Abstract

本发明涉及一种辣椒种子包衣剂及其制备方法,由以下重量份数的原料组成:赤霉素3‑5、生长素1‑3、吲哚乙酸2‑4、改性淀粉5‑7、骨胶0.5‑1、硫酸钾0.5‑1、硫酸锌0.1‑0.3、姜黄素0.5‑1、琼脂糖2‑3、甲基立枯磷20%乳油1‑2、多菌灵0.3‑0.5、水余量。制备方法为:将琼脂糖、改性淀粉、骨胶置于100 份纯水中,加热至沸腾,琼脂糖、改性淀粉、骨胶溶于水中,冷却并保持60‑65℃温度,配方中的剩余物质加入到溶液中,并混合均匀,将所得到的溶液冷却40‑50℃得到种子包衣剂。本发明具有以下优点:提高种子抗病性,降低发霉率,缩短发芽时间,促进苗生长,增加农作物产量,提高产品质量的作用。

一种辣椒种子包衣剂及其制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及农业种植技术领域,具体涉及一种辣椒种子包衣剂及其制备方法。
背景技术:
种子包衣又称种衣剂,是由农药原药(杀虫剂、杀菌剂等)、肥料、生长调节剂、成膜剂及配套助剂经特定工艺加工制成的,可直接或经稀释后覆于种子表面,形成具有一定强度和通透性的保护层膜的农药制剂。
种衣剂具有明显的杀灭地下毒虫、防治种子带菌核苗期病害、促进种苗健康生长发育、改进作物品种、提高种子发芽率、减少种子使用量等功效。与一般传统浸种和拌种所用药肥不同,种衣剂被包在种子上能立即固化成膜为种衣,且种衣在土中遇水只能吸胀而几乎不被溶解,保证种子正常发芽生长而药肥缓慢释放。一般常规拌种药剂,易脱落淋失,靶标施药能效低,对人畜也不安全,浸种或闷种只是播种对种子带菌消毒的植保措施,且浸种或闷种后需立即播种,不能贮藏,不是良种标准化措施。
我国种子包衣技术研究起步较晚,现有的辣椒包衣剂配方,主要由杀菌剂、杀虫剂、琼脂、海藻酸钠、辅料制成,作用比较单一,普遍具有提高辣椒种子抗病能力的作用,但针对提高种子抗病率、降低发霉率,缩短种子发芽时间等产生作用较小。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种出苗时间短、出苗率高、出苗整齐的高活力种子包衣剂,在原有辣椒包衣剂作用抗病能力作用基础上,提高种子抗病率、降低发霉率,缩短种子发芽时间并加快发芽,促进成苗,增加产量,提高质量的作用。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
一种辣椒种子包衣剂,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料组成:赤霉素3-5 、生长素1-3 、吲哚乙酸2-4、改性淀粉5-7 、骨胶0.5-1、硫酸钾0.5-1、硫酸锌0.1-0.3、姜黄素0.5-1、琼脂糖2-3、甲基立枯磷20%乳油1-2、多菌灵0.3-0.5 、水余量。
按照所述配方比例,将琼脂糖、改性淀粉、骨胶置于100 份纯水中,加热至沸腾,琼脂糖、改性淀粉、骨胶溶于水中,冷却并保持60-65℃温度,配方中的剩余物质加入到溶液中,并混合均匀,将所得到的溶液冷却40-50℃得到种子包衣剂。
本发明提供一种辣椒种子包衣剂具有以下优点:提高种子抗病性,降低发霉率,缩短发芽时间,促进苗生长,增加农作物产量,提高产品质量的作用,解决了辣椒种子包衣剂作用功能单一的难题。
具体实施方式
实施例一
1、配方组成:
取赤霉素3 g、植物生长素3g、吲哚乙酸2g、改性淀粉7g、骨胶0.5g、硫酸钾1g、硫酸锌0.1g、姜黄素0.5g、琼脂糖2g、甲基立枯磷(20%乳油)1g、多菌灵0.3g,其余为水。
2、本实施例所述种子包衣的制作方法为:
按照配方比例,将琼脂糖、改性淀粉、骨胶置于100 mL纯水中,加热至沸腾,琼脂糖、改性淀粉、骨胶溶于水中,冷却并保持60-65℃温度,配方中的剩余物质加入到溶液中,并混合均匀。将所得到的溶液冷却40-50℃得到种子包衣剂。
3、使用方法:
将100 g辣椒种子与种子包衣剂按1:5-10的比例充分混匀后,带有辣椒种子的混合液冷却至室温35-40℃,凝固、烘干,从而得到带有干燥包衣的种子。
实施例二
1、配方组成:取赤霉素4g、生长素2g、吲哚乙酸3g、改性淀粉6g、骨胶0.7g、硫酸钾0.7g、硫酸锌0.3g、姜黄素0.7g、琼脂糖2.5g、甲基立枯磷(20%乳油)1.5g、多菌灵0.4g,其余为水;
2、本实施例所述种子包衣的制作方法为:(同实施例一)。
3、使用方法:(同实施例一)。
实施例三
1、配方组成:取赤霉素5g、生长素1g、吲哚乙酸4g、改性淀粉5g、骨胶1g、硫酸钾0.5g、硫酸锌0.3g、姜黄素1g、琼脂糖3g、甲基立枯磷(20%乳油)2g、多菌灵0.5g,其余为水;
2、本实施例所述种子包衣的制作方法为:(同实施例一)。
3、使用方法:(同实施例一)。
实验例一(种子发芽实验)
将实施例一、实施例二、实施例三制备出的辣椒种子包衣剂对种子进行包衣处理后与未包衣的对照种子各100粒,在种植基质中进行发芽实验,保持土壤湿润,按照《农作物种子检验规程》测定发芽率,测定发芽率结果如表1所示。

由上表可以看出,通过采用本发明处理后的辣椒种子其发芽率都远远超过未处理的辣椒种子,因此本包衣剂达到了加快辣椒发芽的作用。
实验例二(辣椒种子发霉防治效果测定):
将实施例一、实施例二、实施例三制备出的辣椒种子包衣剂,对种子进行包衣处理后与未包衣的对照种子各100粒,在较湿润环境中放置1个月,观察种子表面出现霉斑、黑斑的比例,测试防治结果,其结果如表2所示:

由上表可以看出,通过采用本发明处理后的辣椒种子其发霉率都远远低于未处理的辣椒种子,因此本包衣剂能有效降低辣椒种子发霉率。
实施例三(辣椒幼苗抗病率效果测定)
将实施例一、实施例二、实施例三制备出的辣椒种子包衣剂对种子进行包衣处理后与 未包衣的对照种子各100粒,在病土(土壤中带有辣椒疫霉菌)中进行种子抗病率的实验,保 持土壤湿润,调查种子发芽率和病苗率,测试防治结果,其结果如表3所示:

由上表可以看出,通过采用本发明处理后的幼苗在出苗率、病苗率等方面都远远的优于未处理的,超到了加快辣椒发芽,促进成苗的作用,并且提高辣椒的产量及质量,是一种上佳的辣椒专用包衣剂。

1.一种辣椒种子包衣剂,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:赤霉素3-5 、生长素1-3 、吲哚乙酸2-4、改性淀粉5-7 、骨胶0.5-1、硫酸钾0.5-1、硫酸锌0.1-0.3、姜黄素0.5-1、琼脂糖2-3、甲基立枯磷20%乳油1-2、多菌灵0.3-0.5 、水余量。
2.一种如权利要求书1所述的辣椒种子包衣剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:按照权利要求书1所述配方比例,将琼脂糖、改性淀粉、骨胶置于100 份纯水中,加热至沸腾,琼脂糖、改性淀粉、骨胶溶于水中,冷却并保持60-65℃温度,配方中的剩余物质加入到溶液中,并混合均匀,将所得到的溶液冷却40-50℃得到种子包衣剂。
