Abstract

本发明公开了一种应用于屋顶的太阳能光伏板,其光伏板支架上固定有斜置的光伏板,光伏板支架呈若干行固定在屋顶上,光伏板支架由纵向的底杆、横杆、前支撑杆、后支撑杆和C型槽钢组成,承托杆的上端固定在前一行光伏板支架的C型槽钢上,承托杆的下端成型有折杆,折杆固定在后一行光伏板支架的横杆上;承托杆上固定有接水槽,接水槽的上侧边固定在前一行光伏板支架的光伏板上,接水槽的下侧边固定在后一行光伏板支架的前支撑杆上,接水槽的下侧边和左右两侧边均成型有挡板,接水槽左右两侧边的挡板成型有排水槽口;屋顶上最后一行的光伏板支架上固定有斜置的挡雨板。它能减少光伏板支架与雨水的接触,可减少光伏板支架生锈的状况。

一种应用于屋顶的太阳能光伏板
技术领域:
本发明涉及太阳能电池板的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种应用于屋顶的太阳能光伏板。
背景技术:
目前受光伏大环境的影响,近两年大型的光伏电站项目在迅速增长,我国人多地少的现状迫使众多的光伏电站向大型厂房屋顶等发展,但将光伏板安装于厂房屋顶与安装于地面不同,将光伏板安装于厂房屋顶会受到风雨的侵蚀,其落到厂房屋顶的雨水会沿屋面下流经过安装于屋顶的光伏板支架,而光伏板支架长期接触雨水容易发生生锈,从而会导致光伏板支架的破坏,同时也不便于维修。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供了一种应用于屋顶的太阳能光伏板,其为太阳能光伏板的设立接水槽,减少光伏板支架与雨水的接触,从而可减少光伏板支架生锈的状况。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种应用于屋顶的太阳能光伏板,包括若干光伏板支架,光伏板支架上固定有斜置的光伏板,光伏板支架呈若干行固定在屋顶上,所述的光伏板支架由纵向的底杆、横杆、前支撑杆、后支撑杆和C型槽钢组成,相邻两行之间的光伏板支架之间安设有若干承托杆,承托杆的上端固定在前一行光伏板支架的C型槽钢上,承托杆的下端成型有折杆,折杆固定在后一行光伏板支架的横杆上;承托杆上固定有接水槽,接水槽的上侧边固定在前一行光伏板支架的光伏板上,接水槽的下侧边固定在后一行光伏板支架的前支撑杆上,接水槽的下侧边和左右两侧边均成型有挡板,接水槽左右两侧边的挡板成型有排水槽口;屋顶上最后一行的光伏板支架上固定有斜置的挡雨板,挡雨板的下侧边抵靠在屋顶上。
所述光伏板支架的底杆固定在屋顶上,横杆固定在底杆上,底杆前端的横杆上固定有前支撑杆,底杆后端的横杆上固定有后支撑杆,前支撑杆和后支撑杆的顶端固定有C型槽钢。
所述承托杆呈倾斜状,承托杆上的折杆和光伏板支架的底杆相平行,折杆固定在横杆的下端面上。
所述光伏板支架的C型槽钢上固定有若干横向的加强杆。
所述的挡雨板上固定有辅助支杆,辅助支杆固定在光伏板支架的后支撑杆上。
本发明的有益效果在于:其为太阳能光伏板的设立接水槽,减少光伏板支架与雨水的接触,可减少光伏板支架生锈的状况,从而能延长光伏板的使用寿命,同时便于日常的维修检查工作。

实施例:见图1、2所示,一种应用于屋顶的太阳能光伏板,包括若干光伏板支架1,光伏板支架1上固定有斜置的光伏板2,光伏板支架1呈若干行固定在屋顶上,所述的光伏板支架1由纵向的底杆11、横杆12、前支撑杆13、后支撑杆14和C型槽钢15组成,相邻两行之间的光伏板支架1之间安设有若干承托杆3,承托杆3的上端固定在前一行光伏板支架1的C型槽钢15上,承托杆3的下端成型有折杆,折杆固定在后一行光伏板支架1的横杆12上;承托杆3上固定有接水槽4,接水槽4的上侧边固定在前一行光伏板支架1的光伏板2上,接水槽4的下侧边固定在后一行光伏板支架1的前支撑杆13上,接水槽4的下侧边和左右两侧边均成型有挡板41,接水槽4左右两侧边的挡板41成型有排水槽口42;屋顶上最后一行的光伏板支架1上固定有斜置的挡雨板5,挡雨板5的下侧边抵靠在屋顶上。
所述光伏板支架1的底杆11固定在屋顶上,横杆12固定在底杆11上,底杆11前端的横杆12上固定有前支撑杆13,底杆11后端的横杆12上固定有后支撑杆14,前支撑杆13和后支撑杆14的顶端固定有C型槽钢15。
所述承托杆3呈倾斜状,承托杆3上的折杆和光伏板支架1的底杆11相平行,折杆固定在横杆12的下端面上。
所述挡雨板5的下侧边成型有屋顶相配合的槽口,挡雨板5上固定有V型的导向板,导向板分布在光伏板支架1的上部。
所述的挡雨板5上固定有辅助支杆6,辅助支杆6固定在光伏板支架1的后支撑杆14上。
所述光伏板支架1的C型槽钢15上固定有若干横向的加强杆16。
工作原理:本发明为安装于屋顶的太阳能光伏板,主要的技术点在于在太阳能光伏板之间设立接水槽4,从而落在后一行的光伏板2的雨水或者落在太阳能光伏板之间的雨水不会流过后一行的光伏板支架1,并在最后一行的光伏板支架1上安设挡雨板5,从而减少光伏板支架1与雨水接触,从而减少光伏板支架1的生锈。

1.一种应用于屋顶的太阳能光伏板,包括若干光伏板支架(1),光伏板支架(1)上固定有斜置的光伏板(2),光伏板支架(1)呈若干行固定在屋顶上,所述的光伏板支架(1)由纵向的底杆(11)、横杆(12)、前支撑杆(13)、后支撑杆(14)和C型槽钢(15)组成,其特征在于:相邻两行之间的光伏板支架(1)之间安设有若干承托杆(3),承托杆(3)的上端固定在前一行光伏板支架(1)的C型槽钢(15)上,承托杆(3)的下端成型有折杆,折杆固定在后一行光伏板支架(1)的横杆(12)上;承托杆(3)上固定有接水槽(4),接水槽(4)的上侧边固定在前一行光伏板支架(1)的光伏板(2)上,接水槽(4)的下侧边固定在后一行光伏板支架(1)的前支撑杆(13)上,接水槽(4)的下侧边和左右两侧边均成型有挡板(41),接水槽(4)左右两侧边的挡板(41)成型有排水槽口(42);屋顶上最后一行的光伏板支架(1)上固定有斜置的挡雨板(5),挡雨板(5)的下侧边抵靠在屋顶上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于屋顶的太阳能光伏板,其特征在于:所述光伏板支架(1)的底杆(11)固定在屋顶上,横杆(12)固定在底杆(11)上,底杆(11)前端的横杆(12)上固定有前支撑杆(13),底杆(11)后端的横杆(12)上固定有后支撑杆(14),前支撑杆(13)和后支撑杆(14)的顶端固定有C型槽钢(15)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于屋顶的太阳能光伏板,其特征在于:所述承托杆(3)呈倾斜状,承托杆(3)上的折杆和光伏板支架(1)的底杆(11)相平行,折杆固定在横杆(12)的下端面上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于屋顶的太阳能光伏板,其特征在于:所述光伏板支架(1)的C型槽钢(15)上固定有若干横向的加强杆(16)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于屋顶的太阳能光伏板,其特征在于:所述的挡雨板(5)上固定有辅助支杆(6),辅助支杆(6)固定在光伏板支架(1)的后支撑杆(14)上。
