The a/V input unit 120 is used to receive an audio or video signal. The user input unit 130 may generate key input data according to a command input by a user to control various operations of the mobile terminal. Such communication devices may use different air interfaces and/or physical layers. The mobile terminal 100 is generally engaged in conversations, messaging, and other types of communications. When a user needs to perform information interaction with a television through a mobile terminal, the mobile terminal needs to establish a connection relation with the television in advance. After the mobile terminal is connected with the television, a user can select program information in an interface appointed by the mobile terminal or through a preset key, and after the mobile terminal receives an operation instruction generated by user operation, the program information selected by the user is determined according to the operation instruction. At this time, the transmission module 10 transmits the acquisition request of the program information to the television.

When the mobile terminal sends an acquisition request of program information to the television, and the program information comprises a plurality of programs, the program data returned by the television according to the program information also comprises the programs. When the program data includes a plurality of programs, the determining module 30 obtains image information in a designated area of the mobile terminal through a preset front-facing camera, where the designated area may be a range of an area visible by the camera, or an area where the camera captures an image is set according to actual needs, or may be set according to specific situations. Then, the determining module 30 analyzes the image information after obtaining the image information in the designated area of the mobile terminal, and extracts the feature information in the image information to determine the user corresponding to the mobile terminal. And determining the priority of each program corresponding to the user according to the mapping relation between the user and the program priority.
And the playing module 40 is configured to play the corresponding program in the display screen of the mobile terminal according to the priority of each program and the received program data.
The playing back module 40 should be noted that the user can set a plurality of programs to have a priority level according to his/her preference, for example, a news program and a sports program can be set to have the highest priority level.
After receiving program data corresponding to program information fed back by a television and determining the priority of each program corresponding to a user using the mobile terminal, the playing module 40 plays the program corresponding to the highest priority in the display screen of the mobile terminal according to the priority of each program and the received program data. When the programs are the highest priority, the program corresponding to the highest priority can be displayed in a display screen of the mobile terminal according to the priority of each program and the received program data. The user can select one program to play in a full screen mode according to the needs of the user, and can also watch a plurality of programs in a split screen mode. The mobile terminal can acquire the corresponding program data from the television according to the use requirements of the user to play the program, namely, in the process that the user watches the television, if the handheld user of different mobile terminals wants to watch different television programs, the user does not need to manually control the mobile terminal to search for the program, but the mobile terminal sends an acquisition request to the television, and then the program data fed back by the television can be received, so that the user experience is improved.
It should be noted that the television may establish a connection with one mobile terminal, or may establish a connection with multiple mobile terminals at the same time. When the television is connected with a mobile terminal, corresponding program data are fed back only according to an acquisition request of program information sent by the mobile terminal. When the television is connected with a plurality of mobile terminals, the television can analyze the locally stored program data stream according to the received acquisition request of different or same program information sent by each mobile terminal, respectively acquire program data corresponding to the different or same program information, and respectively send the program data corresponding to the different or same program information to the corresponding mobile terminals.
The mobile terminal determines corresponding program information according to a received user operation instruction, sends an acquisition request of the program information to the television, and plays a corresponding program in a display screen according to the program data after receiving the program data to be played fed back by the television based on the acquisition request. Therefore, the acquisition request of the required program information can be sent to the television aiming at different mobile terminals, so that the corresponding program can be played according to the program data to be played returned by the television, and the convenience and the flexibility of playing the program by the mobile terminal are improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, a second embodiment of the program playing apparatus of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment of the program playing apparatus, and the difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment of the program playing apparatus of the present invention is that the program playing apparatus further includes:
and the output module 50 is configured to output corresponding prompt information and/or control the television to display the corresponding prompt information when the program data to be played, which is fed back by the television based on the acquisition request, is not received.
In this embodiment, after the mobile terminal sends the request for obtaining the program information to the television, when program data corresponding to the program information does not exist in a program data stream of the television, or the television fails to receive the request for obtaining the program information from the mobile terminal, or the mobile terminal is abnormal and cannot send the request for obtaining the program information to the television, and so on, the output module 50 does not receive program data to be played based on feedback of the request for obtaining by the television, and outputs corresponding prompt information in a screen display manner or a voice broadcast manner, and so on. And/or the output module 50 sends the control instruction of the prompt information display to the television to control the television to display the prompt information corresponding to the program data which is not received by the mobile terminal.
For example, when program data corresponding to the program information does not exist in a program data stream of the television, the television feeds back information without the program data to the mobile terminal for outputting; when the mobile terminal is abnormal and cannot normally display the received program data, the mobile terminal outputs information of abnormal conditions; and when the mobile terminal is abnormal and cannot send the acquisition request of the program information to the television, outputting the information of failed transmission. Therefore, the user can be reminded, so that the user can know the reason why the mobile terminal does not receive the program data to be played fed back by the television, and the user is prevented from troubleshooting one by one according to the guess of the user.
In this embodiment, when the mobile terminal does not receive the fed back program data to be played, the corresponding prompt information is output, and/or the television is controlled to display the corresponding prompt information. The user can know the condition of the program data to be played fed back by the mobile terminal television according to the prompt information, and the user experience is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, a third embodiment of the program playing apparatus of the present invention is proposed based on the second embodiment of the program playing apparatus, and the difference between this embodiment and the second embodiment of the program playing apparatus of the present invention is that the program playing apparatus further includes:
the establishing module 60 is configured to send a connection request to the television, receive confirmation information fed back by the television based on the connection request, and establish a communication connection with the television according to the confirmation information;
the sending module 10 is further configured to receive an operation instruction selected by the input program information, determine corresponding program information according to the operation instruction, and send an acquisition request of the program information to the television after establishing a communication connection with the television.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate information interaction between the mobile terminal and the television, first, before the mobile terminal and the television perform information interaction, the establishing module 60 may perform pairing connection with the television through wireless communication such as bluetooth and wifi. For example, the mobile terminal may search for the unique identification of the television set, or receive a user input of the unique identification of the television, and send a connection request to the television based on the unique identification. After receiving the confirmation information fed back by the television based on the connection request, the mobile terminal can establish a communication connection relation with the television, and after the connection is successful, the mobile terminal and the television can mutually transmit data. Namely, after establishing communication connection with the television, the mobile terminal sends an acquisition request of the program information to the television.
Optionally, taking bluetooth connection as an example, after pairing connection between the mobile terminal and the television is successful, automatically popping up a prompt box to prompt the user whether to remember the bluetooth, and if the user chooses to remember the bluetooth, the mobile terminal stores the bluetooth connection information. The user can select to store the Bluetooth connection information according to the requirement of the user, so that the next reconnection is facilitated; or the Bluetooth connection information is not selected to be stored, so that the user experience is improved.
When the user does not need to control the television in the matched connection, the matched connection with the television can be disconnected through a key preset by the mobile terminal, so that the user is prevented from generating unnecessary operation in the process of using the mobile terminal without controlling the television. Optionally, in order to save power consumption and prevent a user from forgetting to disconnect the paired connection when the paired connection of the television is not required, after the paired connection of the mobile terminal and the television is completed, when the television does not receive a control instruction sent by the mobile terminal within a preset time, a disconnection instruction may be sent to the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal may disconnect the paired connection with the television. The preset time can be set to 1 hour, and can also be flexibly set according to specific situations.
The mobile terminal can send the connection request to the television and establish the communication connection relation with the television, so that the mobile terminal can conveniently perform information interaction with the television, namely, the mobile terminal is connected with the television in a matching way, and the reliability of the information interaction between the mobile terminal and the television is improved.
Further, based on the third embodiment of the program playing apparatus, a fourth embodiment of the program playing apparatus of the present invention is provided, where the difference between this embodiment and the third embodiment of the program playing apparatus of the present invention is that the program playing apparatus further includes:
and the acquisition module is used for sending an acquisition request of a program menu to the television after establishing communication connection with the television, receiving program menu data returned by the television based on the acquisition request of the program menu, and displaying a corresponding program menu list according to the program menu data.
In this embodiment, in order to better enable a user to correctly control a television by using a mobile terminal so as to effectively control the television, after the mobile terminal is connected with the television, an acquisition module may actively send an acquisition request of a program menu to the television, the television returns corresponding program menu data to the mobile terminal according to the received acquisition request of the program menu, and the acquisition module displays a corresponding program menu list according to the received program menu data. Or after the mobile terminal is connected with the television, the television actively sends the program menu data to the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal can display the corresponding program menu list according to the received program menu data. The user can select the required program in the interface of the mobile terminal displaying the program menu list, thereby facilitating the correct selection operation of the user according to the program menu list under the condition that the user does not know the television program. In addition, when the user forgets the operation of selecting the television program set based on different mobile terminals, the user can call the program menu list to be displayed in the display interface of the mobile terminal, so that the user is prompted to perform correct operation.
After the communication connection with the television is established, the mobile terminal can receive the program menu data returned by the television based on the program menu acquisition request sent by the mobile terminal, and display the corresponding program menu list according to the program menu data, so that a user can conveniently select programs, and the convenience of the mobile terminal in operating the television is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, a fifth embodiment of the program playing device of the present invention is proposed based on any one of the first to fourth embodiments of the program playing device, and the difference between this embodiment and any one of the first to fourth embodiments of the program playing device of the present invention is that the program playing device further includes:
the control module 70 is configured to send a standby instruction to the television to control the television to enter a standby mode; or sending a shutdown instruction to the television to control the television to be shut down.
In this embodiment, in order to save the energy consumption of the television, after the mobile terminal plays the program according to the received program data, the user may only watch the program through the mobile terminal without paying attention to the television, at this time, the control module 70 sends a standby instruction to the television, and the television enters a standby mode according to the received standby instruction. Optionally, after the television enters the standby mode, when the operation instruction is not sent to the television within the preset time period, the shutdown instruction is sent to the television, and the television is controlled to be shut down. Of course, the control module 70 may also directly send a shutdown instruction to the television, and the television executes a shutdown operation according to the received shutdown instruction.
The mobile terminal of the embodiment controls the television to enter the standby mode or controls the television to be turned off after the program is played according to the received program data, so that the standby or the turn-off of the television can be controlled under the condition that a user does not watch the television, and the energy consumption of the television is saved.
Correspondingly, the mobile terminal of the present invention is provided, which includes the program playing device with the above structure, and the working principle and implementation manner of the program playing device can refer to fig. 3 to fig. 6 and the corresponding embodiments thereof, including all technical features therein, which are not described herein again. The mobile terminal can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer and the like. In the embodiment of the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal determines the corresponding program information according to the received operation instruction of the user, sends the acquisition request of the program information to the television, and plays the corresponding program in the display screen according to the program data after receiving the program data to be played fed back by the television based on the acquisition request. Therefore, the acquisition request of the required program information can be sent to the television aiming at different mobile terminals, so that the corresponding program can be played according to the program data to be played returned by the television, and the convenience and the flexibility of playing the program by the mobile terminal are improved.
Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 7, a first embodiment of a program playing method according to the present invention is provided. The program playing method of the present embodiment corresponds to the first embodiment of the program playing apparatus, and the program playing method of the present embodiment includes:
step S10, receiving an operation instruction selected by the input program information, determining the corresponding program information according to the operation instruction, and sending an acquisition request of the program information to a television;
in this embodiment, the type of the mobile terminal may be set according to actual needs, for example, the mobile terminal includes a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the like.
When a user needs to perform information interaction with a television through a mobile terminal, the mobile terminal needs to establish a connection relation with the television in advance. After the mobile terminal is connected with the television, a user can select program information in an interface appointed by the mobile terminal or through a preset key, and after the mobile terminal receives an operation instruction generated by user operation, the program information selected by the user is determined according to the operation instruction. At this time, the mobile terminal sends an acquisition request of the program information to the television.
Step S20, receiving the program data to be played fed back by the television based on the acquisition request;
after receiving an acquisition request of program information sent by a mobile terminal, the television analyzes a program data stream stored locally, acquires program data corresponding to the program information, and sends the acquired program data to the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal receives the program data to be played fed back by the television.
Step S30, when the program data contains a plurality of programs, acquiring image information in a designated area of the mobile terminal, determining a user corresponding to the mobile terminal according to the image information, and determining the priority of each program according to the user;
in this embodiment, the priorities of different programs are set in advance according to different users, for example, in a family member, for a child, the priority of a child program is the highest, and the priority of a news program is the lowest; for fathers, the children program has the lowest priority, and the news program has the highest priority; for mother, entertainment program has the highest priority, sports program has the lowest priority; and so on.
When the mobile terminal sends an acquisition request of program information to the television, and the program information comprises a plurality of programs, the program data returned by the television according to the program information also comprises the programs. When the program data contains a plurality of programs, the mobile terminal acquires image information in a designated area of the mobile terminal through a preset front-facing camera, wherein the designated area can be a visual area range of the camera, or an area for acquiring images by the camera is set according to actual needs, or the designated area can be set according to specific conditions. And then after obtaining the image information in the designated area of the mobile terminal, analyzing the image information, extracting the characteristic information in the image information and determining the user corresponding to the mobile terminal. And determining the priority of each program corresponding to the user according to the mapping relation between the user and the program priority.
And step S40, playing the corresponding program in the display screen of the mobile terminal according to the priority of each program and the received program data.
It should be noted that, the user may set a plurality of programs to have a priority level according to his/her preference, for example, a news program and a sports program may be set to have the highest priority level.
After receiving program data corresponding to program information fed back by a television and determining the priority of each program corresponding to a user using the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal plays a program corresponding to the highest priority in a display screen of the mobile terminal according to the priority of each program and the received program data. When the programs are the highest priority, the program corresponding to the highest priority can be displayed in a display screen of the mobile terminal according to the priority of each program and the received program data. The user can select one program to play in a full screen mode according to the needs of the user, and can also watch a plurality of programs in a split screen mode. The mobile terminal can acquire the corresponding program data from the television according to the use requirements of the user to play the program, namely, in the process that the user watches the television, if the handheld user of different mobile terminals wants to watch different television programs, the user does not need to manually control the mobile terminal to search for the program, but the mobile terminal sends an acquisition request to the television, and then the program data fed back by the television can be received, so that the user experience is improved.
It should be noted that the television may establish a connection with one mobile terminal, or may establish a connection with multiple mobile terminals at the same time. When the television is connected with a mobile terminal, corresponding program data are fed back only according to an acquisition request of program information sent by the mobile terminal. When the television is connected with a plurality of mobile terminals, the television can analyze the locally stored program data stream according to the received acquisition request of different or same program information sent by each mobile terminal, respectively acquire program data corresponding to the different or same program information, and respectively send the program data corresponding to the different or same program information to the corresponding mobile terminals.
The mobile terminal determines corresponding program information according to a received user operation instruction, sends an acquisition request of the program information to the television, and plays a corresponding program in a display screen according to the program data after receiving the program data to be played fed back by the television based on the acquisition request. Therefore, the acquisition request of the required program information can be sent to the television aiming at different mobile terminals, so that the corresponding program can be played according to the program data to be played returned by the television, and the convenience and the flexibility of playing the program by the mobile terminal are improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, a second embodiment of the program playing method of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment of the program playing method, and the program playing method of the present embodiment corresponds to the second embodiment of the program playing apparatus. The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment of the program playing method of the present invention is that, in this embodiment, after step S10, the method includes:
and step S50, when the program data to be played fed back by the television based on the acquisition request is not received, outputting corresponding prompt information, and/or controlling the television to display the corresponding prompt information.
In this embodiment, after sending the request for obtaining the program information to the television, when program data corresponding to the program information does not exist in a program data stream of the television, or the television fails to receive the request for obtaining the program information from the mobile terminal, or the mobile terminal is abnormal and cannot send the request for obtaining the program information to the television, and so on, the mobile terminal does not receive program data to be played fed back by the television based on the request for obtaining, and outputs corresponding prompt information in a screen display mode or a voice broadcast mode, and so on. And/or the mobile terminal sends the control instruction of the prompt information display to the television so as to control the television to display the prompt information corresponding to the program data which is not received by the mobile terminal.
For example, when program data corresponding to the program information does not exist in a program data stream of the television, the television feeds back information without the program data to the mobile terminal for outputting; when the mobile terminal is abnormal and cannot normally display the received program data, the mobile terminal outputs information of abnormal conditions; and when the mobile terminal is abnormal and cannot send the acquisition request of the program information to the television, outputting the information of failed transmission. Therefore, the user can be reminded, so that the user can know the reason why the mobile terminal does not receive the program data to be played fed back by the television, and the user is prevented from troubleshooting one by one according to the guess of the user.
In this embodiment, when the mobile terminal does not receive the fed back program data to be played, the corresponding prompt information is output, and/or the television is controlled to display the corresponding prompt information. The user can know the condition of the program data to be played fed back by the mobile terminal television according to the prompt information, and the user experience is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, a third embodiment of the program playing method of the present invention is proposed based on the second embodiment of the program playing method, and the program playing method of the present embodiment corresponds to the third embodiment of the program playing apparatus. The difference between this embodiment and the second embodiment of the program playing method of the present invention is that, in this embodiment, step S10 includes:
step S60, sending a connection request to the television, receiving confirmation information fed back by the television based on the connection request, and establishing communication connection with the television according to the confirmation information;
the step S10 includes: receiving an operation instruction selected by input program information, determining corresponding program information according to the operation instruction, and sending an acquisition request of the program information to a television after establishing communication connection with the television.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate information interaction between the mobile terminal and the television, first, before the mobile terminal performs information interaction with the television, the mobile terminal may be connected in a pairing manner with the television through wireless communication such as bluetooth and wifi. For example, the mobile terminal may search for the unique identification of the television set, or receive a user input of the unique identification of the television, and send a connection request to the television based on the unique identification. After receiving the confirmation information fed back by the television based on the connection request, the mobile terminal can establish a communication connection relation with the television, and after the connection is successful, the mobile terminal and the television can mutually transmit data. Namely, after establishing communication connection with the television, the mobile terminal sends an acquisition request of the program information to the television.
Optionally, taking bluetooth connection as an example, after pairing connection between the mobile terminal and the television is successful, automatically popping up a prompt box to prompt the user whether to remember the bluetooth, and if the user chooses to remember the bluetooth, the mobile terminal stores the bluetooth connection information. The user can select to store the Bluetooth connection information according to the requirement of the user, so that the next reconnection is facilitated; or the Bluetooth connection information is not selected to be stored, so that the user experience is improved.
When the user does not need to control the television in the matched connection, the matched connection with the television can be disconnected through a key preset by the mobile terminal, so that the user is prevented from generating unnecessary operation in the process of using the mobile terminal without controlling the television. Optionally, in order to save power consumption and prevent a user from forgetting to disconnect the paired connection when the paired connection of the television is not required, after the paired connection of the mobile terminal and the television is completed, when the television does not receive a control instruction sent by the mobile terminal within a preset time, a disconnection instruction may be sent to the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal may disconnect the paired connection with the television. The preset time can be set to 1 hour, and can also be flexibly set according to specific situations.
The mobile terminal can send the connection request to the television and establish the communication connection relation with the television, so that the mobile terminal can conveniently perform information interaction with the television, namely, the mobile terminal is connected with the television in a matching way, and the reliability of the information interaction between the mobile terminal and the television is improved.
Further, based on the third embodiment of the program playing method, a fourth embodiment of the program playing method of the present invention is provided, and the program playing method of this embodiment corresponds to the fourth embodiment of the program playing apparatus. The difference between this embodiment and the third embodiment of the program playing method of the present invention is that, in this embodiment, the step of receiving the operation instruction selected by the input program information includes:
after the communication connection with the television is established, sending a program menu acquisition request to the television, receiving program menu data returned by the television based on the program menu acquisition request, and displaying a corresponding program menu list according to the program menu data.
In the embodiment, in order to better enable a user to correctly control the television by using the mobile terminal so as to effectively control the television, after the mobile terminal is connected with the television, the mobile terminal can actively send an acquisition request of a program menu to the television, the television returns corresponding program menu data to the mobile terminal according to the received acquisition request of the program menu, and the mobile terminal displays a corresponding program menu list according to the received program menu data. Or after the mobile terminal is connected with the television, the television actively sends the program menu data to the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal can display the corresponding program menu list according to the received program menu data. The user can select the required program in the interface of the mobile terminal displaying the program menu list, thereby facilitating the correct selection operation of the user according to the program menu list under the condition that the user does not know the television program. In addition, when the user forgets the operation of selecting the television program set based on different mobile terminals, the user can call the program menu list to be displayed in the display interface of the mobile terminal, so that the user is prompted to perform correct operation.
After the communication connection with the television is established, the mobile terminal can receive the program menu data returned by the television based on the program menu acquisition request sent by the mobile terminal, and display the corresponding program menu list according to the program menu data, so that a user can conveniently select programs, and the convenience of the mobile terminal in operating the television is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, a fifth embodiment of the program playing method of the present invention is provided based on any one of the first to fourth embodiments of the program playing method, and the program playing method of the present embodiment corresponds to the fifth embodiment of the program playing apparatus. The difference between this embodiment and any one of the first to fourth embodiments of the program playing method of the present invention is that, in this embodiment, after step S30, the method includes:
step S70, sending a standby instruction to the television to control the television to enter a standby mode; or sending a shutdown instruction to the television to control the television to be shut down.
In this embodiment, in order to save energy consumption of the television, after the mobile terminal plays the program according to the received program data, the user may watch the program only through the mobile terminal without paying attention to the television, at this time, the mobile terminal sends a standby instruction to the television, and the television enters a standby mode according to the received standby instruction. Optionally, after the television enters the standby mode, when the operation instruction is not sent to the television within the preset time period, the shutdown instruction is sent to the television, and the television is controlled to be shut down. Of course, the mobile terminal may also directly send a shutdown instruction to the television, and the television executes a shutdown operation according to the received shutdown instruction.
The mobile terminal of the embodiment controls the television to enter the standby mode or controls the television to be turned off after the program is played according to the received program data, so that the standby or the turn-off of the television can be controlled under the condition that a user does not watch the television, and the energy consumption of the television is saved.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the method of the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better implementation manner. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (such as a mobile phone, a computer, a server, an air conditioner, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

and the playing module is used for playing the corresponding program in the display screen of the mobile terminal according to the priority of each program and the received program data, and when the plurality of programs are the same as the highest priority, playing the program corresponding to the highest priority in the display screen of the mobile terminal according to the priority of each program and the received program data.
2. The program playing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said program playing apparatus further comprises:
and the output module is used for outputting corresponding prompt information and/or controlling the television to display the corresponding prompt information when the program data to be played, which is fed back by the television based on the acquisition request, is not received.
3. The program playing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein said program playing apparatus further comprises:
the establishing module is used for sending a connection request to the television, receiving confirmation information fed back by the television based on the connection request, and establishing communication connection with the television according to the confirmation information;
the sending module is further used for receiving an operation instruction selected by the input program information, determining the corresponding program information according to the operation instruction, and sending an acquisition request of the program information to the television after establishing communication connection with the television.
4. The program playback apparatus of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the program playback apparatus further comprises:
the control module is used for sending a standby instruction to the television so as to control the television to enter a standby mode; or sending a shutdown instruction to the television to control the television to be shut down.
5. A mobile terminal, characterized in that it comprises a program playing apparatus according to any one of claims 1-4.
6. A program playing method, characterized in that the program playing method comprises the following steps:
receiving an operation instruction selected by input program information, determining corresponding program information according to the operation instruction, and sending an acquisition request of the program information to a television;
receiving program data to be played fed back by the television based on the acquisition request;
when the program data contains a plurality of programs, acquiring image information in a designated area of a mobile terminal, determining a user corresponding to the mobile terminal according to the image information, and determining the priority of each program according to the user;
and when the programs are the same as the highest priority, the program corresponding to the highest priority is displayed in the display screen of the mobile terminal in a screen mode according to the priority of each program and the received program data.
7. The method for playing back a program according to claim 6, wherein said sending the request for obtaining the program information to the tv comprises:
and when the program data to be played fed back by the television based on the acquisition request is not received, outputting corresponding prompt information and/or controlling the television to display the corresponding prompt information.
8. The method for playing back a program according to claim 7, wherein before sending the request for obtaining the program information to the tv, the method comprises:
sending a connection request to the television, receiving confirmation information fed back by the television based on the connection request, and establishing communication connection with the television according to the confirmation information;
and after the communication connection with the television is established, executing the step of sending the acquisition request of the program information to the television.
9. The program playing method of claim 8, wherein the receiving the input operation command of the program information selection comprises:
after the communication connection with the television is established, sending a program menu acquisition request to the television, receiving program menu data returned by the television based on the program menu acquisition request, and displaying a corresponding program menu list according to the program menu data.
10. The program playing method according to any one of claims 6 to 9, wherein said playing the corresponding program in the display screen of the mobile terminal according to the priority of each program and the received program data comprises:
sending a standby instruction to the television to control the television to enter a standby mode; or sending a shutdown instruction to the television to control the television to be shut down.
