Abstract
The invention relates to a double-sided LED light source which comprises a power panel 1, a radiator 2, a conductive post 6, a conductive piece 7, a heat-conducting plastic insulating piece 8, LED lamp beads 10, an LED aluminum substrate and a toggle switch 5, wherein the LED aluminum substrate is composed of an upper LED aluminum substrate 3 and a lower LED aluminum substrate 4, the upper LED aluminum substrate 3 and the lower LED aluminum substrate 4 are respectively arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the radiator 2, the inner end of the toggle switch 5 is fixed on the power panel 1, the outer end of the toggle switch penetrates through an upper through hole 31 on the surface of the upper LED aluminum substrate 3, and the LED lamp beads 10 are uniformly distributed on the surfaces of the upper LED aluminum substrate 3 and the lower LED aluminum substrate 4. The LED light source is controlled by the toggle switch, so that the single-side and double-side switching can be realized quickly and conveniently, and the stability of the light source is higher; can be flexibly selected according to actual conditions, reduces unnecessary energy waste and is beneficial to energy conservation and emission reduction.

Technical Field

Background
An LED (Light-Emitting Diode) Light source is a Light source using an LED as a Light Emitting body. Due to the advantages of small size, high brightness, low heat, long service life, environmental protection, etc., LED light sources are considered as one of the most ideal alternatives to traditional light sources, and have been widely used in the field of lighting, such as household lighting, industrial lighting, commercial lighting, etc., after decades of development.
The current popular LED light sources on the market can be divided into two categories, namely single-sided LED light sources and 360-degree LED light sources: a single-sided LED light source, namely an LED light source with only one side capable of emitting light; the 360-degree LED light source can emit light in 360 degrees in the whole circumference.
When the 360-degree LED light source works, the light is always kept to emit light at 360 degrees in the whole circumference, the light emitting surface is not controllable, and energy waste can be caused when the light source is used, so that the energy conservation and emission reduction are not facilitated; the single-sided LED light source is single-sided luminous, and when the single-sided LED light source is used for other purposes, such as a wall lamp with double-sided luminous function, the actual requirements cannot be met, and if a fault occurs, the adverse effect on life and production can be caused.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a double-sided LED light source which can be flexibly selected according to actual conditions.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a double-sided LED light source comprises a power panel 1, a radiator 2, a conductive column 6, a conductive sheet 7, a heat-conducting plastic insulating sheet 8, LED lamp beads 10, an LED aluminum substrate and a toggle switch 5, wherein the LED aluminum substrate is composed of an upper LED aluminum substrate 3 and a lower LED aluminum substrate 4, the upper surface and the lower surface of the radiator 2 are respectively arranged on the upper LED aluminum substrate 3 and the lower LED aluminum substrate 4, the power panel 1 penetrates through the inner center of the radiator 2, the heat-conducting plastic insulating sheet 8 and the conductive column 6 are respectively arranged in two groups and symmetrically arranged at two ends of the power panel 1, the outer end of the power panel 1 penetrates through the heat-conducting plastic insulating sheet 8 and serially connects the heat-conducting plastic insulating sheet 8 and the conductive column 6 together, the conductive sheet 7 is distributed on the outer side of the heat-conducting plastic insulating sheet 8, the inner end of the toggle switch 5 is fixed on the power panel 1, the outer end penetrates through an upper through hole 31 located in the surface of the upper LED aluminum substrate 3, and the LED lamp beads 10 are evenly distributed on the surfaces of the upper LED aluminum substrate 3 and the lower LED aluminum substrate 4.

The heat radiator 2 is an aluminum heat radiator, and the conductive column 6 is a copper conductive column.
The double-sided LED light source further comprises a lampshade 11, and the radiator 2, the upper LED aluminum substrate 3 and the lower LED aluminum substrate 4 are located in the lampshade 11.
The double-sided LED light source further comprises a plastic end cover 9, and the shape of the plastic end cover 9 is matched with that of the conductive column 6.
The length of the double-sided LED light source is 118mm, 78mm or 168mm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the LED light source is controlled by the toggle switch, so that the LED light source can be switched between a single surface and a double surface quickly and conveniently, when the LED light source is used as a single-surface light source, the other surface of the LED light source can be used as a standby light source when the LED light source is damaged, and the stability of the LED light source is higher; can be flexibly selected according to actual conditions, reduces unnecessary energy waste and is beneficial to energy conservation and emission reduction.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the invention relates to a double-sided LED light source, which includes a power panel 1, a heat sink 2, a conductive post 6, a conductive post 7, a heat conductive plastic insulating sheet 8, LED beads 10, an LED aluminum substrate and a toggle switch 5, wherein the LED aluminum substrate is composed of an upper LED aluminum substrate 3 and a lower LED aluminum substrate 4, the upper LED aluminum substrate 3 is disposed on the upper surface of the heat sink 2, the lower LED aluminum substrate 4 is disposed on the lower surface of the heat sink 2, the power panel 1 penetrates through the center of the heat sink 2, two sets of heat conductive plastic insulating sheets 8 and two sets of conductive posts 6 are disposed at two ends of the power panel 1, the outer end of the power panel 1 penetrates through the heat conductive plastic insulating sheet 8, and the heat conductive plastic insulating sheet 8 and the conductive posts 6 are connected in series, in this embodiment, the conductive post 7 is disposed on the outer side of the heat conductive plastic insulating sheet 8, the inner end of the toggle switch 5 is fixed on the power panel 1, the outer end penetrates through an upper through hole 31 disposed on the surface of the upper LED aluminum substrate 3, and a plurality of the LED beads 10 are uniformly disposed on the surfaces of the upper LED aluminum substrate 3 and the lower LED aluminum substrate 4.
The power panel 1 is provided with a switch switching circuit for controlling the LED light source by the toggle switch 5, and in the invention, the toggle switch 5 has three switching forms: upper, middle and lower. When the toggle switch 5 is switched to the state of up, only the upper surface of the LED light source emits light, and the lower surface does not emit light; when the toggle switch 5 is switched to the state 'middle', only the lower surface of the LED light source emits light, and the upper surface does not emit light; when the toggle switch 5 is switched to the state of "down", the upper and lower surfaces of the LED light source emit light.
Of course, when the toggle switch 5 is switched to the state "up", only the lower surface of the LED light source emits light, and the upper surface does not emit light; when the toggle switch 5 is switched to the state 'middle', only the upper surface of the LED light source emits light, and the lower surface does not emit light; when the toggle switch 5 is switched to the state 'down', the upper surface and the lower surface of the LED light source emit light. This can be set as desired for the switching circuit, as long as one switching state is guaranteed to correspond to one light source emitting state.
Under normal conditions, the LED lamp beads on the upper LED aluminum substrate 3 are single-surface light sources, so that the purpose of single-surface light emission is realized; LED lamp pearl on the aluminium base board 4 of lower LED then is as stand-by power supply, and when needs two-sided luminous, for example when need regard as two-sided luminous wall lamp to use, switch toggle switch 5 to state "down" to realize two-sided luminous purpose, can also guarantee simultaneously that the aluminium base board 3 of last LED damages when, as stand-by light source, has promoted the stability of whole light source.
According to the invention, the LED light source is controlled through the toggle switch 5, so that the single-sided and double-sided LED light source can be switched rapidly and conveniently, compared with a 360-degree LED light source, the single-sided or double-sided LED light source can be flexibly selected according to the actual situation, the unnecessary energy waste is reduced, and the energy saving and emission reduction are facilitated.
Preferably, the surface of the lower LED aluminum substrate 4 is provided with a lower through hole 41, and the toggle switch 5 may be disposed on the lower through hole 41; the radiator 2 is preferably an aluminum radiator, and the conductive column 6 is preferably a copper conductive column, so that the heat dissipation of the radiator 2 can be effectively ensured, and the conductive performance of the conductive column 6 is improved.
The center of the heat-conducting plastic insulating sheet 8 is provided with a through hole, the conducting sheet 7 is distributed on the outer side of the heat-conducting plastic insulating sheet 8, the center of the bottom of the conducting post 6 is also provided with a through hole, the outer end of the power panel 1 passes through the through hole, and the heat-conducting plastic insulating sheet 8 and the conducting post 6 are connected in series to realize the connection of the conducting post 6 and the power panel 1; the heat conducting plastic insulating sheet 8 is matched with the radiator 2 to dissipate heat generated by the light source, and is insulating, so that the safety of the LED light source in installation and use processes is ensured.
The double-sided LED light source also comprises a lampshade 11, the radiator 2, the upper LED aluminum substrate 3 and the lower LED aluminum substrate 4 are positioned in the lampshade 11, and the lampshade 11 mainly plays a role in fixing and protecting; the double-sided LED light source also comprises a plastic end cover 9, and the shape of the plastic end cover 9 is matched with that of the conductive column 6; the length of the double-sided LED light source can be 118mm, and can also be 78mm, 168mm or other lengths.
