Abstract

一种软管固定座，包括：底座，所述底座为U形，在所述底座的上部设有卡槽；上盖，在所述上盖的两端设有卡勾，所述卡勾向着所述底座的方向延伸，所述卡勾的数量和位置与所述卡槽的数量和位置相对应；所述底座与所述上盖通过所述卡勾与所述卡槽相互连接，所述底座与所述上盖形成一定位孔。本发明软管固定座的上盖插入底座后，上盖上的卡勾和底座的卡槽结合，使两侧牢牢卡住，上盖上的定位筋和底座上的凸台能将软管卡住，起到固定作用。同时，底座两边带有子扣和母扣，可以相互胶合，从而实现多个固定座的连接。另外，底座上的安装孔，能通过螺钉将固定座固定。

本发明涉及电学领域，尤其涉及电路连接技术，特别是一种软管固定座。
背景技术
现有技术中，固定电线软管的产品，都是以整体形式出现，不能进行拆分、组合，使用时很不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种方便使用的软管固定座。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的软管固定座，包括：底座，所述底座为U形，在U形所述底座的上部设有卡槽；上盖，在所述上盖的两端设有卡勾，所述卡勾向着所述底座的方向延伸，所述卡勾的数量和位置与所述卡槽的数量和位置相对应；所述底座与所述上盖通过所述卡勾与所述卡槽相互连接，所述底座与所述上盖形成一定位孔。
在所述上盖面向所述底座的一侧设有定位筋，在U形所述底座内设有两个凸台。
在所述底座的两侧设有子扣和母扣，所述子扣和所述母扣相匹配。
在所述底座上设有安装孔。
本发明软管固定座的上盖插入底座后，上盖上的卡勾和底座的卡槽结合，使两侧牢牢卡住，上盖上的定位筋和底座上的凸台能将软管卡住，起到固定作用。同时，底座两边带有子扣和母扣，可以相互胶合，从而实现多个固定座的连接。另外，底座上的安装孔，能通过螺钉将固定座固定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明软管固定座作进一步详细说明。
如图1、图2所示，本发明软管固定座，包括：U形底座1和上盖3，在U形底座1的上部设有卡槽2，在上盖3的两端设有卡勾4，卡勾4向着底座1的方向延伸，底座1与上盖3通过卡勾4与卡槽2相互连接，上盖3插入底座1后，上盖3上的卡勾4和底座1的卡槽2结合，使两侧牢牢卡住，在底座1与上盖形3成一定位孔，软管就卡在定位孔内，在上盖3面向底座1的一侧设有定位筋5，在U形底座1内设有两个凸台6，两者共同作用能将软管卡住，起到固定作用。同时，底座1两边带有子扣8和母扣7，可以相互胶合，从而实现多个固定座的连接。另外，底座1上的安装孔9，能通过螺钉将固定座固定。
