Background
With the rise of network invoices and electronic invoices and the comprehensive implementation of value-added tax invoices, the requirement on the information security in the technical field of tax control is gradually increased. The existing tax control management system guarantees the safety of tax information through a tax control key. The tax control key is a hardware device with a USB interface, a smart card chip is arranged in the tax control key, a key and a digital certificate of a taxpayer can be stored, and the identity of a user is authenticated by utilizing a built-in cryptographic algorithm. In addition, the tax control key can also realize encryption and decryption processing, digital signature and signature verification, and store important tax control information, and the tax control key signs the full invoice surface information of the value-added tax invoice by using the signature private key of the tax control key, establishes the functions of uploading the invoice to a secure channel and the like, and ensures the reliability of data.
However, the digital certificate certification system of the existing tax management system is driven by only supporting the tax control key of the UMD (USB mass storage Device) protocol, and does not support the tax control key of the HID (USB Human interface Device) protocol. Because the tax management system is very large, the version cannot be easily updated in consideration of the stability of the system. However, in order to prevent a computer from being infected by a virus caused by a U disk used by the computer or prevent an important information file of the computer from being leaked, the UMD protocol is usually disabled by an enterprise end user, and only the tax control key of the UMD protocol cannot be applied to the machine; similarly, only the fiscal key of the HID protocol cannot be applied to HID-disabled devices.
Therefore, the tax control key supporting only a single protocol is often limited in use, and cannot meet the application requirements of the existing market.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the present invention is mainly applied to tax environments of tax authorities and enterprises, and as shown in fig. 1, a tax terminal 1 of a tax administration department mainly includes a CA (Certificate Authority) system 101, an invoice management system 102, and a tax control key 103. Among them, CA, also called e-commerce authentication center, is an authority responsible for issuing and managing digital certificates, and serves as a trusted third party in e-commerce transactions, and assumes responsibility for validity check of public keys in a public key system. In use, a user first needs to obtain a tax control key 103 issued by the invoice management system 102 of the tax terminal 1 for a taxpayer. When issuing, the tax terminal 1 firstly checks the hardware validity of the tax control key 103, namely detects whether the tax control key is initialized by the CA system 101; then, the information of the responsible tax authority and the taxpayer and the like are generated into a secret key and a digital certificate through the CA system 101, and are downloaded into a security chip of the tax control key 103. Current tax control keys 103 only support the UMD protocol. The tax control key 103 after the tax end 1 finishes issuing can be handed back to the taxpayer for use.
The enterprise terminal 2 mainly comprises a tax control server 201, a tax control management system 202 and an invoicing terminal 203. When the tax control key is used, the user can perform operations such as identity authentication of the user, ticket information signature, SSL security channel establishment and the like only by inserting the tax control key 103 into the invoicing terminal 203, so that the security of the whole invoicing process is ensured. The billing terminals 203 of different enterprises are not the same, and a part of enterprises disable the UMD protocol of the billing terminal 203, so the tax control key 103 supporting only the UMD protocol cannot be used for the billing terminal 203.
Example one
An embodiment of the present invention provides a tax control key 103, as shown in fig. 2, where the tax control key 103 includes an external interface 3, at least two driving modules, and a communication protocol switching module 4, where one driving module is used to enable the tax control key 103 to support a communication protocol, and the communication protocol switching module 4 is used to receive a switching instruction and call a corresponding driving module according to the switching instruction.
The tax control key 103 provided by the invention comprises at least two driving modules and a communication protocol switching module 4, wherein one driving module is used for enabling the tax control key 103 to support one communication protocol. Therefore, when the tax control key 103 needs to switch the current default communication protocol, the communication protocol switching module 4 may receive the switching instruction and call the corresponding driving module according to the switching instruction, so that the tax control key 103 supports the corresponding communication protocol, and further the tax control key 103 supports multiple communication protocols at the same time.
To facilitate understanding of the above solutions for those skilled in the art, various alternative implementations of the tax control key 103 according to the embodiments of the present invention will be further described below.
Illustratively, the tax control key 103 includes two driving modules, one driving module is used for making the tax control key 103 support the UMD communication protocol, which is hereinafter referred to as the UMD communication protocol driving module, so that the tax control key 103 can use the tax control device of the UMD communication protocol; the other driver module is used for enabling the tax control key 103 to support the HID communication protocol, and is hereinafter referred to as the HID communication protocol driver module, so that the tax control key 103 can support the tax control device using the UMD communication protocol. At this time, the tax control key 103 has a simple structure and can meet the requirements of the existing tax control devices.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the tax control key 103 further includes a driving call interface 5, the communication protocol switching module 4 is connected to each driving module through the driving call interface 5, and the communication protocol switching module 4 is specifically configured to receive a switching instruction, and connect the driving call interface 5 to a corresponding driving module according to the switching instruction.
In fig. 2, the driving call interface 5 is respectively connected to the communication protocol switching module 4, the UMD communication protocol driving module and the HID communication protocol module, and when the communication protocol switching module 4 receives a switching instruction, such as a switching instruction of "switching the UMD communication protocol to the HID communication protocol", the communication protocol switching module 4 connects the driving call interface 5 to the HID communication protocol driving module, so as to switch the default protocol of the fiscal key 103 to the HID communication protocol. Therefore, the driver corresponding to the target communication protocol can be conveniently called through the driver calling interface 5, and the switching efficiency of the tax control key 103 to the communication protocols is further improved.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the tax control key 103 further includes a security chip 6, the communication protocol switching module 4 is further specifically configured to generate a mode identifier corresponding to the switched communication protocol after the communication protocol is switched, and the security chip 6 is configured to record the mode identifier. The mode identifier may enable the tax control device to identify the current communication protocol of the tax control key 103.
Still referring to the above example, after the communication protocol switching module 4 switches the UMD communication protocol of the tax control key 103 to the HID communication protocol, a mode identifier corresponding to the HID communication protocol is generated in the tax control key 103, and the HID communication protocol identifier is stored in the security chip 6 of the tax control key 103.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the tax control key 103 further includes an initialization module 7, where the initialization module 7 is configured to set a communication protocol corresponding to the mode identifier recorded in the security chip 6 as a new default communication protocol of the tax control key 103 when the tax control key 103 is restarted.
Still referring to the above example, when the communication protocol switching module 4 switches the UMD communication protocol of the tax control key 103 to the HID communication protocol, and the HID communication protocol identifier is stored in the security chip 6 of the tax control key 103, the tax control key 103 is restarted, so that the HID communication protocol is taken as the new default communication protocol and becomes valid. The operation can clear the residual data of the original UMD communication protocol of the tax control key 103 and ensure the normal work of the new HID communication protocol.
When the tax control key 103 is applied to the tax control device, the tax control key 103 is issued by the tax terminal and is applied to the enterprise terminal after the certificate is downloaded. Optionally, in this embodiment, the default communication protocol of the tax control key 103 when leaving the factory is the UMD communication protocol, so that the communication protocols of the tax control key 103 and the tax administration end are consistent, and the use of the tax control key 103 is more convenient.
Optionally, the external interface 3 of the tax controlled key 103 is hot pluggable to the tax controlled device. Because tax control key 103 is after the hot plug operation, tax control data can not lose for tax control key 103 can use under the fault environment. Illustratively, the tax control data is not lost when the user inadvertently touches the tax control key 103 during the course of performing the tax operation, causing the tax control key 103 to disconnect from the tax control device.
The tax control equipment refers to a server or terminal equipment capable of running a tax control business program, such as a tax control server, a PC (personal computer) terminal, an invoicing terminal and the like of a tax authority or an enterprise terminal, and related applications for the tax control business comprise a full set of tax control business such as invoice library purchase acquisition, invoice segment return, invoice distribution, positive invoice invoicing, red invoice invoicing, invoice invalidation, invoice delivery, invoice signature, invoice uploading and the like. When the enterprise user uses the tax control key 103, the tax control key 103 is inserted into the invoicing terminal 203, and the operations of user identity authentication, ticket information signature, SSL (secure sockets layer) security channel establishment and the like are performed through the communication of the tax control key 103, so that the security of the whole tax invoicing process is ensured.
Example two
The second embodiment of the present invention further provides a communication protocol management method for the fiscal key 103, which is suitable for the fiscal key 103, and the method includes the following steps:
step S1, determining a default communication protocol of the tax control key 103 when leaving the factory;
step S2, inserting the tax control key 103 into the tax control device supporting the default communication protocol;
step S3, a switching instruction is sent to the communication protocol switching module 4 of the tax control key 103 through the tax control equipment;
step S4, the communication protocol switching module 4 calls a corresponding driving module according to the switching instruction.
In order to facilitate the technical solution for those skilled in the art to understand, the flow of the communication protocol management method of the tax control key 103 is still described by taking two communication protocols, namely UMD and HID as an example:
firstly, the UMD communication protocol is determined as the default communication protocol when the tax control key 103 leaves the factory. When the enterprise billing end does not support the UMD communication protocol and supports the HID communication protocol, the tax control key 103 is inserted into the tax control device supporting the UMD communication protocol, and a switching instruction of switching the UMD communication protocol to the HID communication protocol is sent to the communication protocol switching module 4 of the tax control key 103 through the tax control device. Then, the communication protocol switching module 4 of the tax control key 103 calls the HID communication protocol module according to the switching instruction, so that the tax control key 103 is switched to the HID communication protocol.
Similarly, in the continuous use of the tax control key 103, when the enterprise invoicing end does not support the HID communication protocol but supports the UMD communication protocol, the tax control key 103 is inserted into the tax control device supporting the HID communication protocol, and the switching instruction of "switching the HID communication protocol to the UMD communication protocol" is sent to the communication protocol switching module 4 of the tax control key 103 through the tax control device. Then, the communication protocol switching module 4 of the tax control key 103 calls the UMD communication protocol module according to the switching instruction, so that the tax control key 103 is switched back to the UMD communication protocol.
As described above, with the communication protocol management method of the tax control key 103 according to the second embodiment of the present invention, when the tax control key 103 needs to switch the current default communication protocol, the tax control key 103 only needs to be inserted into the tax control device supporting the default communication protocol, and the tax control device sends the switching instruction to the communication protocol switching module 4 of the tax control key 103, and the communication protocol switching module 4 calls the corresponding driving module according to the switching instruction, so that the tax control key 103 supports the corresponding communication protocol, and further, the tax control key 103 supports multiple communication protocols at the same time.
Optionally, the communication protocol management method of the tax control key 103 further includes: after step S4, step S5 generates a mode flag corresponding to the switched communication protocol, and records the mode flag in the secure chip 6. In the above example, after the communication protocol switching module 4 switches the UMD communication protocol of the tax control key 103 to the HID communication protocol, the tax control key 103 generates a mode identifier corresponding to the HID communication protocol, and the HID communication protocol identifier is stored in the security chip 6 of the tax control key 103. The mode identifier may enable the tax control device to identify the current communication protocol of the tax control key 103.
Optionally, the communication protocol management method of the tax control key 103 further includes: after step S5, step S6 restarts the fiscal key 103, and sets the communication protocol corresponding to the mode identifier recorded in the security chip 6 as the new default communication protocol of the fiscal key 103. Still referring to the above example, the fiscal key 103 may be restarted and the HID communication protocol is set as the new default communication protocol of the fiscal key 103 according to the mode identifier corresponding to the HID communication protocol. The operation can clear the residual data of the original UMD communication protocol of the tax control key 103 and ensure the normal work of the new HID communication protocol.
Of course, the communication protocol management method of the invention can also be extended to switching between other types of communication protocols suitable for tax control keys. The embodiment of the present invention does not limit this.
While the preferred embodiments of the present application have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts.
