大,振动减少,温度降低,可用普通金属做触点。触点
在接触或分断时电弧在辅助触点之间燃烧,保护了软
金属,提高使用寿命。可代替现有硬(刚性)接触。
Description
本发明专利是一种新型触点一软触点。
现有电器的触点皆是硬接触(刚体接触),因此接触面积小,电流密度大,温度高,易氧化,振动大等缺点,现在往往用贵重金属(如银或银合金),克服上述缺点。
为了彻底改变硬接触的缺点,必须由硬接触见〈图1〉,硬接触变软接触,见〈图2〉软接触。动(硬)触点〈1〉,静(硬)触点〈2〉,软金属〈3〉,弹性体〈4〉,附助触点〈5〉,电弧〈6〉。
当动(硬)触点〈1〉向下运动与软触点的软金属〈3〉接触时,由于软金属〈3〉下面是弹性体〈4〉,故软触点能很好与硬(动)触点〈1〉接合,接触面积增大,电流密度减小,温度下降,振动大大下降。见〈图2〉〈b〉。
当触点分开时,由于触点有附助触点〈5〉,所以分开时产生的电弧〈6〉在附助触点之间燃烧,可靠保护了软金属〈3〉,这样使用寿命大大提高,在分合频率不很高的场合,软触点是较理想的触点。它完全可克服硬(刚)接触不可抗拒的缺点。

- 本发明软触点是由外层是软金属,内层是弹性体组成的软触点:接合或分断时,电弧在附助触点之间燃烧。保护软金属。
