本发明涉及一种埋蛹预测柑橘大实蝇虫害爆发的方法,从柑橘蛆果中挑选出大实蝇蛹,选择具有代表性的柑橘园,设点进行掩埋;在1.5m2的面积里挖40个3cm深的小孔,每个小孔里放入15头大实蝇蛹,上面罩上纱网,并做好标记;次年4月下旬‑5月,开始挖出掩埋点的蛹,进行观察,以预测大实蝇的羽化情况;从4月下旬开始,每隔1天观察1次,分别于12时和19时观察大实蝇的羽化情况。当羽化率超过5%即进入羽化始盛期,开始形成柑橘大实蝇虫害,需要立即着手第一次喷药工作,通过观察还能预测能够预测害虫羽化高峰、计算成虫羽化率、雌雄比例、死亡率及发生盛期。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及种植技术,尤其涉及一种埋蛹预测柑橘大实蝇虫害爆发的方法。
【背景技术】
柑橘大实蝇隶属于实蝇科果实蝇属,是我国柑橘类果树的重要害虫之一。近年来在我国的柑橘主产区的危害成扩大的态势,严重威胁我国中西部地区的柑橘生产,因此要监测柑橘大实蝇的发生。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种埋蛹预测柑橘大实蝇虫害爆发的方法,旨在监测当地柑橘大实蝇危害发生的问题。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种埋蛹预测柑橘大实蝇虫害爆发的方法,从柑橘蛆果中挑选出大实蝇蛹,选择具有代表性的柑橘园,设点进行掩埋;在1.5m2的面积里挖40个3cm深的小孔,每个小孔里放入15头大实蝇蛹,上面罩上纱网,并做好标记;次年4月下旬-5月,开始挖出掩埋点的蛹,进行观察,以预测大实蝇的羽化情况;从4月下旬开始,每隔1天观察1次,分别于12时和19时观察大实蝇的羽化情况。
本发明的有益效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,当羽化率超过5%即进入羽化始盛期,开始形成柑橘大实蝇虫害,需要立即着手第一次喷药工作,通过观察还能预测能够预测害虫羽化高峰、计算成虫羽化率、雌雄比例、死亡率及发生盛期。
