Abstract
本发明公开了一种路灯上结构优化的光伏板,包括路灯的立柱,立柱的顶端固定有安装板,安装板上固定有斜置的光伏板,光伏板的上侧设有涡壳,涡壳的出风口分布在光伏板的上侧边,涡壳的一侧壁上成型有进风口,涡壳固定在支架上,支架包括固定在涡壳进风口处的辐条,辐条或涡壳另一侧壁固定在竖直的支杆上,支杆固定横梁上,横梁上固定有斜置的支撑杆,支撑杆固定在固定套上,固定套插套固定在立柱上;所述的涡壳内插设有叶轮,叶轮固定在转轴上,转轴的两端铰接在支杆上,转轴的一端伸出支杆固定有扇叶。它能利用风力对架设于路灯顶部的光伏板进行自动清洁,从而可以大大节省人力和财力去清洁路灯上的光伏板。

技术领域:
本发明涉及太阳能电池板的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种路灯上结构优化的光伏板。
背景技术:
随着环境的恶化和人类环保意识的深入,光伏发电作为主要绿色能源之一,越来越多的得以应用。如道路上的一些路灯,其在路灯顶部安装光伏板,利用白天光伏板发电为路灯提供电能;而目前路灯上的光伏板一般架设于高度,但灰尘杂质仍容易落实在光伏板上,积聚的灰尘杂质容易造成光伏板局部阴影,从而导致光伏板局部产生热斑效应,从而仍然需要定期清洁路灯上的光伏板,但此清理工作难度较大,清洁效率低。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供了一种路灯上结构优化的光伏板,其能利用风力对架设于路灯顶部的光伏板进行自动清洁。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种路灯上结构优化的光伏板,包括路灯的立柱,立柱的顶端固定有安装板,安装板上固定有斜置的光伏板,光伏板的上侧设有涡壳,涡壳的出风口分布在光伏板的上侧边,涡壳的一侧壁上成型有进风口,涡壳固定在支架上,支架的数量为两个,两个支架分别位于涡壳的两端,支架包括固定在涡壳进风口处的辐条,辐条或涡壳另一侧壁固定在竖直的支杆上,支杆固定横梁上,横梁上固定有斜置的支撑杆,支撑杆固定在固定套上,固定套插套固定在立柱上;所述的涡壳内插设有叶轮,叶轮固定在转轴上,转轴的两端铰接在支杆上,转轴背离涡壳进风口的一端伸出支杆固定有扇叶。
所述的扇叶上的叶片采用风力发电机的风叶,涡壳上的出风口的长度不小于光伏板上侧边的长度。
所述支架的横梁上固定有若干支柱,支柱固定在涡壳的下表面上。
所述支架的支撑杆上固定有加强杆,加强杆固定在安装板上。
所述固定套的两侧的成型有切槽,支撑杆固定在固定套上切槽所成型的平面上。
所述支架上的辐条分布在涡壳进风口处的外壁,涡壳进风口处的内壁上固定有网罩。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它能利用风力对架设于路灯顶部的光伏板进行自动清洁,从而可以大大节省人力和财力去清洁路灯上的光伏板。

实施例:见图1至4所示,一种路灯上结构优化的光伏板,包括路灯的立柱1,立柱1的顶端固定有安装板2,安装板2上固定有斜置的光伏板3,光伏板3的上侧设有涡壳4,涡壳4的出风口分布在光伏板3的上侧边,涡壳4的一侧壁上成型有进风口,涡壳4固定在支架5上,支架的数量为两个,两个支架分别位于涡壳的两端,支架5包括固定在涡壳4进风口处的辐条52,辐条52或涡壳4另一侧壁固定在竖直的支杆51上,支杆51固定横梁53上,
横梁53上固定有斜置的支撑杆54,支撑杆54固定在固定套6上,固定套6插套固定在立柱1上;所述的涡壳4内插设有叶轮9,叶轮9固定在转轴7上,转轴7的两端铰接在支杆51上,转轴7背离涡壳4进风口的一端伸出支杆51固定有扇叶8。
所述的扇叶8上的叶片采用风力发电机的风叶,涡壳4上的出风口的长度不小于光伏板3上侧边的长度。
所述支架5的横梁53上固定有若干支柱56,支柱56固定在涡壳4的下表面上。
所述支架5的支撑杆54上固定有加强杆55,加强杆55固定在安装板2上。
所述固定套6的两侧的成型有切槽,支撑杆54固定在固定套6上切槽所成型的平面上。
所述支架5上的辐条52分布在涡壳4进风口处的外壁,涡壳4进风口处的内壁上固定有网罩。
工作原理:本发明为路灯,主要为应用光伏板的路灯,应为光伏板架设在路灯的高处,清洁不便,从而提出了涡轮风机和风力发电机的扇叶8相结合的结构来利用风力自动清洁光伏板3,通过风力经过扇叶8实现转轴7转动,转轴7带动叶轮9转动,从而涡壳4出风吹走光伏板3表面的灰尘杂质。

1.一种路灯上结构优化的光伏板,包括路灯的立柱(1),立柱(1)的顶端固定有安装板(2),安装板(2)上固定有斜置的光伏板(3),其特征在于:光伏板(3)的上侧设有涡壳(4),涡壳(4)的出风口分布在光伏板(3)的上侧边,涡壳(4)的一侧壁上成型有进风口,涡壳(4)固定在支架(5)上,支架的数量为两个,两个支架分别位于涡壳的两端,支架(5)包括固定在涡壳(4)进风口处的辐条(52),辐条(52)或涡壳(4)另一侧壁固定在竖直的支杆(51)上,支杆(51)固定横梁(53)上,横梁(53)上固定有斜置的支撑杆(54),支撑杆(54)固定在固定套(6)上,固定套(6)插套固定在立柱(1)上;所述的涡壳(4)内插设有叶轮(9),叶轮(9)固定在转轴(7)上,转轴(7)的两端铰接在支杆(51)上,转轴(7)背离涡壳(4)进风口的一端伸出支杆(51)固定有扇叶(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种路灯上结构优化的光伏板,其特征在于:所述的扇叶(8)上的叶片采用风力发电机的风叶,涡壳(4)上的出风口的长度不小于光伏板(3)上侧边的长度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种路灯上结构优化的光伏板,其特征在于:所述支架(5)的横梁(53)上固定有若干支柱(56),支柱(56)固定在涡壳(4)的下表面上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种路灯上结构优化的光伏板,其特征在于:所述支架(5)的支撑杆(54)上固定有加强杆(55),加强杆(55)固定在安装板(2)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种路灯上结构优化的光伏板,其特征在于:所述固定套(6)的两侧的成型有切槽,支撑杆(54)固定在固定套(6)上切槽所成型的平面上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种路灯上结构优化的光伏板,其特征在于:所述支架(5)上的辐条(52)分布在涡壳(4)进风口处的外壁,涡壳(4)进风口处的内壁上固定有网罩。
