Abstract
The invention discloses a POS system and Bluetooth connecting equipment, wherein the POS system comprises a smart phone or a tablet personal computer (intelligent host), a bill printer, a keyboard or a bar code scanner and the Bluetooth connecting equipment; the Bluetooth connecting equipment is respectively connected with the intelligent host, the bill printer, the keyboard or the bar code scanner; the Bluetooth connecting device comprises an MCU input/output module and a Bluetooth transmission module; the Bluetooth transmission module is respectively connected with the intelligent host and the MCU input/output module; the MCU input/output module comprises an MCU processor and at least two USB interfaces; the MCU processor is respectively connected with each USB interface; each USB interface is respectively connected with a bill printer, a keyboard or a bar code scanner. The POS system and the Bluetooth connecting device provided by the invention can enable the intelligent host to be interconnected and communicated with keyboard equipment such as a bill printer, a bar code scanner and the like on one Bluetooth connection. The invention also solves the problem that the input content of the input equipment such as the bar code scanner and the like is wrongly converted by the input method software on the intelligent host computer in the conventional connection.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electronic communication, and relates to a POS system, in particular to an intelligent POS system connected through Bluetooth; meanwhile, the invention also relates to Bluetooth connection equipment.
Background
With the rapid popularization of smart phones and tablet computers (smart hosts), more and more smart hosts are used as commercial terminals for sales, inventory, member management and even cash collection. However, due to the limited types and number of external interfaces (usually only one earphone hole and one USB charging port) of the general mobile phone and tablet pc, it is very inconvenient to access the commercial peripherals such as the commonly used keyboard, barcode scanning gun, and bill printer.
It is now common practice to purchase a bluetooth scan gun and a bluetooth printer, and establish a bluetooth connection with the smart host, respectively. The problems with this solution are as follows:
(1) the use is inconvenient, and the intelligent host and the two Bluetooth peripherals need to be respectively paired to establish connection;
(2) compared with common equipment, the scanning gun and the printer with the Bluetooth connection function have much higher prices;
(3) the Bluetooth scanning gun is connected to the intelligent host computer as a keyboard device, and scanning input contents are transmitted to APP application software after being converted through an input method on the host computer. This may cause the scanned content received by the APP application to be incorrect due to different input method states (for example, the input digital content may be converted into chinese or symbols by the input method and passed to the APP).
In view of the above, there is a need to design a new connection method to overcome the above-mentioned defects of the existing connection method.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the Bluetooth connection equipment is provided, so that the intelligent host can be interconnected with keyboard equipment such as a bill printer, a bar code scanner and the like on one Bluetooth connection.
In addition, the invention also provides a POS system which can ensure that the intelligent host can realize interconnection and intercommunication with the bill printer and keyboard equipment on one Bluetooth connection.

after the Bluetooth connection is established, the intelligent host sends data through a Bluetooth serial port in the intelligent host, the sent data is received by the MCU input/output module and is forwarded to the USB bill printer for content output after being processed by the MCU input/output module;
the keyboard or the bar code scanner sends data to the intelligent host; after the Bluetooth connection is established, when a keyboard or a bar code scanner generates data, the data is firstly transmitted to the MCU input/output module through the USB cable, is subjected to relevant processing including key code conversion and format conversion by the MCU input/output module, is then transmitted to the Bluetooth transmission module, and reaches a serial port receiving buffer area on the intelligent host through a Bluetooth serial port; because the input method software usually only receives the input of keyboard equipment, the keyboard equipment comprises a Bluetooth keyboard, a bar code scanner and a USB keyboard, the content input through a Bluetooth serial port avoids the input method software, and the APP software on the intelligent host obtains the input content of the keyboard or the bar code scanner from a serial port receiving buffer area by calling an input/output interface program;
the key code conversion is used for converting USB HID keyboard codes into ASCII codes or on-off codes of PS/2 keyboards, the format conversion solves the problem of difference of encoding modes of shift and ctrl combined keys when the keyboards and bar code guns of different manufacturers are encoded, and the codes are unified into a standard format.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the POS system and the Bluetooth connecting device provided by the invention can enable the intelligent host to be interconnected and communicated with keyboard equipment such as a bill printer, a bar code scanner and the like on one Bluetooth connection. The invention also solves the problem that the input content of keyboard input equipment such as bar code scanner is wrongly converted by the input method software on the intelligent host.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention discloses a POS system, which includes an intelligent host (such as a smart phone or a tablet), a bill printer, a keyboard or a barcode scanner, and a bluetooth connection device; the Bluetooth connecting equipment is respectively connected with the intelligent host, the bill printer, the keyboard or the bar code scanner.
The Bluetooth connecting device comprises an MCU input/output module and a Bluetooth transmission module, and the Bluetooth transmission module is connected with the MCU input/output module. The MCU input/output module comprises an MCU processor and two USB-A type interfaces, and the MCU processor is respectively connected with the USB-A type interfaces; two USB-A type interfaces are respectively connected with bill printer, keyboard or bar code scanner
Referring to fig. 2, after the bluetooth connection is established, the intelligent host sends data through the bluetooth serial port in the intelligent host, and the sent data is received by the MCU input/output module, processed by the MCU input/output module, and forwarded to the USB bill printer for content output.
The keyboard or the bar code scanner sends data to the intelligent host; after the Bluetooth connection is established, when a keyboard or a bar code scanner generates data, the data is firstly transmitted to the MCU input/output module through a USB cable, and is subjected to relevant processing by the MCU input/output module, wherein the processing comprises key code conversion (USB HID keyboard code is converted into ASCII code or on-off code of PS/2 keyboard), format conversion (mainly solving the problem of difference of encoding modes of shift and ctrl combined keys when the keyboard and the bar code gun of different manufacturers are encoded and unifying the codes into a standard format), and then the data is transmitted to the Bluetooth transmission module and reaches a serial port receiving buffer area on the intelligent host through a Bluetooth serial port; because the input method software usually only receives the input of keyboard equipment (such as a Bluetooth keyboard, a bar code scanner, a USB keyboard and the like), the input method software can be avoided through the content input by a Bluetooth serial port, and the APP software on the intelligent host obtains the input content of the keyboard or the bar code scanner from a serial port receiving buffer area by calling an input/output interface program.
Example two

In summary, the POS system and the bluetooth connection device provided by the present invention can enable the intelligent host to achieve interconnection and intercommunication with the keyboard devices such as the bill printer and the barcode scanner on one bluetooth connection. The invention also solves the problem that the input content of the input equipment such as the bar code scanner is wrongly converted by the input method software on the intelligent host.
