在触点分开时,产生电弧,用动灭弧罩插入静灭
弧罩里,迅速剪切电弧。该法可研制高压无油开关,
代替目前油开关。该法可在低电压大电流情况剪切
所产生电弧。
Description
本发明,是一种灭弧新方法-剪切断弧法。
目前普遍采用是磁吹法和油浸法来切断触点分开时产生的电弧,以及真空灭弧等方法。但在高压设备中需要少油开关(即油浸法)该开关跳闸次数受限油即变质、甚爆炸等危险。
本发明剪切断弧法,就是克服上述缺点,特别是在高压设备中,该法可研制一种无油、触点寿命较长的高压开关。低压也可使用,如在大电流场合。
图〈1〉,剪切断弧法,动灭弧罩〈1〉,动触点〈2〉,静触点〈3〉,静灭弧罩〈4〉。
(a)动触点〈2〉与静触点〈3〉接合时。
(b)动触点〈2〉与静触点〈3〉分开时,产生电弧〈5〉。
(c)动灭弧罩〈1〉向前运动,插入静灭弧罩〈4〉里,切断电弧〈5〉。

- 本发明是一种新的断弧法,触点在分开时,产生电弧,用动灭弧罩<1>。插入静灭弧罩<4>里,切断电弧。
