In order to make the aforementioned and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, preferred embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the motor of the present invention includes a base 1, a stator 2 and a rotor 3. The base 1 may be combined with the stator 2, and the rotor 3 may be rotatably combined with the base 1.
The base 1 is provided with a shaft coupling portion 11, and the shaft coupling portion 11 may have various structures to which the rotor 3 can be rotatably coupled. In this embodiment, the coupling portion 11 is a hollow shaft tube, and an inner assembly of the shaft tube can be disposed inside the hollow shaft tube, and the inner assembly of the shaft tube can include at least one bearing for rotatably coupling the rotor 3, such as: the bearing can be a ball bearing or an oil bearing, etc.; alternatively, the axle tube interior assembly may include such components as dust, oil or wear plates, as those skilled in the art will appreciate, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
The base 1 is provided with at least one light emitting element 12 around the shaft connecting portion 11, and the at least one light emitting element 12 has a light projecting portion 121. Wherein the at least one light-emitting element 12 can be directly disposed on a surface of the base 1 and is externally connected to a control circuit; alternatively, the at least one light emitting device 12 may be disposed on a surface of a member (such as a circuit board or a substrate) and then disposed on the base 1 indirectly. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the at least one light emitting device 12 is a plurality of light emitting diodes disposed on a surface of a circuit board, and the circuit board is coupled to a surface of the base 1 for controlling the light emitting device 12 to project light.
The stator 2 is combined with the base 1; the stator 2 and the base 1 can be combined by selecting a combination mode of combining the stator 2 with one surface of the base 1 or the outer peripheral wall of the shaft connecting part 11 of the base 1. The stator 2 is designed into various structures capable of driving the rotor 3 to rotate; in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the stator 2 is sleeved on and combined with the outer peripheral wall of the axial connection portion 11, and the stator 2 includes a plurality of silicon steel sheets (or a single silicon steel sheet) and a coil assembly, the plurality of silicon steel sheets are stacked and combined with each other, and the coil assembly is wound and combined with the plurality of silicon steel sheets stacked and combined with each other.
The rotor 3 includes a hub 31 and a permanent magnet 32, and the hub 31 may be a cap made of non-transparent material. The hub 31 has a central shaft 311, the central shaft 311 is rotatably coupled to the coupling portion 11, the permanent magnet 32 is coupled to the hub 31, and the permanent magnet 32 is opposite to the stator 2 to form an air gap. With this structure, when a current is input to the stator 2, the stator 2 can generate an alternating magnetic field through the air gap between the permanent magnet 32 to drive the rotor 3 to rotate.
In addition, the hub 31 of the rotor 3 is provided with a hollow part 312, the hollow part 312 has a rotation path during the rotation of the rotor 3, and the light projection part 121 of the light emitting element 12 is aligned with the rotation path of the hollow part 312. Therefore, the arrangement of the hollow parts 312 according to the present invention is based on the principle that the light projecting parts 121 can be aligned, and the present invention does not limit the number and shape of the hollow parts 312.
For example, referring to fig. 2, the hub 31 of the rotor 3 includes a base plate portion 31a and a ring wall portion 31b, the ring wall portion 31b is combined with the periphery of the base plate portion 31a, and the base plate portion 31a and the ring wall portion 31b are preferably integrally injection molded to form the hub 31. Wherein the annular wall portion 31b extends from the periphery of the base plate portion 31a toward the base 1, so that the hub 31 can assume a shape similar to a cap; in addition, the hollow portion 312 includes a ring groove 312a and a plurality of through holes 312b, the ring groove 312a and the plurality of through holes 312b are respectively formed on the substrate portion 31a and the ring wall portion 31b, the plurality of through holes 312b are connected to the ring groove 312a and penetrate through to the bottom end of the ring wall portion 31b (i.e., the end of the ring wall portion 31b facing the base 1 in the figure), and the light projecting portion 121 of the light emitting device 12 is aligned with the rotation path of the ring groove 312a and the plurality of through holes 312 b. Alternatively, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the through hole 312 is a plurality of through holes 312b, two opposite ends of the plurality of through holes 312b respectively penetrate through the substrate portion 31a and the bottom end of the annular wall portion 31b, and the light projecting portion 121 of the light emitting device 12 can also align with the rotation path of the plurality of through holes 312 b.
Preferably, the hollow part 312 of the rotor 3 may be provided with a light guide 33, the shape of the light guide 33 may correspond to the shape of the hollow part 312 to improve the assembly tightness, and the light source projected by the light projecting part 121 of the light emitting element 12 may be projected from the hollow part 312 indirectly through the light guide 33, so as to avoid the light source projected by the light emitting element 12 being too dazzling due to direct projection; alternatively, the light guide members 33 with different colors can be used to generate light sources with different colors. Therefore, the motor of the present invention can utilize the light guide 33 to generate decoration effects like halos or different colors of light sources, such as: the light guide 33 may be made of acrylic, Polycarbonate (PC) or optical fiber with different colors or transparency.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the light guide 33 has a ring portion 331, and one side of the ring portion 331 is connected to a plurality of pillars 332, so that the ring portion 331 of the light guide 33 can be combined with the ring groove 312a, and the pillars 332 can be combined with the through holes 312 b; alternatively, as shown in the embodiment of fig. 4, the light guide 33 is a plurality of pillars 332, and the pillars 332 can be respectively combined with the through holes 312 b. The light guide 33 and the hollow portion 312 of the rotor 3 can be bonded, engaged, tightly fitted or locked, and the invention is not limited thereto, and the plurality of posts 332 preferably do not protrude from the bottom end of the annular wall portion 31 b. By the design of the pillars 332, it is advantageous to select the pillars 332 with different colors, such as: the plurality of columns 332 can be selected with at least two colors to generate different colors of light sources; referring to fig. 3, in the axial direction of the central axis 311, the plurality of columns 332 of the light guide 33 have an axial height H, an axial distance D is provided between one end of the plurality of columns 332 adjacent to the base 1 and the light projecting portion 121 of the light emitting element 12, the axial height H is greater than the axial distance D, and preferably, the axial height H is 3 to 20 times the axial distance D; with this structure, since one end of the plurality of posts 332 is adjacent to the light projecting portion 121 of the light emitting device 12, and the other end thereof can axially extend a predetermined distance (i.e. the axial height H) toward the substrate portion 31a of the hub 31, the light generated by the light projecting portion 121 of the light emitting device 12 can be projected from the substrate portion 31a of the hub 31 through the light guiding function of the light guiding member 33.
The motor of the present invention can be applied to a heat dissipation fan, wherein the hub 31 is provided with a hollow part 312 having a specific shape (for example, a ring shape, a polygonal shape, a circular shape, an oval shape, or a pattern formed by a plurality of block shapes, etc.), so that when the rotor 3 rotates, the light generated by the light projecting part 121 of the light emitting element 12 can be concentrated to penetrate the hub 31 through the hollow part 312, so as to generate a specific light pattern through the hollow part 312, and when a user directly views the hub 31 in rotation, the light pattern can be used to provide functions such as identification and decoration.
In summary, the motor of the present invention can be used to concentrate light to generate a specific light pattern, so as to achieve the objectives of improving the recognition effect and the decoration effect.
Although the present invention has been disclosed in the foregoing preferred embodiments, it should be understood that they are not intended to limit the invention, but rather, various changes and modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
