技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其涉及一种治疗缺血性心脑血管病的中药组合物，属于心脑血管病药物技术领域。
背景技术
缺血性心脑血管病包括缺血性脑血管病和缺血性心脏病，缺血性脑血管病是指由于各种原因导致的脑血管堵塞、致使脑血管功能障碍，引起相关症状，如半身不遂、语言不利、头晕耳鸣等；缺血性心脏病也即冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病，是冠状动脉血管发生动脉粥样硬化病变而引起血管腔狭窄或阻塞，造成心肌缺血、缺氧或坏死而导致的心脏病，常常被称为“冠心病”。但是冠心病的范围可能更广泛，还包括炎症、栓塞等导致管腔狭窄或闭塞。世界卫生组织将冠心病分为5大类：无症状心肌缺血(隐匿性冠心病)、心绞痛、心肌梗死、缺血性心力衰竭(缺血性心脏病)和猝死5种临床类型。临床中常常分为稳定性冠心病和急性冠状动脉综合征。上述两种病症除了合理膳食、适当锻炼、戒烟戒酒、养成良好生活方式的同时，一般进行药物治疗，目前，治疗上述两种病症的药物较多，但普遍存在治疗效果差、有的药物长期服用，副作用较大。
发明内容
本发明就是根据上述问题，提出治疗缺血性心脑血管病的中药组合物，该中药组合物对缺血性心脑血管病治疗效果好，且无毒物作用。
为达到上述技术目的，本发明采用了一种治疗缺血性心脑血管病的中药组合物，该中药组合物由下述原料组合而成：干水蛭2-6份、黄芪10-14份、归尾4-8份、川芎12-16份、胆南星10-14份、草乌8-12份、没药6-10份、蕲蛇干1-3份、银杏叶14-18份、葛根6-10份、天麻7-11份、玄参6-10份、牛膝4-6份、蛇毒制剂0.2-0.4份。
作为本发明之优选，所述蛇毒制剂为大连蝮蛇毒制剂、尖吻蝮蛇毒制剂、巴西蝮蛇毒制剂以及眼镜蛇毒制剂中的任意一种。
本发明药物组合物的部分药物的药理如下：
水蛭：主要含水蛭素，有破血逐瘀之功，药理作用：水蛭具有抗凝、溶栓、扩张血管和改善微循环的作用。
银杏叶：银杏叶可抗血小板聚集和抗血栓形成，银杏叶提取物具有高效的抗血小板活化银子的作用，经大量药理学实验证明，PAF是迄今最强的致血小板聚集和形成血栓的内源性活性物质，其还能逆转异常的血液流变性，提高红细胞的变形能力，降低血液粘度，有理由疏通小血管内的血液瘀滞、有利于缺血后脑功能的恢复，银杏叶提取物的主要成分是杏仁总黄酮苷，有较强的抗氧化、抗自由基以及升高SOD的活性和降低LPO含量的作用，此外还有扩张脑血管、增加脑血管流量、改善微循环和促进智能恢复的作用。
蛇毒制剂：蛇毒制剂是以精氨酸酯酶为主的复合酶制剂，除含凝血酶外，还含有精氨酸酯酶活性的激肽释放酶，这种酶具有抗凝、溶栓、去纤、降脂、扩张血管、改善脑循环、促进神经细胞功能性恢复的作用。
本发明的中药组合物，具有显著的抗凝、溶栓、扩张血管、改善脑循环的作用，经临床验证，本发明的中药组合物对各种原因引起的缺血性心脑血管病具有显著的治疗效果，且所有药物均为天然原料，无任何毒副作用。

一种治疗缺血性心脑血管病的中药组合物，该中药组合物由下述原料组合而成：干水蛭2份、黄芪10份、归尾4份、川芎12份、胆南星10份、草乌8份、没药6份、蕲蛇干1份、银杏叶14份、葛根6份、天麻7份、玄参6份、牛膝4份、蛇毒制剂0.2份。
本发明的中药组合物的制备方法如下：
(1)将除了蛇毒制剂以外的其余原料洗净、消毒后，放入药物粉碎机内粗粉碎之50目，再精粉碎至200目，待用；
(2)将蛇毒制剂用现代制药技术制成干粉，然后加入步骤(1)中的混合物，放入搅拌机内充分混匀搅拌；
(3)利用现代制药技术制成药丸、包装。
本发明药物的使用方法为：口服，一日三次，一次两粒，两周为一个疗程。
实施例2
一种治疗缺血性心脑血管病的中药组合物，该中药组合物由下述原料组合而成：干水蛭6份、黄芪14份、归尾8份、川芎16份、胆南星14份、草乌12份、没药10份、蕲蛇干3份、银杏叶18份、葛根10份、天麻11份、玄参10份、牛膝6份、蛇毒制剂0.4份。
本实施例的药物的制备方法和使用方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种治疗缺血性心脑血管病的中药组合物，该中药组合物由下述原料组合而成：干水蛭4份、黄芪12份、归尾6份、川芎14份、胆南星12份、草乌10份、没药8份、蕲蛇干2份、银杏叶12份、葛根8份、天麻9份、玄参8份、牛膝5份、蛇毒制剂0.3份。
本实施例的药物的制备方法和使用方法同实施例1。

1.一种治疗缺血性心脑血管病的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物由下述原料组合而成：干水蛭2-6份、黄芪10-14份、归尾4-8份、川芎12-16份、胆南星10-14份、草乌8-12份、没药6-10份、蕲蛇干1-3份、银杏叶14-18份、葛根6-10份、天麻7-11份、玄参6-10份、牛膝4-6份、蛇毒制剂0.2-0.4份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗缺血性心脑血管病的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述蛇毒制剂为大连蝮蛇毒制剂、尖吻蝮蛇毒制剂、巴西蝮蛇毒制剂以及眼镜蛇毒制剂中的任意一种。
