Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems solved, technical solutions adopted and technical effects achieved by the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Figures 1-3 are perspective, plan and cross-sectional views, respectively, of a dishwasher self-cleaning system in accordance with embodiments of the present invention. The embodiment provides a self-cleaning system of a dish-washing machine, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the self-cleaning system comprises a water tank 1, a coarse filter 2, a fine filter 3 and a plane filter screen 4, wherein the water tank 1 is positioned below the bottom of an inner container of the dish-washing machine, the plane filter screen 4 is clamped above the bottom of the inner container of the dish-washing machine, the coarse filter 2 is sleeved in the fine filter 3, the lower end of the fine filter 3 penetrates through a central hole of the plane filter screen 4 and is arranged in the water tank 1, further, a flange 22 which is vertical to the axial direction of the coarse filter 2 is formed on the outer side of the coarse filter 2 along the circumferential direction of the coarse filter, and the plane filter screen 4 is pressed on. The outer side of the bottom end of the coarse filter 2 is provided with a clamping jaw 21 along the circumferential direction, a clamping groove matched with the clamping jaw 21 is arranged at the corresponding position of the water tank 1, and the coarse filter 2 is screwed and clamped in the water tank 1 by rotating the clamping jaw 21 and the clamping groove in a matching way.
In the present embodiment, the coarse filter 2 has an upper part 2a which is integrally formed and is higher than the plane of the center hole of the plane filter 4 and a lower part 2b which is lower than the plane of the center hole of the plane filter 4, and a plurality of first through holes 23 through which large residues pass are provided in the upper part 2a, and a plurality of second through holes 24 which prevent the large residues from passing are provided in the lower part 2 b. The fine filter 3 has a lower portion 3b lower than the plane of the center hole of the planar filter net 4, and a plurality of third through holes 32 through which extremely small residues pass are opened in the lower portion 3b of the fine filter 3. The hole diameters of the first through hole 23, the second through hole 24, and the third through hole 32 decrease in order. In the washing process, under the driving of the washing motor 8, the water flow is sucked to the upper end of the water tank 1, and most of the water flow passes through the plane filter screen 4 and enters the circular washing again, thereby completing the first filtering. The residues blocked by the plane filter screen 4 enter the coarse filter 2 through the first through holes 23 along with the water flow, and the large residues entering the coarse filter 2 are blocked in the coarse filter 2 by the second through holes 24, so that the secondary filtration is completed. For smaller residues, which pass through the second through-holes 24 into the fine filter 3, they are filtered a third time via the third through-holes 32 in the fine filter 3. The water flowing out of the fine filter 3 enters into the circulation washing, while the large residue is accumulated in the coarse filter 2, and the tiny residue is discharged to achieve the washing effect. In this way, food residue is filtered in multiple stages through the first through hole 23, the second through hole 24 and the third through hole 32, and when the washing process is completed, the user can take out the coarse filter 2 to remove the residue therein.
The fine filter 3 is rotatably disposed in the water tank 1, specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the fine filter 3 is sleeved outside the coarse filter 2, a protrusion is disposed outside the bottom end of the fine filter 3, and a groove rotatably engaged with the protrusion is disposed at the bottom of the water tank 1.
The outer side of the fine filter 3 is arranged with several vanes 31 along its circumference, the individual vanes 31 being distributed radially along the fine filter 3. A turbidity sensor 6 is arranged in the water tank 1. The water tank 1 is provided with a nozzle 11 connected with a self-cleaning water inlet pipeline, and the water conservancy spraying end of the nozzle 11 is arranged towards the fine filter 3 and the turbidity sensor 6. The number of the nozzles 11 and the number of the blades 31 are at least one, and the specific number can be set according to actual cleaning requirements.
After washing, high-pressure water flow is sprayed from the nozzle 11 on the water tank 1 to be sprayed to complex structures (such as a turbidity sensor 6 and blades 31 of the fine filter 3) which are difficult to clean and positioned in the water tank 1, and the fine filter 3 is driven by the high-pressure water flow to rotate, so that the 360-degree cleaning effect is achieved.
In the embodiment, the water tank 1 is connected with a water outlet pipeline 5, a washing motor 8 is installed on the water outlet pipeline 5, and a water diversion system is connected between the water outlet pipeline 5 and a self-cleaning water inlet pipeline. Specifically, the water diversion system comprises a diversion check ring shell 9, a diversion check ring 10 and a stepping motor 12, a washing water outlet and a self-cleaning water outlet 91 are arranged on the diversion check ring shell 9, the washing water outlet is connected with the spraying system, the self-cleaning water outlet 91 is connected with a self-cleaning water inlet pipeline, and the stepping motor 12 is used for driving the diversion check ring 10 to rotate so as to selectively open the washing water outlet or the self-cleaning water outlet 91. The side wall of the water tank 1 is also provided with a water outlet 13.
When the turbidity sensor 6 and the fine filter 3 in the washing basin 1 are cleaned, the stepping motor 12 drives the shunt baffle 10 to block the washing water outlet or other water outlets on the shunt baffle shell 9, only the self-cleaning water outlet 91 is opened, the self-cleaning water outlet 91 is communicated with the self-cleaning water inlet pipeline, the washing motor 8 works, so that high-pressure water flow is sprayed out through the nozzle 11 on the basin 1, the water flow is sprayed onto the blades 31 of the turbidity sensor 6 and the fine filter 3, the complex structure which is difficult to clean in the basin 1 is washed, the fine filter 3 rotates under the driving of the high-pressure water flow, and the purpose of self-cleaning without dead zones is realized. The invention utilizes the washing system of the dish washer to carry out self-cleaning on the complex structure which is difficult to clean in the water tank, does not add extra parts and has low cost.
The invention also proposes a dishwasher comprising a dishwasher self-cleaning system as described above. The dish washing machine not only realizes the purpose of no dead zone and self-cleaning to the complex structure which is difficult to clean in the water tank of the dish washing machine, but also has high cleaning efficiency.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, although the present invention has been described in greater detail by the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and may include other equivalent embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is determined by the scope of the appended claims.
