本发明公开了一种人体躯干运动锻炼效能评估方法和装置,包括一种人体躯干运动锻炼效能评估方法和一种人体躯干运动锻炼效能评估装置,评估装置采集人体生理数据、锻炼做的总功和心率,建立锻炼效能评估函数β=W/B,结合实验累积的数据而作出的判断标准,对待测人体进行检测,本发明,通过心率和运动数据双重判断,对用户运动锻炼效能评估更准确,不容易被干扰,用户不同阶段锻炼数据对比,在达到相同心率时运动数据的差异判断用户的运动水平变化,用户不同阶段锻炼数据对比,在达到相同运动量时心率数据的差异判断用户的运动水平变化,远程训练数据防止数据作假,在有正常心率数据时运动数据才记录为有效运动数据。

技术领域
本发明属于运动设备的技术领域,具体为一种人体躯干运动锻炼效能评估方法和装置。
背景技术
现有的运动锻炼效能评估系统多是通过心率判断当前运动是有氧运动还是无氧运动,再根据锻炼持续的时间判断锻炼效能,现有技术局限性导致人体在规律运动时血氧饱和度测量并不准确,而单纯靠心率判断有氧运动还是无氧运动容易受到情绪波动干扰而失真。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种人体躯干运动锻炼效能评估方法和装置,通过佩戴在人体躯干,通过陀螺仪和加速度计采集人体运动数据同时通过心率传感器采集心率,通过单片机内置算法或者将采集数据上传到上位机在单片机或上位机中有使用者年龄、性别、体重、身高数据,结合用户生理数据来做锻炼效能评估相较于现有技术具备更加准确,不容易被干扰的特点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种人体躯干运动锻炼效能评估方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:提前输入年龄、性别、体重和身高数据到评估装置中,然后将评估装置固定在待测人体身上,待测人体在运动过程中,评估装置每秒对待测人体的移动速度V进行至少3次检测并记录,以10秒为一个单位计算待测人的合外力做功,W=1/2mv^2-1/2mvo^2,其中v代表前一次记录的速度,vo代表后一次记录的速度,将10秒内做的所有的功计算总和,每个单位时间内的合外力总功分别表示为W1、W2…Wn;
步骤二:评估装置对待测人体进行心率检测,每10秒为一个单位时间,计算求得每个单位时间内的平均心率,记录为B1、B2…Bn;
步骤三:锻炼效能评估函数为β=W/B,根据函数曲线判断当前运动状态是否处于正常状态,若代表当前运动状态的点是远离函数曲线的,则此点为非正常点,并对非正常状态进行过滤处理;
步骤四:在锻炼效能评估函数β正常状态下结合心率和待测人员的年龄,判断待测人员的运动强度评估锻炼效能。
一种人体躯干运动锻炼效能评估装置包括心率电极和主板,心率电极包括左电极和右电极,主板位于左电极和右电极中间位置,分别由导线或导电布和电极连接,主板上设有MCU、陀螺仪、加速度计、计时器、存储器、电池、振动马达、指示灯、心率传感器和无线传输模块,陀螺仪、加速度计和心率传感器分别与MCU连接,并将检测到的角速度信息、轨迹信息和心率信息发送到MCU,电池提供电源,计时器配合MCU工作,MCU结合角速度信息、轨迹信息计和心率信息计算并评估待测人员的运动强度锻炼效能,振动马达和指示灯均与MCU连接,在锻炼强度过高时报警,储存器是MCU储存信息所用,MCU与无线传输模块连接,并将评估结果发送出去。
进一步的,主板安装在盒体内。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过心率和运动数据双重判断,对用户运动锻炼效能评估更准确,不容易被干扰,用户不同阶段锻炼数据对比,在达到相同心率时运动数据的差异判断用户的运动水平变化,用户不同阶段锻炼数据对比,在达到相同运动量时心率数据的差异判断用户的运动水平变化,远程训练数据防止数据作假,在有正常心率数据时运动数据才记录为有效运动数据。

以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
如附图所示,一种人体躯干运动锻炼效能评估方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:提前输入年龄、性别、体重和身高数据到评估装置中,然后将评估装置固定在待测人体身上,待测人体在运动过程中,评估装置每秒对待测人体的移动速度V进行至少3次检测并记录,以10秒为一个单位计算待测人的合外力做功,W=1/2mv^2-1/2mvo^2,其中v代表前一次记录的速度,vo代表后一次记录的速度,将10秒内做的所有的功计算总和,每个单位时间内的合外力总功分别表示为W1、W2…Wn;
步骤二:评估装置对待测人体进行心率检测,每10秒为一个单位时间,计算求得每个单位时间内的平均心率,记录为B1、B2…Bn;
步骤三:锻炼效能评估函数为β=W/B,根据函数曲线判断当前运动状态是否处于正常状态,若代表当前运动状态的点是远离函数曲线的,则此点为非正常点,并对非正常状态进行过滤处理;
步骤四:在锻炼效能评估函数β正常状态下结合心率和待测人员的年龄,判断待测人员的运动强度评估锻炼效能。
一种人体躯干运动锻炼效能评估装置包括心率电极和主板2,心率电极包括左电极10和右电极11,主板2位于左电极10和右电极11中间位置,分别由导线3或导电布3和电极连接,主板2上设有MCU、陀螺仪、加速度计、计时器、存储器、电池、振动马达、指示灯、心率传感器和无线传输模块,陀螺仪、加速度计和心率传感器分别与MCU连接,并将检测到的角速度信息、轨迹信息和心率信息发送到MCU,电池提供电源,计时器配合MCU工作,为MCU提供时间信息,MCU结合角速度信息、轨迹信息计和心率信息计算并评估待测人员的运动强度锻炼效能,振动马达和指示灯均与MCU连接,在锻炼强度过高,超过阀值时报警,设定的阀值是根据经验总结而来,储存器是MCU储存信息所用,MCU与无线传输模块连接,并将评估结果发送出去,主板安装在盒体内。
本装置根据心率和人体的生理数据,得到以下评判标准,判断待测人的锻炼效能:
例如:30~39岁,极限心率为185bpm,在达到极限心率70%,也就是145bpm时运动5分钟以内锻炼效果不明显,而超过30分钟会有心率衰竭危险,MCU也是此表的判断标准。

1.一种人体躯干运动锻炼效能评估方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:提前输入年龄、性别、体重和身高数据到评估装置中,然后将评估装置固定在待测人体身上,待测人体在运动过程中,评估装置每秒对待测人体的移动速度V进行至少3次检测并记录,以10秒为一个单位计算待测人的合外力做功,W=1/2mv^2-1/2mvo^2,其中v代表前一次记录的速度,vo代表后一次记录的速度,将10秒内做的所有的功计算总和,每个单位时间内的合外力总功分别表示为W1、W2…Wn;
步骤二:评估装置对待测人体进行心率检测,每10秒为一个单位时间,计算求得每个单位时间内的平均心率,记录为B1、B2…Bn;
