Abstract
铝合金挤出成型屋顶结构,脊瓦上成型有槽瓦插槽和雨水防护瓦插槽,槽瓦的上端插套在槽瓦插槽中且压在脊瓦上,雨水防护瓦插套在雨水防护瓦插槽中;槽瓦压在檀条上;槽瓦的结构是在槽瓦本体的下端面成型有槽瓦螺母槽,在槽瓦本体的上端面成型有雨水槽,在槽瓦本体的右端成型有小卷边,在槽瓦本体的左端成型有大卷边,扣钩插套在檀条螺母槽中,螺钉插套在中空方形体的预设螺钉穿过孔中且与插套在槽瓦螺母槽中的螺母相螺接。它具有强度高、耐腐蚀、寿命长、维护方便等多种优点,它可重复性拆装,原材料可循环使用。脊瓦与雨水防护瓦的配合使用有效解决了普通屋顶的漏雨问题。它加大了檩条的强度,有效防止屋顶变形。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种铝合金挤出成型屋顶结构。
背景技术
现有房屋的彩钢屋顶结构防雨性差,强度低,寿命短,安装过程中易损坏原有材料,无法重复利用。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种铝合金挤出成型屋顶结构,它结构简单,安装方便,可重复性拆装,原材料可循环使用。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
铝合金挤出成型屋顶结构,包插脊瓦、檩条和槽瓦,脊瓦上成型有槽瓦插槽和雨水防护瓦插槽,槽瓦的上端插套在槽瓦插槽中且压在脊瓦上,雨水防护瓦插套在雨水防护瓦插槽中;
檩条为横截面是方框形的条状体,在檩条的四个角上成型有檀条螺母槽,槽瓦压在檀条上;
槽瓦的结构是在槽瓦本体的下端面成型有槽瓦螺母槽,在槽瓦本体的上端面成型有雨水槽,在槽瓦本体的右端成型有小卷边,在槽瓦本体的左端成型有大卷边,相邻的二条槽瓦,其中一条槽瓦的小卷边弹性压制在另一条槽瓦的大卷边的内壁上;
扣件的结构是在中空方形体的一侧成型有扣钩,扣钩插套在檀条螺母槽中,螺钉插套在中空方形体的预设螺钉穿过孔中且与插套在槽瓦螺母槽中的螺母相螺接。
所述槽瓦为中空体,在槽瓦的中空部分中填充有保温材料。
所述的雨水防护瓦上成型有横向钩状直榫,横向钩状直榫插套在雨水防护瓦插槽的横向钩状插槽中。
所述檩条下部的檀条螺母槽插套有螺母,支撑件为中空方形体,螺钉穿过支撑件上的预设孔与檀条螺母槽中的螺母螺接在一起,加强杆夹紧在抱箍中,抱箍通过螺栓与支撑件固定在一起。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它具有强度高、耐腐蚀、寿命长、维护方便等多种优点,本发明结构简单,安装方便,可重复性拆装,原材料可循环使用。脊瓦与雨水防护瓦的配合使用有效解决了普通屋顶的漏雨问题。檩条安装加强方法,加大了檩条的强度,可方便地扩大屋顶跨度,有效防止屋顶变形。

具体实施方式:
实施例:见图1至12所示,铝合金挤出成型屋顶结构,包插脊瓦1、檩条2和槽瓦3,脊瓦1上成型有槽瓦插槽1a和雨水防护瓦插槽1b,槽瓦3的上端插套在槽瓦插槽1a中且压在脊瓦1上,雨水防护瓦4插套在雨水防护瓦插槽1b中;
檩条2为横截面是方框形的条状体,在檩条2的四个角上成型有檀条螺母槽22,槽瓦3压在檀条2上;
槽瓦3的结构是在槽瓦本体31的下端面成型有槽瓦螺母槽32,在槽瓦本体31的上端面成型有雨水槽33,在槽瓦本体31的右端成型有小卷边34,在槽瓦本体31的左端成型有大卷边35,相邻的二条槽瓦3,其中一条槽瓦3的小卷边34弹性压制在另一条槽瓦3的大卷边35的内壁上;
扣件5的结构是在中空方形体51的一侧成型有扣钩52,扣钩52插套在檀条螺母槽22中,螺钉6插套在中空方形体51的预设螺钉穿过孔中且与插套在槽瓦螺母槽32中的螺母7相螺接。
所述槽瓦3为中空体,在槽瓦3的中空部分中填充有保温材料。
所述的雨水防护瓦4上成型有横向钩状直榫41,横向钩状直榫41插套在雨水防护瓦插槽1b的横向钩状插槽1b1中。
所述檩条2下部的檀条螺母槽插套有螺母7,支撑件8为中空方形体,螺钉6穿过支撑件8上的预设孔与檀条螺母槽中的螺母7螺接在一起,加强杆10夹紧在抱箍9中,抱箍9通过螺栓与支撑件8固定在一起。
工作原理:由于本发明各部件均采用插套或螺钉和螺母螺接,所以本发明可以拆卸。它的檩条2可以通过支撑件8、抱箍9与加强杆10固定在起,这样的安装加强方法,加大了檩条2的强度,可方便地扩大屋顶跨度,有效防止屋顶变形。
Claims (1)
1.铝合金挤出成型屋顶结构,包插脊瓦(1)、檩条(2)和槽瓦(3),其特征在于:
脊瓦(1)上成型有槽瓦插槽(1a)和雨水防护瓦插槽(1b),槽瓦(3)的上端插套在槽瓦插槽(1a)中且压在脊瓦(1)上,雨水防护瓦(4)插套在雨水防护瓦插槽(1b)中;
檩条(2)为横截面是方框形的条状体,在檩条(2)的四个角上成型有檀条螺母槽(22),槽瓦(3)压在檀条(2)上;
槽瓦(3)的结构是在槽瓦本体(31)的下端面成型有槽瓦螺母槽(32),在槽瓦本体(31)的上端面成型有雨水槽(33),在槽瓦本体(31)的右端成型有小卷边(34),在槽瓦本体(31)的左端成型有大卷边(35),相邻的二条槽瓦(3),其中一条槽瓦(3)的小卷边(34)弹性压制在另一条槽瓦(3)的大卷边(35)的内壁上;
扣件(5)的结构是在中空方形体(51)的一侧成型有扣钩(52),扣钩(52)插套在檀条螺母槽(22)中,螺钉(6)插套在中空方形体(51)的预设螺钉穿过孔中且与插套在槽瓦螺母槽(32)中的螺母(7)相螺接;
所述槽瓦(3)为中空体,在槽瓦(3)的中空部分中填充有保温材料;
所述雨水防护瓦(4)上成型有横向钩状直榫(41),横向钩状直榫(41)插套在雨水防护瓦插槽(1b)的横向钩状插槽(1b1)中;
所述檩条(2)下部的檀条螺母槽(22)插套有螺母(7),支撑件(8)为中空方形体,螺钉(6)穿过支撑件(8)上的预设孔与檀条螺母槽(22)中的螺母(7)螺接在一起,加强杆(10)夹紧在抱箍(9)中,抱箍(9)通过螺栓与支撑件(8)固定在一起。
