Background
A server, also called a server, is a device that provides computing services. Since the server needs to respond to the service request and process it, the server should generally have the ability to afford the service and secure the service.

In the prior art, the fixing between the server slide rail and the rack is usually implemented by adopting a bolt or nut fixing mode. Specifically, the end of the sliding rail is fixedly connected with a bracket. The bracket is provided with a threaded hole. The threaded hole corresponds to a mounting hole on the frame. The mounting holes are square holes or round holes. During installation, the threaded holes on the support are aligned with the mounting holes on the frame, nuts are used for penetrating through the mounting holes on the frame, and finally the nuts are inserted into the threaded holes on the support in a rotating mode. In the installation process, a tool is required to be used for fully fixing the bracket and the frame, and two persons are required to install the bracket and the frame simultaneously, so that inconvenience is brought to the installation work, and the working efficiency is lower especially under the condition of frequent installation; in addition, for example: the server case is fixed with three sections of sliding rails, the three sections of sliding rails comprise an outer sliding rail, a middle sliding rail and an inner sliding rail, the drawer type server is taken as an example, the outer sliding rail is fixed on the rack, the inner sliding rail is fixed on two sides of the drawer type server, the middle sliding rail is arranged between the outer sliding rail and the inner sliding rail as a bearing rail so as to extend the movable range of the drawer type server, and the inner sliding rail and the middle sliding rail can slide back and forth along the axial direction of the outer sliding rail relative to the outer sliding rail, so that the drawer type server can be pulled out or retracted freely through the sliding rails. When the drawer type server is required to retract, the inner slide rail and the middle slide rail are pushed to retract into the rack along the axial direction of the outer slide rail, but the middle slide rail cannot wait for the inner slide rail to be in the inner slide rail in advance and then synchronously perform homing action so as to slide into the outer slide rail.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides the server sliding rail with the rapid installation function, which can avoid the use of tools and rapidly realize positioning in the process of fixing the sliding rail and the rack, improve the installation work efficiency, prevent the sliding rail from being longitudinally displaced and further improve the installation reliability; in addition, the inner rail, the middle rail and the outer rail can move in sequence, so that the service life of the sliding rail is prolonged, and the smoothness is maintained.
The invention discloses a server sliding rail with a quick installation function, which comprises a positioning block, wherein a front baffle and a protective shell are arranged at the front end face of the positioning block, a positioning column is arranged on the front baffle, one end of the positioning column is connected with a second spring, the second spring is propped against the inner wall of the protective shell, an opening is arranged at the outer surface of the positioning block, a side plate is arranged at the opening, one end of the side plate extends into the opening, a first spring is further arranged on the front baffle and is propped against the extending part of the side plate, a toggle clamping piece is connected with the other end of the side plate, one end of the positioning block is provided with a sliding rail body, the sliding rail body comprises an inner rail, a middle rail and an outer rail, the inner rail, the middle rail and the outer rail are sequentially connected, a sliding frame is arranged in the outer rail, an elastic piece is arranged in the outer rail, a spring is arranged between the elastic piece and the outer shell, one end of the spring is propped against the middle position of the elastic piece, and the other end of the spring is propped against the bottom surface in the outer shell, and the elastic piece is propped against the bottom surface of the sliding frame.

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the slide rail body can be quickly fixed on the front positioning frame body by utilizing the combined structure of the positioning pin and the second spring, and the installation process can be completed without tools, so that the installation efficiency is high; in addition, by utilizing the combination structure of the toggle clamping piece and the front baffle, the left and right displacement of the slide rail body is effectively prevented, and the positioning pin is prevented from being separated from the mounting hole of the front positioning frame body; in addition, the side plates are not connected with the positioning blocks through bearings, and are connected with the first springs through the side plates, so that the distance between the front baffle plate and the clamping surface is adjusted.
2. The positioning pin and the third spring are combined, so that the slide rail body can be quickly fixed on the rear positioning frame body of the server, tools are not needed in the installation process, the slide rail can be installed in holes with two or more different shapes, and the installation efficiency is improved.
3. The inner rail, the middle rail and the outer rail are unfolded or stored according to sequential movement by pushing the convex part, the pushing part, the reversing opening and the outer rail opening to be matched with each other, so that the service life of the sliding rail is prolonged, and the smoothness of the sliding rail movement is maintained. Meanwhile, the middle rail and the outer rail which are sequentially unfolded are quite convenient to maintain, and the convenience of maintaining the sliding rail is greatly improved.
4. The positioning between the shell and the sliding frame is implemented through the elastic piece, so that the device is convenient to independently and quickly install, and the device has high installation efficiency.
5. Because both ends of the elastic piece are buckled on the bottom surface of the shell, the elastic piece can be conveniently fixed, and the deflection of the elastic piece is avoided.

As shown in fig. 1 to 15, the server sliding rail with a rapid installation function described by the invention comprises a positioning block 1, wherein a front baffle 3 and a protective shell 2 are arranged at the front end face of the positioning block 1, a positioning column 4 is arranged on the front baffle 3, one end of the positioning column 4 is connected with a second spring 8, the second spring 8 is propped against the inner wall of the protective shell 2, an opening 101 is arranged at the outer surface of the positioning block 1, a side plate 6 is arranged at the opening 101, one end of the side plate 6 extends into the opening 101, a first spring 7 is also arranged on the front baffle 3, the first spring 7 is propped against the extending part of the side plate 6, the other end of the side plate 6 is connected with a stirring clamp 5, one end of the positioning block 1 is provided with a sliding rail body 9, and the sliding rail body 9 can be rapidly fixed on a front positioning frame body 10 by utilizing the combined structure of the positioning pin 4 and the second spring 8; in addition, by utilizing the combined structure of the toggle clamping piece 5 and the front baffle plate 3, the left and right displacement of the slide rail body 9 is effectively prevented, and the positioning pin 1 is prevented from being separated from the mounting hole of the front positioning frame body 10. The extension part of the side plate 6 is positioned at the spring opening 201, the positioning block 1 is connected with the slide rail body 9 through a rivet, the first spring 7 is used for resetting the side plate 6, and the protective shell 2 is used for limiting the swing angle range of the side plate 6; in addition, the first spring 7 and the second spring 8 are prevented from being separated from the positioning block 1 in the extrusion process, and the overall reliability is effectively improved. The surface of the sliding rail body 9 is provided with a fixing frame 13, a limiting frame 1302 is fixed on the fixing frame 13, the fixing frame 13 and the limiting frame 1302 form a limiting frame body, a positioning pin 1303 is arranged in the limiting frame body, one end of the positioning pin 1303 extends to the fixing frame 13, a third spring 1301 is arranged at the other end of the positioning pin 1303, and the third spring 1301 is propped against the inner wall of the limiting frame 1302.
The positioning pin 1303 is provided with an outer sleeve 1304, the positioning pin 1303 is arranged in the outer sleeve 1304, one end of the outer sleeve 1304 is provided with a limiting part 1305, the outer sleeve 1304 and the limiting part 1305 are integrally formed, the fixing frame 13 is provided with a directional block, one end of the directional block is propped against one end of the positioning pin 1303, the sliding rail body 9 is externally provided with a server cabinet 11, the server cabinet 11 is internally fixed with a rear positioning frame 12, the rear positioning frame 12 is provided with a through hole, and the through hole is round or square. The positioning pin 1303 and the outer sleeve 1304 are suitable for through holes with two different shapes, and can quickly fix the slide rail body 9 on the server cabinet 1. The fixing frame 1301 is provided with an orientation block, one end of the orientation block is propped against one end of the positioning pin 1303 and used for limiting the position of the positioning pin 1303, when the positioning pin 1303 is extruded, the positioning pin 1303 simultaneously extrudes the third spring 1301, the positioning pin 1303 shifts inwards, and the slide rail body 9 is convenient to detach from the rear positioning frame body 12. By adopting the above structure scheme, in the installation process, the vertical distance between the sliding rail bodies 9 can be correspondingly adjusted according to the size of the server, so that the position can be quickly adjusted, and the adaptability is high.
As shown in fig. 9 to 14, the middle rail 902 is provided with a mounting opening 9021, the mounting opening 9021 is provided with a pusher 9022, the bottom surface of the inner rail 901 is provided with a pushing protrusion 9011, and the surface of the outer rail 903 is provided with an outer rail opening 9031. In the state where the pushing boss 9011 is moved, the middle rail 902 is also displaced along with the pushing boss 90101. The middle rail 902 is displaced in the outer rail 903, the pushing protrusion 9011 is moved to the outer rail opening 9031, the pushing protrusion 9011 is separated from the pushing member 9022, and the front pushing portion 9023 of the pushing member 9022 is placed in the outer rail opening 9031 of the outer rail 903, and in the completed sequential movement deployment state. The inner rail 901, the middle rail 902 and the outer rail 903 are sequentially moved and unfolded, so that the whole bearing force of the sliding rail is increased. The mounting opening 9021 is internally provided with a supporting shaft which is arranged on the pushing piece 9022, concave positions are arranged at two sides of the pushing piece 9022, and the supporting shaft is arranged at the concave positions. The pusher 9022 can be swung up and down in the mounting opening 9021. The pushing piece 9022 is provided with a front pushing part 9023 and a rear pushing part 9024 respectively from front to back, a sliding frame opening 9051 is formed in a sliding frame 905, a reversing opening 9012 is formed in an inner rail 901, a supporting shaft is arranged in the mounting opening 9021 and is arranged on the pushing piece 9022, concave positions are formed in two sides of the pushing piece 9022, and the supporting shaft is arranged at the concave positions. As shown in fig. 15, two ends of the elastic member 9041 are fastened to the bottom surface of the housing 904, the elastic member 9041 is arc-shaped, a limiting head 9042 is provided on the upper surface of the elastic member 9041, and a carriage positioning recess 9051 is provided on the carriage 905. Positioning between the outer shell 904 and the sliding frame 905 is implemented through the elastic piece 9041, so that independent and rapid installation is facilitated, and the installation efficiency is improved. When the carriage 905 needs to stop moving, it is only necessary that the elastic member 9041 on the housing 904 is placed in the carriage positioning recess 9052 being displaced, so that the carriage 905 stops to continue displacement.
