Description

Biodegradable environment-friendly shock absorber oil composition
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of lubricants, in particular to a biodegradable environment-friendly shock absorber oil composition, and particularly relates to a composition taking biodegradable synthetic oil as base oil and a biodegradable additive as important components.
Background
The shock absorber manufacturers in China are many, and the production process and the structure of the shock absorber are greatly different, so the requirements for the important composition of the shock absorber oil of the shock absorber are different, and the uniform quality standard requirement is not formed at present. However, according to the performance characteristics of the shock absorber and the functions of the shock absorber in the running process of a vehicle, the shock absorber mainly relates to proper viscosity, shearing resistance and foaming resistance so as to provide effective and stable damping force, and good viscosity-temperature performance is suitable for the temperature difference conditions of north and south climates. At present, the attention of domestic patents on the shock absorber oil focuses on the improvement of one or more characteristics of the oil, and with the rigorous international environmental protection requirements in recent years, the use of the environment-friendly oil is a necessary way for building environment-friendly and resource-saving countries. The power for treating the problems of water, air, soil and the like which are closely related to the human living environment is also clearly provided in the twelve and five national plans. With the rapid development of the industries such as automobiles, railways, motorcycles and the like in China, the use number and the replacement frequency of the shock absorbers are accelerated, and the environmental problems caused by the acceleration are not small. The prior art discloses damper oils such as: chinese applications CN 101955842A, CN 101724500A and CN 101993766A, etc., mainly describe that mineral oil is used as base oil to enhance the properties of high viscosity index and low pour point. Although the lubricating oil level of the base oil is high, the biodegradability of the base oil is poor, and the base oil causes certain pollution to the environment and soil.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a biodegradable environment-friendly shock absorber oil composition which has excellent characteristics of wear resistance, shock absorption, high viscosity index, low pour point and the like.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the invention provides a biodegradable environment-friendly shock absorber oil composition which comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
Figure BDA0000815751160000021
wherein, the formula is preferably as follows:
Figure BDA0000815751160000022
the degradable base oil is synthetic oil, mainly synthetic hydrocarbon type and synthetic ester type, the synthetic ester type mainly comprises diester, polyol ester, composite ester and mixed ester, the biodegradation rate is not less than 70%, and the kinematic viscosity at 40 ℃ is 1-60 mm2Between s, the pour point is not higher than-35 ℃.
Specifically, the degradable base oil can be selected from P AO 2, HATCOL 2906, HATCOL2910, HATCOL 2938 or PRIOLUBE3970, and one or more of the degradable base oils can be selected for blending according to the requirement of the viscosity grade of the biodegradable shock absorber oil by the shock absorber.
The Viscosity Index Improver (VII) provided by the invention has biochemical decomposition performance, is generally generated by vegetable oil reaction, and is required to have stronger shearing resistance in view of the high-speed shearing motion characteristic of a shock absorber, so that the molecular weight of the viscosity index improver is generally required to be not more than 120000, and PMMA, Viscoplex 10-930 and Lubrizol 5685 are preferably selected. More preferably, the viscosity index improver is PMMA.
The antiwear agent is vulcanized fatty acid ester, methacrylate, unsaturated fatty acid or vulcanized animal and vegetable oil with certain biodegradability, preferably the vulcanized fatty acid ester with the sulfur content of 12-15 percent, or more preferably vulcanized natural triglyceride.
The antirust agent is alkylated aromatic amine, sulfurized olefin or ethoxylated C12One or more of alkyl phenol, preferably dialkyl diphenylamine. The antirust agent is a compound which is not harmful to the skin after being ingested or inhaled by mouth, has no stimulation to eyes and skin, can firmly adsorb the metal surface to form a firm adsorption film, and effectively inhibits the contact of oxygen and water, particularly water, to the metal surface.
The pour point depressant is PMA type, the number of carbon alcohols of the pour point depressant is preferably 12-14, and the pour point depressant is Viscoplex 10-171.
The antioxidant is dialkyl dithiocarbamate and/or sulfo-amino acid formate.
The anti-foaming agent is a composite anti-foaming agent sold on the market, and in view of the motion characteristic of the shock absorber, foam is easy to generate, so that the stability of a foam adsorption film is reduced by using a proper amount of the anti-foaming agent, the existence time of the foam is shortened, and the shock absorber is guaranteed to have effective damping force. Commercially available complex antifoams such as # 1 complex antifoam (T921) are available.
As an ideal technical scheme, the formula of the environment-friendly shock absorber oil composition provided by the invention is as follows: 2-13% of PMMA, 0.6-2.2% of vulcanized natural triglyceride, 0.01-1% of mixed dialkyl diphenylamine, 0.05-1% of PMA, 0.15-1.1% of dialkyl dithiocarbamate, 0.002-0.006% of 1# composite antifoaming agent and the balance HATCOL2910, 2906 or 2938.
And further, the optimal formula of the environment-friendly shock absorber oil composition is as follows: 7-10% of PMMA, 1.4-1.6% of vulcanized natural triglyceride, 0.4-0.6% of mixed dialkyl diphenylamine, 0.5% of PMA, 0.5% of dialkyl dithiocarbamate, 0.002% of 1# composite anti-foaming agent and the balance HATCOL 2910.
The preparation of the biodegradable environment-friendly shock absorber oil composition of the present invention can follow the conventional technical means, and the present invention is not particularly limited thereto.
The biodegradable environment-friendly shock absorber oil provided by the invention also has the advantage of higher viscosity index (the viscosity index can reach 286).
