Abstract
The invention discloses a fixing device for a hinge and electronic equipment components, which comprises a hinge, a cylindrical shell with two open ends, a fixing column and the electronic equipment components, wherein the fixing column is provided with more than two fixing connection points, the hinge and the electronic equipment components are arranged in the shell, and a shaft core of the hinge is connected with one end of a fixing bracket and penetrates out of the shell; the hinge is fixedly connected with the shell through more than one fixed connection point, and the electronic equipment component is fixedly connected with more than one other fixed connection point. The hinge of the assembled shell can directly continue to assemble electronic equipment components, so that the step of disassembling the shell is omitted, the production and the assembly of the process are more convenient, and the cost of assembling and manufacturing the product is saved; and the subsequent repair and the like of the electronic equipment product are facilitated, so that the user can obtain better feeling.

the fixing device comprises a hinge, a cylindrical shell with two open ends, a fixing column and electronic equipment components, wherein the fixing column is provided with more than two fixing connection points, the hinge and the electronic equipment components are arranged in the shell, and one end of a shaft core of the hinge, which is connected with a fixing support, penetrates out of the shell; the hinge is fixedly connected with the shell through more than one fixed connection point, and the electronic equipment component is fixedly connected with more than one fixed connection point.
As a further improvement of the invention, the fixed column is provided with two fixed connection points, and the two fixed connection points are arranged at two ends of the fixed column; the shell comprises an outer cylinder part with two open ends, an inner cylinder part with two open ends and a connection partition part, wherein the inner cylinder part is arranged in the outer cylinder part, one end of the inner cylinder part is connected to the middle part of the outer cylinder part through the connection partition part, so that the connection partition part divides the outer cylinder part into a first accommodating space and a second accommodating space; the hinge is arranged in the first accommodating space, the fixing column is arranged in the inner barrel part, a fixed connection point at one end of the fixing column penetrates through one end of the inner barrel part and is fixedly connected with the inner barrel part, and a fixed connection point at the other end of the fixing column penetrates through the other end of the inner barrel part and is fixedly connected with electronic equipment components.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, a fixing device for a hinge and an electronic device component comprises a hinge 1, a cylindrical shell 2 with two open ends, a fixing column 3 and the electronic device component 4, wherein the fixing column is provided with more than two fixing connection points, the hinge and the electronic device component are arranged in the shell, and a shaft core 11 of the hinge is connected with one end of a fixing support 12 and penetrates out of the shell; the hinge is fixedly connected with the shell through more than one fixed connection point, and the electronic equipment component is fixedly connected with more than one fixed connection point.
Preferably, the fixing column is provided with two fixing connection points, and the two fixing connection points are arranged at two ends of the fixing column; the outer shell comprises an outer cylinder part 21 with two open ends, an inner cylinder part 22 with two open ends and a connection partition part 23, wherein the inner cylinder part is arranged in the outer cylinder part, one end of the inner cylinder part is connected to the middle part of the outer cylinder part through the connection partition part, so that the connection partition part divides the outer cylinder part into a first accommodating space 24 and a second accommodating space 25; the hinge is arranged in the first accommodating space, the fixing column is arranged in the inner barrel part, a fixed connection point at one end of the fixing column penetrates through one end of the inner barrel part and is fixedly connected with the inner barrel part, and a fixed connection point at the other end of the fixing column penetrates through the other end of the inner barrel part and is fixedly connected with electronic equipment components.
Preferably, the fixed connection point at one end of the fixed column fixedly connects the hinge with the inner barrel part in a threaded, riveted or pressed fixing mode; the fixed connection point at the other end of the fixed column is fixedly connected with the electronic component of the electronic equipment in a threaded, riveted or pressed fixed mode.
Preferably, referring to fig. 2 and 5, in a preferred embodiment of the fixing post, when two fixing connection points at two ends of the fixing post are connected through threads, the fixing connection point at one end of the fixing post is a stud 31 with an outer thread, the fixing connection point at the other end of the fixing post is a screw hole 32 with an inner thread, the hinge and the inner barrel are in threaded connection with the stud, and the screw hole is in threaded connection with the electronic device component through a screw.

In other embodiments, referring to fig. 7, when two fixed connection points at two ends of the fixing post are connected by threads, the two fixed connection points at two ends of the fixing post are screw holes with inner threads, the hinge and the inner cylinder are in threaded connection with one screw hole by bolts or screws, and the electronic device component is in threaded connection with the other screw hole by screws or bolts.
Preferably, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the hinge is a biaxial hinge, the biaxial hinge has a fixing connection plate 13 for connecting two axes, a screw hole 14 is formed in the middle of the fixing connection plate, a screw hole is formed in one end of the inner cylinder, the inner cylinder is disposed between the two axes, one end of the inner cylinder contacts the fixing connection plate, and the stud is in threaded connection with the screw hole in the middle of the fixing connection plate and the screw hole in one end of the inner cylinder.

A fixing device for a hinge and an electronic device component is characterized in that: the hinge comprises a hinge (1), a cylindrical shell (2) with two open ends, a fixed column (3) and electronic equipment components (4), wherein the fixed column is provided with more than two fixed connection points, the hinge and the electronic equipment components are arranged in the shell, and one end of a shaft core (11) of the hinge, which is connected with a fixed bracket (12), penetrates out of the shell; the hinge is fixedly connected with the shell through more than one fixed connection point, the electronic equipment component is fixedly connected with more than one other fixed connection point, the fixed column is provided with two fixed connection points, and the two fixed connection points are arranged at two ends of the fixed column; the shell comprises an outer cylinder part (21) with two open ends, an inner cylinder part (22) with two open ends and a connection partition part (23), wherein the inner cylinder part is arranged in the outer cylinder part, one end of the inner cylinder part is connected with the middle part of the outer cylinder part through the connection partition part, so that the connection partition part divides the outer cylinder part into a first accommodating space (24) and a second accommodating space (25); the hinge is arranged in the first accommodating space, the fixing column is arranged in the inner barrel part, a fixed connection point at one end of the fixing column penetrates through one end of the inner barrel part and is fixedly connected with the inner barrel part, and a fixed connection point at the other end of the fixing column penetrates through the other end of the inner barrel part and is fixedly connected with electronic equipment components.

The hinge and electronic device component fixing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the fixed connection point at one end of the fixed column fixedly connects the hinge with the inner barrel part in a threaded, riveted or pressed fixed mode; the fixed connection point at the other end of the fixed column is fixedly connected with the electronic component of the electronic equipment in a threaded, riveted or pressed fixed mode.
