It should be emphasized that, in order to improve the efficiency and speed of temperature rise in the electronic control box 2 when the refrigerant is used for heating, the outer wall of the box body and the inner wall of the box body of the electronic control box 2 are provided with heat insulation materials to reduce the loss of heat in the electronic control box 2, and preferably, the electronic control box 2 is a sealed electronic control box 2.

In this embodiment, after the compressor 6 is turned on, the refrigerant in the air-conditioning refrigerant pipe 3 continuously flows to exchange the indoor environment and the outdoor environment, so as to increase the ambient temperature in the electronic control box 2. When the temperature in the electric control box rises to ensure that the compressor normally operates, the main control board controls the compressor to start to operate, meanwhile, in order to avoid overhigh ambient temperature in the electric control box 2, the flow and the flow speed of the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant loop 1 need to be reduced, the main control board controls the refrigerant pump 4 to stop operating and opens the electronic expansion valve 5, so that the flow and the flow speed of the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant loop 1 are controlled by the electronic expansion valve 5, the electric control box 2 maintains the current temperature, or the temperature of the electric control box 2 is maintained in a reasonable temperature range, the electric control box 2 can stably operate, the performance of the air conditioner is prevented from being influenced by the fact that the electric control box 2 operates at a lower temperature, and the service life of the air conditioner is prolonged. It is easy to understand that, compared with the refrigerant pump 4, the electronic expansion valve 5 is used to control the flow rate and the flow velocity of the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant circuit 1, so that the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant circuit 1 can be reduced, the speed of adjusting the indoor environment temperature can be increased, and the performance of the air conditioner can be improved.
The embodiment provides an outdoor unit, a refrigerant loop 1 is arranged on an outdoor unit 7, the refrigerant loop 1 flows through the inside of an electric control box 2 and is communicated with a refrigerant pipe 3 of an air conditioner, a refrigerant pump 4 in signal connection with a main control board of the electric control box 2 is arranged in the refrigerant loop, the refrigerant pump 4 can be controlled to start up and operate according to the ambient temperature in the electric control box 2, the refrigerant of the refrigerant pipe 3 flows through the refrigerant loop 1 by opening the refrigerant pump 4, and the part of the refrigerant with higher temperature, which is located in the electric control box 2, quickly flows through the refrigerant loop 1 and is heated by the electric control box 2, so that the situation that the performance of the air conditioner is influenced due to the fact that the electric control box 2 runs at lower temperature for a long time is avoided, and the service.
The invention provides a temperature control method of an electric control box. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a temperature control method of an electrical control box according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the temperature control method of the electronic control box is applied to an outdoor unit 7 of an air conditioner, as shown in fig. 1, the outdoor unit 7 is provided with a refrigerant circuit 1, the refrigerant circuit 1 flows through the inside of the electronic control box 2 and is communicated with a refrigerant pipe 3 of the air conditioner, and a refrigerant pump 4 is arranged in the refrigerant circuit 1.
The refrigerant pump 4 may be disposed in the electronic control box 2, that is, the refrigerant pump 4 is disposed in a portion of the refrigerant circuit 1 inside the electronic control box 2, or the refrigerant pump 4 is disposed outside the electronic control box 2, that is, the refrigerant pump 4 is disposed in a portion of the refrigerant circuit 1 outside the electronic control box 2, and the refrigerant circuit 1 includes a plurality of refrigerant pipes. The refrigerant pipe 3 of the air conditioner is communicated with the compressor 6 and the indoor unit 8 to realize heat exchange between the outdoor unit 7 and the indoor environment and adjust the temperature of the indoor environment. The refrigerant pipe 3 of the air conditioner is a pipe for connecting main refrigeration components such as a heat exchanger, a valve, and a compressor 6, through which a refrigerant flows in an air conditioning system.
The temperature control method of the electric control box comprises the following steps:
step S10, when the outdoor unit is powered on, the ambient temperature in the electric control box is obtained;
in this embodiment, a temperature sensor is disposed in the electronic control box 2, when the outdoor unit 7 is powered on, the electronic control box 2 is powered on at the same time, and the main control board of the electronic control box 2 obtains the ambient temperature in the electronic control box 2 detected by the temperature sensor.
And step S20, controlling the refrigerant pump to start up when the acquired environment temperature is lower than a first preset temperature.
The first preset temperature is the lowest temperature at which each electronic component of the outdoor unit 7 can normally operate, that is, the first preset temperature is reasonably set according to each electronic component of the outdoor unit 7.
Generally, when the ambient temperature in the electronic control box 2 is low, if the compressor 6 is directly turned on, the operating state of each electronic component of the outdoor unit 7 may be unstable, and the operating characteristics of each electronic component may be affected, thereby affecting the performance and the service life of the air conditioner.
In this embodiment, when the obtained ambient temperature is lower than the first preset temperature, the refrigerant pump 4 is controlled to start to operate, so that the refrigerant of the refrigerant pipe 3 flows through the refrigerant circuit 1, and the refrigerant flows through the refrigerant pipe 3 of the refrigerant circuit 1 located in the electronic control box 2, so that the refrigerant with higher temperature of the indoor unit 8 quickly flows through the refrigerant pipe 3 of the refrigerant circuit 1 located in the electronic control box 2, and then heats the electronic control box 2, wherein when the temperature of the electronic control box 2 is lower, for example, lower than 20 ℃, the temperature of the refrigerant pipe 3 of the indoor unit 8 is far higher than the temperature of the electronic control box 2 due to better sealing performance, heating and the like of the corresponding indoor environment, and thus the electronic control box 2 can be heated in the above manner.
According to the temperature control method of the electric control box provided by the embodiment, the ambient temperature in the electric control box is acquired when the outdoor unit is powered on, then the refrigerant pump is controlled to be started to operate when the acquired ambient temperature is lower than a first preset temperature, the refrigerant of the refrigerant pipe 3 flows through the refrigerant loop 1 by starting the refrigerant pump 4, and then the part of the refrigerant with higher temperature, which is located in the electric control box 2, quickly flows through the refrigerant loop 1 is heated by the electric control box 2, so that the influence on the performance of the air conditioner caused by the long-time operation of the electric control box 2 under the condition of lower temperature is avoided, and the service life of the air conditioner is prolonged.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, an electronic expansion valve 5 in signal connection with the main control board is further disposed in the refrigerant loop 1, and the electronic expansion valve 5 is disposed in parallel with the refrigerant pump 4.
After step S20, the method for controlling the temperature of an electronic control box further includes:
step S30, acquiring the ambient temperature in the electric control box in real time when the refrigerant pump runs;
in this embodiment, after the refrigerant pump 4 is turned on, the refrigerant pump 4 makes the refrigerant with a higher temperature flow through the portion of the refrigerant circuit 1 located in the electronic control box 2, so as to gradually raise the ambient temperature in the electronic control box 2, and when the refrigerant pump 4 is operated, the main control board of the electronic control box 2 obtains the ambient temperature in the electronic control box 2 in real time, so as to determine whether the current ambient temperature meets the condition for turning on the compressor 6.
Step S40, when the obtained environment temperature is higher than a second preset temperature, controlling the refrigerant pump to stop running and controlling the compressor to start running, wherein the second preset temperature is higher than the first preset temperature;
the second preset temperature is a temperature at which the compressor 6 can normally operate, and the second preset temperature is greater than the first preset temperature.
In this embodiment, when the obtained ambient temperature is greater than a second preset temperature, the main control board controls the refrigerant pump 4 to stop operating, and controls the compressor 6 to start to operate, so as to adjust the indoor ambient temperature corresponding to the air conditioner.
In step S50, the electronic expansion valve is controlled to open.
In this embodiment, after the compressor 6 is turned on, the refrigerant in the air-conditioning refrigerant pipe 3 continuously flows to exchange the indoor environment and the outdoor environment, so as to increase the ambient temperature in the electronic control box 2. When the temperature in the electric control box rises to ensure that the compressor normally operates, the main control board controls the compressor to start to operate, meanwhile, in order to avoid overhigh ambient temperature in the electric control box 2, the flow and the flow speed of the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant loop 1 need to be reduced, the main control board controls the refrigerant pump 4 to stop operating and opens the electronic expansion valve 5, so that the refrigerant in the air-conditioning refrigerant pipe 3 can continuously flow through the part of the refrigerant loop 1 in the electric control box 2 by opening the electronic expansion valve 5, the electric control box 2 maintains the current temperature, or the temperature of the electric control box 2 is maintained in a reasonable temperature range, the electric control box 2 can stably operate, the influence on the performance of the air conditioner caused by the fact that the electric control box 2 operates at a lower temperature is avoided, and the service life of the air conditioner is prolonged.
According to the temperature control method of the electronic control box provided by the embodiment, the ambient temperature in the electronic control box is obtained in real time when the refrigerant pump operates, then the refrigerant pump is controlled to stop operating when the obtained ambient temperature is higher than the second preset temperature, the compressor is controlled to start operating, and then the electronic expansion valve is controlled to open, so that the compressor 6 is controlled to start operating and the electronic expansion valve is opened when the ambient temperature in the electronic control box 2 is higher than the second preset temperature, and the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant loop 1 is controlled by the electronic expansion valve when the temperature of the corresponding indoor environment is adjusted, so that the temperature of the electronic control box 2 is maintained in a reasonable temperature range.
A third embodiment of the temperature control method of an electronic control box according to the present invention is proposed based on the second embodiment, and referring to fig. 4, in this embodiment, after step S50, the temperature control method of an electronic control box further includes:
step S60, acquiring the ambient temperature in the electric control box in real time after the electronic expansion valve is opened;
in this embodiment, after the electronic expansion valve 5 is opened, the main control board obtains the ambient temperature in the electronic control box 2 in real time, so as to adjust the opening of the electronic expansion valve 5 according to the ambient temperature, and further adjust the flow rate and the flow velocity of the refrigerant flowing through the electronic control box 2, so that the ambient temperature in the electronic control box 2 is maintained within the drinking range.
In step S70, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted based on the acquired ambient temperature.
In this embodiment, different temperature ranges may be set, each temperature range corresponds to a different opening degree of the electronic expansion valve 5, a temperature range with a lower temperature value corresponds to a larger opening degree of the electronic expansion valve 5, and a temperature range with a higher temperature value corresponds to a smaller opening degree of the electronic expansion valve 5.
In this embodiment, when the ambient temperature in the electronic control box 2 is obtained, the main control board adjusts the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve 5 based on the ambient temperature, and further controls the flow rate and the flow velocity of the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant circuit 1, so that the electronic control box 2 maintains the current temperature, or the temperature of the electronic control box 2 is maintained within a reasonable temperature range, and the electronic control box 2 can stably operate. Specifically, when different temperature ranges are currently set and the opening degrees of the electronic expansion valves 5 corresponding to the temperature ranges are different, if the ambient temperature in the electronic control box 2 is obtained, the temperature range to which the ambient temperature belongs is determined, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve 5 corresponding to the temperature range to which the ambient temperature belongs is obtained, and then the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve 5 is adjusted to the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve 5 corresponding to the temperature range to which the ambient temperature belongs.
According to the temperature control method of the electronic control box provided by the embodiment, the ambient temperature in the electronic control box is acquired in real time after the electronic expansion valve is opened, and then the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted based on the acquired ambient temperature, so that the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve 5 is adjusted according to the ambient temperature, and further the flow rate and the flow speed of the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant loop 1 are controlled, so that the ambient temperature in the electronic control box 2 is maintained within a reasonable temperature range, and further the electronic control box 2 is prevented from operating again under the condition of low temperature.
A fourth embodiment of the temperature control method of an electronic control box according to the present invention is proposed based on the second embodiment, and referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, after step S50, the method includes:
step S80, obtaining the indoor environment temperature corresponding to the outdoor unit;
and step S90, when the indoor environment temperature reaches the set temperature of the air conditioner, controlling the refrigerant pump to start to operate and controlling the compressor to stop operating.
In this embodiment, after the compressor 6 is turned on, the air conditioner starts to adjust the indoor ambient temperature, and the air conditioner transfers the indoor heat to the outdoor through the refrigerant pipe 3, at this time, the temperature of the refrigerant in the refrigerant pipe 3 located outdoors is high. When the indoor environment temperature reaches the set temperature of the air conditioner, the compressor 6 is controlled to stop running, the refrigerant in the air conditioner refrigerant pipe 3 does not flow, if the environment temperature in the electronic control box 2 needs to be maintained through refrigerant heat exchange, the refrigerant pump 4 needs to be started again, namely, the refrigerant pump 4 is controlled to start running, namely, the refrigerant in the refrigerant pipe 3 flows through the refrigerant loop 1 through the power of the refrigerant pump 4. It is easy to understand that the electronic expansion valve 5 can be closed at the same time when the refrigerant pump 4 is turned on.
According to the temperature control method of the electric control box provided by the embodiment, the refrigerant pump 4 is started again when the indoor environment temperature reaches the set temperature of the air conditioner by acquiring the indoor environment temperature corresponding to the outdoor unit and controlling the refrigerant pump to start running and controlling the compressor to stop running, so that the refrigerant of the refrigerant pipe 3 flows through the refrigerant loop 1 by the power of the refrigerant pump 4, the environment temperature in the electric control box 2 is maintained in a reasonable temperature range, and the electric control box 2 is prevented from running again under the condition of low temperature.
The invention further provides a temperature control device of the electric control box. Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a functional block diagram of a temperature control device of an electrical control box according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
