The invention relates to a networked safety metering monitoring system of a gas station, which comprises an oil unloading safety monitoring system of an oil tank truck and an oil storage safety monitoring system of a ground tank; the ground tank oil storage safety monitoring system comprises a controller, wherein the controller is connected with a magnetostrictive liquid level meter, a piezoresistive liquid level meter, an oil temperature sensor and an oil-water sensor which are arranged in the ground tank; the oil unloading safety monitoring system of the oil transporting tank truck comprises an antistatic protector, a card reader, an audible and visual alarm and an electric oil output control ball valve of the ground tank, wherein the antistatic protector, the card reader, the audible and visual alarm and the electric oil output control ball valve are connected with a controller. The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the invention can realize the safety monitoring of the oil transporting tank truck in the oil unloading process of the gas station, can realize the automatic metering and handover of the ground tank of the oil quantity of the tank truck after oil unloading, can realize the all-weather dynamic monitoring of the oil quantity in the ground tank of the gas station, and is beneficial to improving the safety supervision and the digital quality assurance of the gas station.

At present, the gas station is an important social facility for fueling vehicles and is distributed in all directions according to a plan. The conventional oil quantity handing-over and checking between an oil transporting driver and a gas station adopts a staff gauge measuring method, namely a metering staff of the gas station climbs to an upper cover of a tank car, measures the oil level by adopting a standard liquid level measuring staff, then compares the measured oil level with a liquid level/volume meter of the tank car, and only needs to be qualified in an error range, so that taking over and discharging oil is allowed. The controller is externally provided with a box shell, the box shell is arranged indoors or outdoors at a gas station, the audible-visual annunciator is arranged above the box shell, and an ambient temperature sensor connected with the controller is arranged outdoors at the gas station.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
as shown in FIG. 1, the networked safety metering monitoring system for the gas station mainly comprises an oil unloading safety monitoring system for the oil tank truck and an oil storage safety monitoring system for the ground tank, and improves the safety of the gas station in the oil unloading and oil storage processes. As shown in FIG. 2, the networked safety measurement monitoring system for the gas station comprises a magnetostrictive liquid level meter 1 arranged on a flange cover in a manhole of a ground tank, wherein the magnetostrictive liquid level meter 1 can measure the actual physical liquid level value of oil products in the ground tank, and a programmable control 10 can automatically calculate the volume values of the ground tank when different liquid levels are different according to a liquid level/volume comparison table of the ground tank. The device comprises a piezoresistive liquid level meter 2 arranged on a flange cover 17 in a manhole of the earth tank, and a programmable control 10 automatically calculates the density value of the oil product in the earth tank according to the liquid level value. The system comprises a temperature sensor 4 arranged in a ground tank, wherein the temperature of oil products measured by the temperature sensor 4 is automatically calculated by a programmable control 10 according to a temperature/volume comparison table of the oil products of the ground tank, and the volume values of the oil products of the ground tank at different temperatures are calculated. The device comprises an oil-water sensor 3 arranged in a ground tank, and a programmable control 9 automatically judges whether oil products in the ground tank contain water or not according to alarm signals of the sensor.
As shown in fig. 2, the networked safety metering monitoring system for the gas station comprises an anti-theft switch 5 arranged below a manhole upper cover plate 16 of a ground tank, wherein the anti-theft switch 5 is closed when the cover plate is opened under the condition that no authorization exists, and a programmable controller 10 drives an audible and visual alarm 11 to act according to the signal and records the alarm time.
As shown in fig. 1, the networked safety metering monitoring system for the gas station comprises an ambient temperature sensor 12 arranged outside the gas station, wherein the ambient temperature sensor 12 sends an ambient temperature signal to a programmable controller 10, and the programmable controller 10 can judge the correctness of the temperature change of the oil product in the ground tank according to the temperature signal.
As shown in FIG. 1, the networked safety metering monitoring system for the gas station comprises a programmable controller 10 arranged at a designated position of the gas station, wherein the programmable controller 10 is arranged in an instrument box with one surface protection level of IP65, and is in a wall-mounted structure, and the programmable controller 10 receives all signals sent from the site and realizes data arrangement, calculation, alarm, recording and the like through own programs. The programmable controller 10 is provided with a touch screen to realize man-machine conversation. The programmable controller 10 is connected with a monitoring microcomputer 13 of a gas station through a network to realize data sharing, linkage monitoring and data release.

the ground tank oil storage safety monitoring system comprises a controller, wherein the controller is connected with a magnetostrictive liquid level meter, a piezoresistive liquid level meter, an oil temperature sensor and an oil-water sensor which are arranged in the ground tank; the magnetostrictive liquid level meter can measure the real physical liquid level value of the oil product in the ground tank, and the controller automatically calculates the volume values of the ground tank when the liquid levels are different according to the liquid level/volume comparison table of the ground tank; the controller automatically calculates the density value of the oil product in the ground tank according to the liquid level value of the piezoresistive liquid level meter; the oil temperature sensor can measure the temperature of the ground tank oil, and the controller automatically calculates the volume values of the ground tank oil at different temperatures according to a temperature/volume comparison table of the ground tank oil; the controller automatically judges whether the oil product in the ground tank contains water or not according to the oil-water sensor;
the oil unloading safety monitoring system of the oil transporting tank truck comprises an antistatic protector, a card reader, an audible and visual alarm and an electric oil output control ball valve of the ground tank, wherein the antistatic protector, the card reader, the audible and visual alarm and the electric oil output control ball valve of the ground tank are connected with a controller; the controller is also connected with a monitoring microcomputer, and the monitoring microcomputer is connected with a camera arranged in the oil discharge area; the controller is connected with the monitoring microcomputer through a network to realize data sharing, linkage monitoring and data release; when a driver holds a special IC card to swipe the card reader, the control box judges that the antistatic protector is reliably contacted with the tank truck, and after the information of the IC card is correct, the ground tank is closed to output an oil electric control ball valve; the ground tank oil output electric control ball valve is positioned in an oil pipeline between the ground tank and the oiling machine, and after the ground tank oil output electric control ball valve is closed, the oiling machine stops working, and the audible and visual alarm green lamp is lighted; meanwhile, the monitoring microcomputer drives the camera to photograph and preserve license plates of the tank trucks and the oil discharge site, and a driver opens an oil discharge valve to start oil discharge to the ground tank.
