Abstract
The invention relates to an integrated safety measure test junction box and a use method thereof, wherein the integrated safety measure test junction box comprises a wiring socket, a working plug and a test plug, a socket shell cavity of the wiring socket is internally provided with a current sampling metal piece, a current short circuit metal piece and a grounding metal piece, the current sampling metal piece is connected with a secondary side of a current transformer and a current wire of a relay protection device, the grounding metal piece is connected with a grounding cable of the relay protection device, and the socket shell is provided with a current sampling jack and a loop normal working jack; the working plug is inserted into a normal working jack of the loop and connected with the current sampling metal piece, and the working plug is pulled out of a secondary side loop of the current transformer and short-circuited with the current short-circuit metal piece; one end of the test plug is connected with the on-site calibrator, and the other end of the test plug is inserted into the current sampling jack. According to the invention, the automatic safety measure and isolation of the secondary circuit are realized by pulling and inserting the working plug, and the on-site calibrator is connected into the relay protection device through the test plug, so that hidden danger and safety accidents caused by manual misoperation are avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an integrated safety measure test junction box and a use method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of electric power.
Background
According to the requirement of the relay protection check operation procedure, when the relay protection device and the primary equipment are overhauled, safety anti-accident measures are required to be protected, namely, the terminal strip of the current loop is required to be short-circuited and the breaking isolation of the relay protection secondary system is required. Therefore, the wiring terminal and the loop test terminal of the secondary loop of the access transformer are convenient for safety measure maintenance work and relay protection test work on site.
Through research, the potential safety hazard exists in the prior safety measure wiring terminal strip and the special high-current test terminal in the use process: when the wiring is carried out, all terminal metal is exposed, and electric shock is easily caused to operators; the on-site current transformer is short-circuited by stirring the disconnection connecting piece, then the on-site current transformer is connected into the relay protection test calibrator for equipment verification, the steps are complicated, and the secondary current loop is opened due to manual misoperation, so that the primary transformer is damaged, and the safe and stable operation of a power grid is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide an integrated safety measure test junction box, which adopts a plug-in structure to avoid the open circuit of a secondary current loop in the use process and overcome the potential safety hazard existing in the existing junction device.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the integrated safety measure test junction box comprises a junction socket, a working plug and a test plug, wherein the junction socket comprises a socket shell, a current sampling metal piece, a current short circuit metal piece and a grounding metal piece are arranged in a cavity of the socket shell, the current sampling metal piece is used for connecting a secondary side of a current transformer and a current wire of a relay protection device, the grounding metal piece is used for connecting a grounding cable of the relay protection device, and a current sampling jack and a loop normal working jack are arranged on the socket shell; the lower part of the working plug is a plug with a wedge-shaped structure, the plug is internally provided with a conductive metal sheet, the upper part of the working plug is a safety cover, the conductive metal sheet is connected with a current sampling metal piece after the plug is inserted into a loop normal working jack on a wiring socket, and after the working plug is pulled out from the loop normal working jack, a secondary side loop of the current transformer is in short circuit with the current short circuit metal piece; one end of the test plug is used for being connected with the on-site calibrator, and the other end of the test plug is used for being inserted into a current sampling jack on the wiring socket.
The plug of the working plug is divided into five sub-plugs, and each sub-plug is insulated from each other.
The current sampling metal piece and the grounding metal piece are both high-elasticity copper metal pieces.
The safety cover of the working plug is provided with a handheld part.
The socket shell of the wiring socket is provided with guide grooves at two sides of the normal working jack of the loop, and guide blocks matched with the guide grooves are arranged at two sides of the plug of the working plug.
The socket shell of the wiring socket is provided with a clamping groove, and the safety cover of the working plug is provided with a clamping block matched with the clamping groove.
The invention also provides a using method of the junction box with the structure, which comprises the following steps: firstly, a relay protection device and a secondary side current wire of a current transformer are respectively connected with a current sampling metal piece in a wiring socket, and a grounding cable of the relay protection device is connected with a grounding metal piece in the wiring socket; inserting a working plug into a loop normal working jack on a wiring socket, so that a secondary loop of the relay protection device and the current transformer enters a normal working state; and pulling out the working plug from the normal working jack of the loop, connecting one end of the testing plug with the on-site calibrator, and inserting the other end of the testing plug into the current sampling jack on the wiring socket to test and detect the relay protection device.
According to the invention, the working plug is inserted into the wiring socket to realize that the secondary side current loop of the relay protection device is connected into the current transformer, so that the secondary relay protection loop on site enters a working state, and the secondary side loop of the current transformer is automatically short-circuited through the current short-circuit metal piece by pulling out the working plug, so that the automatic safety measure and isolation of the secondary loop are realized. The on-site calibrator is connected into the relay protection device through the test plug, and the test equipment is not required to be directly connected into a secondary current loop of the relay protection device, so that hidden danger caused by manual misoperation during test and overhaul is avoided, and personal safety accidents are avoided.

The specific embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1 to 6, an integrated safety measure test junction box comprises a junction socket, a working plug and a test plug 14, wherein the junction socket comprises a socket shell 1, a current sampling metal piece 6, a current short circuit metal piece 4 and a grounding metal piece 5 are installed in a cavity of the socket shell 1, the current sampling metal piece 6 is used for connecting a current wire of a secondary side of a current transformer and a relay protection device, the grounding metal piece 5 is used for connecting a grounding cable of the relay protection device, and the current sampling metal piece 6 and the grounding metal piece 5 are all high-elasticity copper metal pieces. The socket shell 1 is provided with a current sampling jack 2 and a loop normal operation jack 3, both sides of the socket shell 1, which are positioned on the loop normal operation jack 3, are respectively provided with a guide groove 7, and the socket shell 1 is also provided with a clamping groove 8.
The working plug mainly comprises an upper safety cover 12 and a lower wedge-shaped structure plug, wherein a conductive metal sheet 13 is arranged in the plug, the plug is divided into five sub-plugs, and each sub-plug is insulated from each other. In order to facilitate the pulling and inserting, two sides of the plug are respectively provided with a guide block 9 matched with the guide groove 7 on the socket shell 1, and the guide blocks 9 can play a guide role; the edge of the safety cover 12 of the working plug is also provided with a hand-held part 10, so that the insertion and extraction operations of the working plug are convenient; further, in order to make the work plug more firm after being inserted into the wiring socket, a clamping block 11 matched with the clamping groove 8 on the socket housing 1 is further arranged on the safety cover 12 of the work plug.
One end of the test plug 14 is used for being connected with a field calibrator, and the other end is used for being inserted into a current sampling jack 2 on a wiring socket to be connected with a current sampling metal piece 6.
According to the integrated safety measure test junction box provided by the invention, all the metal parts are arranged in the housing, the housing is made of the insulating material, operators cannot directly contact the electrified metal parts, and the danger of electric shock caused by mistaken touching of the wiring terminal is avoided. When the plug of the working terminal is inserted into a normal working jack of a loop on the socket shell 1 during use, the conductive metal sheet 13 on the plug is electrically connected with the current sampling metal sheet 6, so that the current sampling metal piece 6 connected with the relay protection device and the secondary side of the current transformer is closed (as shown in fig. 5), current always flows in the wiring socket, and the secondary loop enters a normal working state. When the working plug is pulled out of the normal working jack 3 of the loop, the current short-circuit metal piece 4 is firstly closed, then the conductive metal piece 13 on the plug is disconnected with the current sampling metal piece 6 (shown in fig. 6), so that the current secondary side can be prevented from being opened, at the moment, the secondary side of the current transformer is automatically short-circuited, the loop connection between the relay protection device and the current transformer is safely disconnected, and the loop can enter an overhaul state. And then the other end of the test plug with one end connected with the on-site calibrator is inserted into the current sampling jack 2 on the socket shell 1, so that the detection test of the relay protection device can be performed.
The invention realizes the sequential closing and breaking of the current sampling metal part 6 and the current short circuit metal part 4 by plugging and unplugging the working plug, is convenient for plug and play, and realizes the automatic safety measure and isolation work of the secondary circuit.

An integration safety measure test terminal box which characterized in that: the power supply socket comprises a wiring socket body, a working plug and a test plug, wherein the wiring socket body comprises a socket shell, a current sampling metal piece, a current short circuit metal piece and a grounding metal piece are arranged in a cavity of the socket shell, the current sampling metal piece is used for connecting a secondary side of a current transformer and a current wire of a relay protection device, the grounding metal piece is used for connecting a grounding cable of the relay protection device, and a current sampling jack and a loop normal working jack are arranged on the socket shell; the lower part of the working plug is a plug with a wedge-shaped structure, the plug is internally provided with a conductive metal sheet, the upper part of the working plug is a safety cover, the conductive metal sheet is connected with a current sampling metal piece after the plug is inserted into a loop normal working jack on a wiring socket, and after the working plug is pulled out from the loop normal working jack, a secondary side loop of the current transformer is in short circuit with the current short circuit metal piece; one end of the test plug is used for being connected with the on-site calibrator, the other end of the test plug is used for being inserted into a current sampling jack on the wiring socket, the plug of the working plug is divided into five sub-plugs, each sub-plug is insulated from the other, and a handheld part is arranged on a safety cover of the working plug.
2. An integrated safety measure test junction box according to claim 1, wherein: the current sampling metal piece and the grounding metal piece are both high-elasticity copper metal pieces.

An integrated safety measure test junction box according to claim 1, wherein: the socket shell of the wiring socket is provided with guide grooves at two sides of the normal working jack of the loop, and guide blocks matched with the guide grooves are arranged at two sides of the plug of the working plug.
4. An integrated safety measure test junction box according to claim 1, wherein: the socket shell of the wiring socket is provided with a clamping groove, and the safety cover of the working plug is provided with a clamping block matched with the clamping groove.

The method for using the integrated safety measure test junction box according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the method comprises the following steps: firstly, a relay protection device and a secondary side current wire of a current transformer are respectively connected with a current sampling metal piece in a wiring socket, and a grounding cable of the relay protection device is connected with a grounding metal piece in the wiring socket; inserting a working plug into a loop normal working jack on a wiring socket, so that a secondary loop of the relay protection device and the current transformer enters a normal working state; and pulling out the working plug from the normal working jack of the loop, connecting one end of the testing plug with the on-site calibrator, and inserting the other end of the testing plug into the current sampling jack on the wiring socket to test and detect the relay protection device.
