10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the display unit comprises:
an example display dialog box configured to provide a dialog box for a composition example of the background art; and
a search display dialog box configured to provide a keyword search dialog box of the background art; wherein,
the dialog box of the background art composition example includes:
a hint of "state of the art"; and/or (c) and/or,
a hint of "technical problem encountered in the prior art"; and/or (c) and/or,
a hint of the prior art in the process of solving the technical problem;
the keyword search dialog box for providing the background art includes:
screening and searching keywords according to the input keywords of the background technology;
searching the matched and existing background technology of the existing patent in the preset database according to the search keyword;
displaying one or more of the prior art patents in the dialog box.
