The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for encrypting a photo.
Background
With the intelligentization of mobile phones, various functions of mobile phones, such as camera functions of mobile phones, are gradually improved, so that more and more users like taking pictures with mobile phones (including taking pictures for themselves and taking pictures for others).
In the prior art, when a user takes a picture by using a camera function of a mobile phone, the mobile phone may automatically store the picture taken by the user in a gallery (e.g., an album application of the mobile phone) to complete taking of the picture. In some specific application scenarios, for example, when a user takes a photo related to his/her communication object (the photo may relate to the user's communication information), if the user needs to protect his/her communication information, the user may encrypt the photo to ensure that the user's communication information is not leaked through the photo. Specifically, after the photos are taken, the user can manually select the photos to be encrypted from the photos stored in the gallery for encryption.
However, in the above method for encrypting photos, after the photos are taken, the user manually selects the photos to be encrypted from the photos stored in the gallery (for example, if the photos include facial images of a certain user, the user may be referred to as an encrypted user) for encryption, so that the efficiency of encrypting the photos is low; and during the period from the completion of the user shooting to the encryption, the photo still may reveal the communication information of the user.

the encryption unit is used for encrypting the first photo by adopting the encryption mode acquired by the acquisition unit;
and the storage unit is used for storing the first photo encrypted by the encryption unit into a preset gallery.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for encrypting a photo, wherein the encryption method comprises the following steps: acquiring first facial feature information of a user, wherein the first facial feature information is acquired in a preview and view process of a first photo taken by the user; if the matching degree of the first face feature information and the second face feature information is larger than or equal to a preset threshold value, acquiring a preset encryption mode corresponding to the second face feature information, wherein the second face feature information is the face feature information of an encrypted user acquired in advance; encrypting the first photo by adopting an encryption mode; and storing the encrypted first photo in a preset gallery.
Based on the foregoing technical solution, in the method for encrypting a photo provided in the embodiment of the present invention, on one hand, when the first facial feature information of a user is obtained in a preview view process of taking a first photo by the user, and when a matching degree between the first facial feature information and second facial feature information of an encrypted user obtained in advance is greater than or equal to a preset threshold (it can be considered that the first facial feature information and the second facial feature information are facial feature information of the same user), the first photo is automatically encrypted by using an encryption method corresponding to the second facial feature information, that is, the embodiment of the present invention can automatically encrypt the taken photo according to the corresponding encryption method in a photo taking process, so that the encryption efficiency of the photo can be improved. On the other hand, the embodiment of the invention encrypts the shot first photo and then stores the encrypted first photo in the preset gallery, namely the first photo stored in the gallery is encrypted, so that the probability of the user information leakage of the photo can be greatly reduced. The method and the device for encrypting the photo, provided by the embodiment of the invention, can be applied to scenes needing to protect user information.
In a possible application scenario, when a user performs social contact, if the user needs to protect own social information, for example, the user does not want other users to see a photo related to an own social object, which is taken by the user using a mobile phone of the user, the encryption method for the photo provided by the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to encrypt the taken photo in the process of taking the photo, so as to prevent other users from seeing the photo. Therefore, the encryption efficiency of the photos can be improved, and the probability of user information leakage of the photos can be greatly reduced. Such application scenarios are typically application scenarios that a user needs to protect his personal information (e.g., the user's personal privacy, etc.).
In another possible application scenario, when the user extracts the evidence, if the evidence that the user needs to extract is inconvenient to extract, for example, an opposite side that the user needs to take a picture does not let the user take a picture, in such a scenario, the picture encryption method provided by the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to encrypt the taken picture in the process of taking the picture, so as to avoid the opposite side from seeing the picture. Therefore, the encryption efficiency of the photos can be improved, and the probability of user information leakage of the photos can be greatly reduced. Among them, such application scenarios are generally application scenarios in which a user needs to protect his personal information (e.g., user's shooting information, etc.) and public interests.
The application scenarios of the method and the device for encrypting the photo provided by the embodiment of the invention include, but are not limited to, the two application scenarios listed above. The embodiments of the present invention are not listed for other possible application scenarios.
The embodiment of the invention provides a photo encryption method and device which are mainly applied to electronic equipment with a camera function. Preferably, the method can be applied to a smart phone with a camera function. The encryption method of the photo can be realized by an encryption device of the photo, that is, an execution subject of the encryption method of the photo provided by the embodiment of the invention is the encryption device of the photo. Taking the photo encryption method and device provided by the embodiment of the invention as an example of being applied to a smart phone, in terms of software implementation, the photo encryption device can be a camera application of the smart phone, and can also be a unit/module and the like composed of codes for realizing corresponding functions in the camera application; in terms of hardware implementation, the encryption device of the photo can be a combination of a camera and a processor of the smart phone, and can also be a camera of the smart phone and a chip integrated with corresponding functions. The specific implementation manner may also be adaptively changed by each manufacturer according to the use requirement, and the present invention is not limited.
In the following method embodiments, in order to more clearly describe the encryption method for photos provided by the embodiments of the present invention, the execution subject of the encryption method is exemplarily illustrated by taking a smart phone as an example. However, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the encryption method may be implemented not only by a smart phone, but also by other electronic devices or chips and/or components and the like integrated with corresponding functions in the devices.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an encryption method for a photo, where the encryption method may include:
s101, the smart phone acquires first facial feature information of a user, wherein the first facial feature information is acquired in a preview view process of a first photo taken by the user.
In the embodiment of the invention, the process of taking the picture by the smart phone can comprise a preview view process before shooting, a shooting action during shooting and a storage process after shooting. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the smart phone may not be considered to have completed taking the picture (or may be understood to have completed taking the picture) until the smart phone completes the process of taking the picture.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, when a user opens a camera application on a smartphone during a process of taking a picture using the smartphone, the smartphone first presents the user with a preview view window, that is, a window that is usually viewed by the user during focusing.
Because the image captured by the camera in the preview view finding window is the real facial image of the user, the embodiment of the invention can acquire the facial feature information of the user to be photographed, namely the first facial feature information, in the preview view finding process. Therefore, the recognition accuracy of the facial features of the user can be improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first facial feature information of the user is obtained in a preview view process when the user takes the first picture. The first picture is a current shot picture; the preview view process is a preview view process of the currently taken picture.
Optionally, the first facial feature information may be geometric feature information of a face of the user, or other facial features that can be extracted from the facial image of the user, such as algebraic feature information of the face of the user, and the present invention is not limited specifically. The method for acquiring the first facial feature information of the user by the smart phone in S101 will be described in detail in the following embodiments, and will not be described herein again.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the shooting action is performed on the user, when the shot first picture is generated, the smart phone may store the first facial feature information acquired in the preview view process of the user shooting the first picture in the attribute of the first picture. Wherein the attribute of the first photo may be exchangeable image file (exif) information of the first photo. The exif information of the first picture may further include shooting information of the first picture, such as at least one of shooting time, shooting location, camera model, exposure time, and the like.
And S102, if the matching degree of the first face feature information and the second face feature information is larger than or equal to a preset threshold value, the smart phone acquires a preset encryption mode corresponding to the second face feature information, and the second face feature information is the face feature information of the encrypted user acquired in advance.
The second facial feature information is the facial feature information of the encrypted user, which is acquired and stored in advance by the smart phone. In the embodiment of the invention, the encrypted user refers to a user needing to encrypt the photo. For example, if a photo of a certain user needs to be encrypted, the user is an encrypted user.
In practical applications, since the facial feature information of the user may slightly change due to different external environments where the user is located and/or different facial gestures of the user, and the like, when the user is located in different external environments and/or has different facial gestures, some slight differences may exist between the facial feature information of the user acquired by the smartphone. That is, even if the first facial feature information and the second facial feature information are facial feature information of the same user, there may still be some slight differences between them.
In the embodiment of the invention, the user can set the object needing to encrypt the photo in the smart phone according to the requirement of the user in advance, namely, the encrypted user, and the facial feature information of the encrypted user is stored in advance. The encryption user can be the user himself, namely the user sets that the photos related to the user need to be encrypted; the encryption user can also set other users, namely the user needs to encrypt the photos related to other users.
Further, the user needs to set an encryption method for encrypting the photo related to the encrypted user, for example, the encryption method may be a method of adding a password or hiding the photo. In the mode of adding the password, the added password can be set by the user according to the actual use requirement of the user, and the invention is not particularly limited; in the hiding mode, a user can set a storage path or a position of a photo to be hidden according to the actual use requirement of the user (namely, only the user knows that the photo to be encrypted is stored under the storage path or in the position).
It should be noted that, the user may set the same encryption mode for all the encryption users; different encryption modes can be set for all encryption users; the same encryption mode may also be set for partially encrypted users, and the present invention is not particularly limited.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the smart phone takes a picture, for example, a first picture, of a certain user, the smart phone needs to determine whether the first picture needs to be encrypted. One possible implementation manner is that the smartphone may determine whether to encrypt the first photo by matching and comparing first facial feature information acquired in a process of taking the first photo (specifically, a preview process) with a plurality of pieces of facial feature information that are stored in advance (the plurality of pieces of facial feature information are facial feature information of a plurality of encrypted users, and photos of the plurality of encrypted users need to be encrypted). For example, if the first facial feature information and the second facial feature information in the plurality of facial feature information are successfully matched and compared (that is, the first facial feature information and the second facial feature information are facial feature information of the same user, for example, both facial feature information of a certain user), the smart phone may automatically obtain a preset encryption mode corresponding to the second facial feature information, and encrypt the first photo by using the encryption mode.
The algorithm for matching and comparing the first facial feature information with the pre-stored facial feature information by the smart phone may be implemented by some algorithms in the existing face recognition technology, for example, an Elastic Bundle Graph Matching (EBGM) algorithm in the existing face recognition technology. The EBGM algorithm first performs principal component analysis on each piece of facial feature information, extracts a plurality of maximum difference feature vectors in the pieces of facial feature information, where the maximum difference feature vectors may form an elastic structure diagram corresponding to the facial feature information, and then performs wavelet transform using a topological structure analysis algorithm, for example, using a Gabor filter, to obtain a matching degree between the topological structures, where the matching degree is a matching degree between the pieces of facial feature information. Specifically, each manufacturer can design some other algorithms similar to the EBGM algorithm according to its own use requirements, and the present invention is not limited.
For example, the smart phone may determine which of the plurality of facial feature information and the first facial feature information is facial feature information of the same user by calculating a matching degree between the first facial feature information and each of the plurality of facial feature information, for example, the smart phone may determine that a second facial feature information of the plurality of facial feature information and the first facial feature information is facial feature information of the same user, so that the smart phone may first determine that the first photo needs to be encrypted and needs to encrypt the first photo in an encryption manner corresponding to the second facial feature information.
It can be understood that, if the smartphone does not determine that any one of the facial feature information and the first facial feature information is the facial feature information of the same user in the plurality of facial feature information, the smartphone may determine that the first photo does not need to be encrypted. Therefore, the smart phone directly stores the first photo taken by the user in the preset gallery.
In practical applications, in order to ensure the recognition probability of the facial features of the human, the preset threshold may be set to 70%. That is, as long as the matching degree between the first facial feature information and one of the plurality of facial feature information, for example, the second facial feature information is greater than or equal to 70%, the first facial feature information and the second facial feature information may be regarded as facial feature information of the same user. Since the second facial feature information is the facial feature information of the encrypted user (specifically, the user), the smartphone can determine that the first photograph needs to be encrypted.
S103, the smart phone encrypts the first photo in an encryption mode.
The encryption method corresponds to the encryption method set by the user in S102 for encrypting the photo related to the encrypted user. Specifically, for the description of the encryption manner, reference may be made to the above description of the encryption manner set by the user in S102, and details are not described here again.
S104, the smart phone stores the encrypted first photo in a preset gallery.
Compared with the prior art that the picture is stored in the gallery and then is manually encrypted by the user, the picture still possibly reveals the communication information of the user in the period from the completion of shooting to the time before encryption, the embodiment of the invention automatically encrypts the picture needing to be encrypted in the process of shooting the picture, so that the probability of revealing the user information by the picture can be reduced.
For example, if the encryption mode is a mode of adding a password, the user needs to input a corresponding password to view the first photo after the first photo is stored in a preset gallery (that is, the first photo is stored in a fixed path or position, which may be, for example, an album application); if the encryption mode is a hidden mode, after the first photo is stored in a preset gallery (that is, the photo is stored in a hidden path or location, for example, a hidden folder), the user needs to view the first photo according to the hidden path or location, wherein in practical application, the hidden path or location also needs to be set by the user in advance to cancel the hiding.
The preset gallery can be understood as any place capable of storing files in the smart phone, and the invention is not limited. For example, the preset gallery may be an album application in a smart phone, or a hidden folder.
The embodiment of the invention provides a photo encryption method, which comprises the following steps: acquiring first facial feature information of a user, wherein the first facial feature information is acquired in a preview and view process of a first photo taken by the user; if the matching degree of the first face feature information and the second face feature information is larger than or equal to a preset threshold value, acquiring a preset encryption mode corresponding to the second face feature information, wherein the second face feature information is the face feature information of an encrypted user acquired in advance; encrypting the first photo by adopting an encryption mode; and storing the encrypted first photo in a preset gallery.
Therefore, the photo encryption method provided by the embodiment of the invention can improve the photo encryption efficiency and greatly reduce the probability of user information leakage of the photo.
Example two
Based on the method for encrypting the photo described in the first embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention further provides the following method for encrypting the photo.
Optionally, in the method for encrypting a photo provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the smartphone continuously acquires n frames of facial images of the user during a preview view process of a first photo taken by the user, where the first facial feature information includes a first facial feature code and at least one first correction value, and n is an integer greater than or equal to 2. With reference to fig. 1, as shown in fig. 2, the S101 may specifically include:
s101a, the smart phone collects a first face image in the n frames of face images, wherein the first face image comprises a first face feature code.
S101b, the smart phone acquires the first face feature code according to the first frame face image and stores the first face feature code in the first face feature information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if a user a needs to take a picture of a certain user (the user may be the user a itself or another user), when the user a opens a camera of the smartphone and aligns the camera with the user, the smartphone first displays a preview view window, and the user a can see the user in the preview view window. In the embodiment of the invention, when the user A focuses on the user in the preview viewing window, the smart phone can continuously acquire n frames of face images of the user. And each frame face image comprises the facial feature information of the user at the moment of collecting the frame face image. There may be some slight differences between the facial feature information included in each frame of the facial image due to changes in the user's facial pose, etc., in real time. The definition "a" of the user a is only provided for distinguishing from the user who takes the picture, and actually, in the embodiment of the present invention, the user a may be any user, which does not form any limitation on the present invention.
Specifically, when the smartphone acquires the first frame image, the smartphone may acquire the first face feature code included in the first frame image by recognizing, analyzing, processing, and the like the first frame image. The algorithm for obtaining the facial feature code of the person through the face image of the person may adopt an algorithm for extracting the facial features of the person through the face image in the existing face recognition technology, and specific implementation of the algorithm for extracting the facial features of the person through the face image in the existing face recognition technology may be specifically referred to, and details are not repeated here.
S101c, the smart phone collects an ith frame face image in n frame face images, the ith frame face image comprises an ith face feature code, i is more than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to n, and i is an integer.
S101d, the smart phone obtains the difference value between the ith facial feature code and the stored first facial feature information to obtain a first correction value, and stores the first correction value into the first facial feature information.
When the smartphone acquires the second frame image, the smartphone may acquire the second face feature code included in the second frame image by recognizing, analyzing, processing, and the like the second frame image. In the embodiment of the present invention, the smart phone may compare the second face feature code with the first face feature code already stored in the first face feature information to obtain a difference value between the second face feature code and the first face feature code, that is, a first correction value, and store the first correction value in the first face feature information.
And by analogy, the smart phone circularly executes the above processes, that is, the smart phone continues to acquire the third frame of facial image, the fourth frame of facial image and the like until the smart phone is triggered by the user to execute a photographing action, for example, the smart phone acquires n frames of facial images of the user. Every time the smartphone collects a frame of face image, the smartphone acquires a corresponding face feature code from the face image, compares the face feature code with first face feature information (including the acquired and stored first face feature code and a first correction value), obtains a difference value between the face feature code and the stored first face feature information, obtains another first correction value, and then stores the first correction value into the first face feature information. In this way, after n frames of facial images of the user are continuously collected, the first facial feature information acquired by the smartphone includes the first facial feature code and at least one first correction value, and the result presented by the first facial feature code and the at least one first correction value may also be understood as the facial feature code after the first facial feature code is corrected.
Of course, if the smartphone collects a certain frame of face image, and there is no difference (i.e., the facial feature codes included in the frame of face image obtained by the smartphone and the first face feature information already stored by the smartphone before the frame are completely the same), the smartphone may directly discard the facial feature codes included in the frame of face image.
In S101d, the difference between the ith facial feature code and the already stored first facial feature information may be specifically understood as: a difference value between the ith facial feature code and the first correction value that have been saved to the first facial feature information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the difference between the ith facial feature code and the first facial feature information that has been stored may be implemented by some commonly used algorithms, for example, by a commonly used Principal Component Analysis (PCA) algorithm. The PCA algorithm extracts principal component elements which cause main difference of two groups of facial feature information from a series of elements in the two groups of facial feature information, such as skin color and intervals between features, after the extraction process, originally huge facial feature information can be converted into calculation of a small number of elements, then the elements are subjected to variance calculation, and the calculation result is the difference between the two groups of facial feature information. Specifically, each manufacturer may design some other algorithms similar to the PCA algorithm according to its own usage requirements, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Since the n frame face images of the user are continuously captured during the preview view, in the embodiment of the present invention, the n-1 frame face images except the first frame face image in the n frame face images are executed according to the methods shown in S101c and S101 d. Since n frame face images are continuously acquired and i in the above S101c and S101d takes a value of 2 ≦ i ≦ n, it can be understood that the above S101c and S101d are method steps executed in a loop.
It should be noted that the encryption method for photos provided by the embodiment of the present invention is executed in a case that a facial image of a person is recognized in a preview view window during a preview view process by a camera of a smart phone; if the face image of the person is not recognized in the preview view finding window, the smart phone does not execute the encryption method of the photo provided by the embodiment of the invention, but executes the process of taking the photo in the prior art.
According to the method for encrypting the photo, the first face feature information, namely the first face feature code and the at least one first correction value, is obtained from n frames of face images of the continuous user, and the face features of the user are identified by the first face feature code and the at least one first correction value.
Optionally, with reference to fig. 1, as shown in fig. 3, before S101, the method for encrypting a photo according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include:
and S105, in the process of previewing and viewing the second picture taken by the user for the first time, the smart phone acquires second face feature information.
The method for acquiring the second face characteristic information is the same as the method for acquiring the first face characteristic information.
