determining the ex-warehouse information corresponding to the product ID by using the third mapping table when the product ID input by the user through the ex-warehouse information query interface is obtained, and sending the ex-warehouse information to the corresponding user terminal.
9. The production regulatory system of claim 6, further comprising:
the logistics information acquisition module is used for acquiring corresponding real-time logistics information in the process of transporting the produced target product;
the fourth relation recording module is used for recording the corresponding relation between the real-time logistics information and the product ID of the target product to a fourth mapping table in real time;
and the fourth query response module is used for determining logistics information corresponding to the product ID by using the fourth mapping table when the product ID input by the user through the logistics information query interface is obtained, and sending the logistics information to the corresponding user terminal.
10. The production regulatory system of any one of claims 6 to 9, further comprising:
the setting module is used for setting a corresponding networking activation module for the target product in the process of producing the target product;
the activation information acquisition module is used for acquiring networking activation information sent by the networking activation module on the target product when a consumer performs networking operation on the target product;
wherein the networking activation information includes a product ID of the target product.
