Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an implementation environment according to an embodiment of the invention. Referring to fig. 1, the internet television playing system 100 includes a first media playing device 110, a second media playing device 120, a media file authority server 130, and a content provider server 140.
When the first media playing device 110 plays media files such as tv, the first media playing device 110 interacts with the media file permission server 130 to perform permission control on the media file to be played. When the media file authority server 130 determines that the media file to be played can be played on the first media playing device 110, the first media playing device 110 interacts with the content provider server 140 to obtain the media data of the media file to be played, and the media data is played. When the media file authority server 130 determines that the media file to be played can be displayed but cannot be played on the first media playing device 110, the first media playing device 110 interacts with the second media playing device 120, and performs non-copyright guidance on the user, obtains the media data of the media file to be played from the content provider server 140 through the playing authority of the second media playing device 120, and further plays the media file to be played on the first media playing device 110, that is, performs a screen-casting playing operation.
The first media playing device 110 and the second media playing device 120 may be separate media playing devices, or may be located in any electronic device with a media playing function, including but not limited to a smart television, a desktop computer, a palmtop computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, and the like. In a typical application scenario, the first media playing device 110 is a smart television, and the second media playing device 120 is a smart phone.
In the invention, the communication between every two media playing devices and between the media playing devices and the server can be carried out in a wireless or wired mode based on the internet protocol.
FIG. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for controlling permissions of media files according to an embodiment of the invention. The method is applied to a media file authority server. Referring to fig. 2, the method includes:
step 201, receiving a media file information acquisition request sent by a media playing device, where the media file information acquisition request carries a device identifier.
When a user plays media files on a media playing device, all the media files need to be known first. The media playing device sends a media file information acquisition request to the media file authority server, wherein the media file which is requested to be acquired refers to the media file which can be displayed on the media playing device. The media file information acquisition request carries an equipment identifier for identifying the media playing equipment.
For example, the media playing device is a smart television, and the device identifier may be a brand of the smart television, such as "create dimension", "TCL", "haixin", and the like. When media files on the internet are played on the smart television, the playing permission control strategies of the media files are different according to different television brands, so that the sent media file information acquisition request carries the equipment identification, and the media file permission server determines the corresponding playing permission control strategies according to the equipment identification.
Step 202, determining at least one media file corresponding to the device identifier, and generating a media file list including information of the determined at least one media file.
In one embodiment, the media file entitlement server presets media file information and device rules. The media file information includes an identifier of each media file and information of the media file. The device rule includes a correspondence between each device identifier and each media file, specifically a correspondence between each device identifier and at least one media file category.
FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a media file information list according to an embodiment of the invention. In the media file information list, information of each media file, such as "name", "actor", and "category", is listed for the identification of the media file. FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a rule list of devices according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the device rule list, for each device identifier, a brand to which the device belongs and rules to be followed when playing the internet television on the device of the brand are listed, for example, one or more media files of the category "{ movie, tv show, art, documentary }" that can be played on the "creative dimension" smart television are listed.
When at least one media file corresponding to the equipment identifier is determined, firstly, all or part of the media files in the preset media file information are determined to be the media files to be processed according to whether the preset equipment rule is updated, and thus all the media files to be processed are determined.
In one embodiment, determining whether a device rule is updated; if the equipment rule is updated, determining all the media files in the media file information as media files to be processed; and if the equipment rule is not updated, determining the newly added or modified media file in the media file information within a preset time period as the media file to be processed. The predetermined period of time may be a cycle time in seconds, for example, 5 seconds.
Then, for each media file to be processed, determining a device identifier set corresponding to the media file to be processed according to the device rule.
In one embodiment, determining a category to which the media file to be processed belongs; and if the category of the media file to be processed is matched with a media file category corresponding to a device identifier in the device rule, writing the device identifier into a device identifier set corresponding to the media file to be processed.
Referring to fig. 3, a media file with a media file identifier of 1 belongs to a category of "movie", and in the device rule list shown in fig. 4, the device identifier with the media file category of "movie" includes 1 ("creation dimension"), 2 ("TCL") and 3 ("haixin"), so that the device identifier set corresponding to the media file with the media file identifier of 1 is {1, 2, 3 }. For another example, if the media file with the media file identifier 2 belongs to the category "drama", in the device rule list shown in fig. 4, the device identifier with the media file category "drama" includes 1 ("creature dimension") and 3 ("maritime"), and then the device identifier set corresponding to the media file with the media file identifier 2 is {1, 3 }. For another example, if the media file with the media file identifier 6 belongs to the category "documentary", in the device rule list shown in fig. 4, the device identifier with the media file category "documentary" only includes 1 ("create dimension"), and then the device identifier set corresponding to the media file with the media file identifier 6 is {1 }.
And further, generating a media file list according to the equipment identifier carried in the media file information acquisition request. Specifically, if the device identifier carried in the media file information acquisition request matches one of the device identifier sets corresponding to the media file to be processed, the information of the media file to be processed is written into the media file list.
When the method is applied specifically, the device identification carried in the media file information acquisition request is unique, namely the smart television used by the current user is uniquely determined, the unique device identification is matched with elements in a device identification set corresponding to the media file to be processed one by one, if the device identification set comprises the device identification carried in the media file information acquisition request, the matching is considered to be successful, and the information of the media file to be processed is written into a media file list, wherein the information of the media file to be processed comprises a thumbnail, a name and the like of the media file to be processed.
Step 203, sending the media file list to the media playing device, so that the media playing device outputs the media file list to the user.
The media files listed in the media file list are media files that are presentable on the media playback device, including playable media files and presentable but not playable media files.
Step 204, receiving a media file playing request sent by the media playing device, where the media file playing request carries an identifier of a media file to be played selected by the user from the media file list.
Step 205, determining the playing permission of the media file to be played on the media playing device according to the identifier of the media file to be played and the preset permission rule, and sending the playing permission to the media playing device, so that the media playing device determines the playing mode of the media file to be played according to the playing permission.
Wherein the permission rules specify at least one playback permission level corresponding to each media file. FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating a permission rule list according to an embodiment of the invention. The playing permission levels comprise 'playable', 'displayable but not playable' and 'non-displayable', and respectively correspond to the level identifications 1, 2 and 3. The value corresponding to the "playable" level is a maximum value of 1000, the value corresponding to the "non-playable" level is a minimum value of 1, and the "playable but non-playable" level can be further divided into sub-levels according to the level information of the user, for example, when the user is a member, the level is 2-1, the corresponding value is 800, when the user is a member, the level is 2-2, and the corresponding value is 500.
In an embodiment, the lowest play permission level corresponding to the media file to be played in the permission rule may be determined as the play permission of the media file to be played. The determined play rights may be "playable", "exposable but not unplayable", and "non-exposable", and more specific play right values may be obtained by the level identification. If the playing authority is 'playable', playing the media file to be played on the media playing device; if the playing permission is 'displayable but not playable', performing non-copyright guidance, and playing the media file to be played on the media playing device through the playing permission of the second media playing device; if the playing authority is 'non-exposable', the media file to be played on the media playing device is invisible, and corresponding prompt information is output to the user.
In this embodiment, by receiving a media file information acquisition request sent by a media playing device, where the media file information acquisition request carries a device identifier, determining at least one media file corresponding to the device identifier, generating a media file list including information of the determined at least one media file, sending the media file list to the media playing device, receiving a media file playing request sent by the media playing device, where the media file playing request carries an identifier of a to-be-played media file selected by a user from the media file list, determining a playing right of the to-be-played media file on the media playing device according to the identifier of the to-be-played media file and a preset right rule, and sending the playing right to the media playing device, the media playing device can learn the playing right of the media file, such as "playable" and "playable but unplayable", and then confirm the broadcast mode of the media file to be broadcast according to broadcasting the authority, such as broadcasting directly, or carry on the guide without copyright, use and throw the way of the screen to broadcast the media file on the media broadcasting equipment, have provided the authority control to the media file on the Internet TV, has improved the resource utilization rate of the media broadcasting equipment, have enriched users' Internet TV at the same time and watched and experienced, have expanded the market demand of the content provider.
FIG. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a method for controlling rights of a media file according to another embodiment of the invention. The method is applied to a media file authority server. Referring to fig. 6, the method includes:
step 601, receiving a media file information acquisition request sent by a media playing device, where the media file information acquisition request carries a device identifier.
Step 602, determining whether at least one of the device rule, the preset copyright side information and the authority rule is updated. If yes, go to step 603; otherwise, step 604 is performed.
The copyright side means an operator who obtains the copyright of the internet television, and the copyright side information specifies the device identifier corresponding to each copyright side. Fig. 7 is a diagram illustrating a copyright side information list according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the copyright parties have "future TV", "bacon", "hua du", "mango TV", and "galaxy TV", and for each copyright party, device identifications adopting the copyright owned by the copyright party are listed, for example, device identifications using the copyright "mango TV" include 1 (creature dimension), 2(TCL), and 3 (hyaline).
Step 603, determining all media files in the media file information as media files to be processed.
In an embodiment, if at least one of the device rule, the copyright information, and the permission rule is updated, it is considered that the entire task needs to be executed, the media file information list shown in fig. 3 is scanned, and all the media files in the media file information are determined as the media files to be processed.
And step 604, respectively reading the media file information, the preset blacklist and/or copyright party audit information and/or grey list, and extracting the newly added or modified media file in the preset time period as the media file to be processed.
In an embodiment, if the device rule, the copyright owner information, and the permission rule are not updated, it is determined that an incremental task needs to be performed, and the incremental task is to scan media file information, a preset black list and/or copyright owner review information and/or a preset gray list. And if the media file is newly added or modified in at least one list of the media file information, the blacklist, the copyright party auditing information and the grey list within a preset time period, taking the newly added or modified media file as the media file to be processed.
The blacklist comprises identification of media files which can not be played and equipment identification corresponding to the media files, the copyright party auditing information indicates whether the equipment identification corresponding to each media file passes the auditing of each copyright party, and the gray list comprises playing permission level corresponding to each media file
Step 605, for each media file to be processed, determining a device identifier set corresponding to the media file to be processed according to the category and the device rule to which the media file to be processed belongs.
In an embodiment, it is determined whether the category to which the to-be-processed media file belongs matches a media file category corresponding to an equipment identifier in the equipment rule, and if so, the equipment identifier is written into an equipment identifier set corresponding to the to-be-processed media file.
Step 606, scanning the blacklist, and if the preset blacklist includes the identifier of the media file to be processed, deleting the device identifier corresponding to the identifier of the media file to be processed in the blacklist from the device identifier set.
FIG. 8 is a block diagram of a blacklist according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the black list includes the identifier of the media file that can not be played and the device identifier corresponding to the media file, for example, the media file with the media file identifier 1 and the device identifier 3 corresponding to the media file are added to the black list, i.e., are blacked out. Referring to the description of step 202, if the device identifier set corresponding to the media file with the media file identifier 1 obtained in step 605 is {1, 2, 3}, since the device identifier 3 is darkened, the device identifier 3 is deleted from the device identifier set, that is, updated to {1, 2 }.
Step 607, scanning the copyright authority checking information, and if the state of the device identifier corresponding to the media file to be processed in the preset copyright authority checking information is that the checking is not passed, deleting the device identifier corresponding to the media file to be processed in the copyright authority checking information from the device identifier set.
The copyright authority auditing information indicates whether the equipment identification corresponding to each media file passes the auditing of each copyright authority. Fig. 9 is a diagram illustrating a copyright owner's audit information list according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 9, if the checking result of the media file with the media file identifier 1 by the copyright owner with the identifier 1 is failed when the device identifier is 2, that is, the checking result of the "future tv" by the copyright owner for the "super-military" playing the movie on the tv TCL is failed, the device identifier 2 is deleted from the device identifier set obtained in step 606, that is, the device identifier set corresponding to the media file with the media file identifier 1 is further updated to {1 }.
After step 607 is executed, it is determined whether the device identifier set corresponding to the to-be-processed media file is empty. If the device identifier set corresponding to the media file to be processed is empty, the media file to be processed is considered to be non-exposable and will not be processed any more. Otherwise, step 608 is performed.
