Referring to fig. 1, a yoga post includes a post body 10, an air bag 20, a pressure sensor 30, and a control circuit board 40, wherein the post body 10 is deformed after being pressed, and the air bag 20 is disposed in the post body 10. The pressure sensors 30 are respectively connected to the airbag 20 and the control circuit board 40, and the pressure sensors 30 are used for detecting the internal gas pressure of the airbag 20. The outer surface of the column body 10 is provided with a plurality of massage salient points 11, and the massage salient points 11 are distributed in a staggered mode.
