By adopting the method for maintaining the LED display screen in front, due to the adoption of the LED display screen maintenance device, S2 and S3 can be completed only by simple manual operation without using an electric control element with higher cost, so that the maintenance cost of the LED display screen is reduced; when the force is applied to the tension mechanism 200, the magnitude of the force is easy to control, and the problem that the LED display module 100 is damaged due to large instant impact force can be avoided.

Claims (10)
1. A front maintenance device of an LED display screen is used for taking an LED display module from an installation position from the front side, and is characterized by comprising a tension mechanism and a matching mechanism fixed on the back side of the LED display module; wherein,
the tension mechanism comprises an insertion part, and the front end of the insertion part is provided with a positioning part;
the cooperation mechanism include with location portion matched with locking portion, cooperation mechanism be equipped with by locking portion to the first hole of stepping down that the LED display module extended, the LED display module corresponds the position in first hole of stepping down be equipped with by first hole of stepping down to the second hole of stepping down that the LED display module openly extended, first hole of stepping down and second hole of stepping down are used for supplying the portion of inserting stretches into, in order to realize location portion with the locking of locking portion is fixed.
2. The LED display screen front maintenance device of claim 1, wherein the locking portion comprises a mounting bracket, a locking tongue, a guide rod, a spring and a limiting portion; wherein,
an installation groove is formed in the installation frame; the lock tongue, the guide rod, the spring and the limiting part are all arranged in the mounting groove; one end of the guide rod is connected with the lock tongue, and the other end of the guide rod is provided with the limiting part; the spring is sleeved on the guide rod, one end of the spring is abutted against the spring bolt, and the other end of the spring is abutted against the limiting part; the first abdicating hole penetrates through the mounting rack so as to form an abdicating channel for the insertion part to extend into at a position corresponding to the lock tongue; the surface of the lock tongue facing the LED display module is provided with a guide surface, and the guide surface extends obliquely from front to back along the direction away from the guide rail so as to guide the lock tongue to move towards the guide rod when the guide surface is subjected to backward force; the positioning part is a positioning through hole arranged on the inserting part, and the positioning through hole is used for being sleeved outside the lock tongue.

The LED display screen front maintenance device of claim 2, wherein a limiting groove is formed in a surface of the lock tongue, which is far away from the LED display module, and edges of the positioning through holes, which face the limiting groove, extend into the limiting groove to limit the positioning through holes.

The LED display screen front maintenance device of any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the engagement mechanism further comprises a base plate; the LED display module comprises a bottom shell and a lamp panel, and the lamp panel is arranged on the front side of the bottom shell; the locking part is arranged on the surface of the bottom plate far away from the lamp panel, and the first abdicating hole is formed in the bottom plate;
the bottom shell is provided with an opening for the locking part to extend out, the bottom plate is arranged between the bottom shell and the lamp panel, and the locking part extends out of the bottom shell from the opening; or,
the bottom plate keep away from the surface of lamp plate with the orientation of drain pan the surface of lamp plate offsets and leans on just the bottom plate with drain pan fixed connection.

The LED display screen front maintenance device of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the tension mechanism further comprises a positioning plate and a handle, the handle is mounted on a surface of the positioning plate away from the LED display module, and the insertion portion is mounted on the positioning plate and extends towards the LED display module.

The front maintenance device for the LED display screen according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the insertion portion is a metal sheet, the positioning portion is the positioning through hole formed in the front end of the metal sheet, and the first and second yielding holes are both elongated through holes with shapes matched with the metal sheet.
7. The LED display screen front maintenance device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the number of the insertion portions is 2, the insertion portions are fixed at two ends of the positioning plate and extend towards the LED display module, and the number of the locking portions is 2 correspondingly.
8. An LED display screen is characterized by comprising a mounting frame, an LED display screen front maintenance device and an LED display module, wherein the LED display module is mounted on the front face of the mounting frame, and the LED display screen front maintenance device is the LED display screen front maintenance device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. The LED display screen of claim 8, wherein the number of the LED display screen front maintenance devices is 2, and the matching mechanisms of the 2 LED display screen front maintenance devices are arranged on the back surface of the LED display module at intervals.
10. A front maintenance method of an LED display screen, wherein the LED display screen is the LED display screen of claim 8 or 9, and the front maintenance method of the LED display screen comprises the following steps:
the inserting part of the tension mechanism extends into the front face of the LED display module to be maintained from the second abdicating hole, and sequentially penetrates through the second abdicating hole and the first abdicating hole until the positioning part and the locking part are locked and fixed;
forward pulling force is applied to the pulling force mechanism, so that the LED display module to be maintained is taken down from the mounting frame from the front side;
and maintaining the LED display module to be maintained.
