Abstract

本发明公开了一种集成式太阳能路灯蓄电池组件,包括蓄电池箱体,所述蓄电池箱体为带轴向通孔的圆柱筒结构,并通过所述轴向通孔安装固定在路灯杆的顶部;所述蓄电池箱体的顶端通过支撑杆固定连接有太阳能电池板,其外周壁面上安装有LED灯,其内部沿圆周方向均布多个蓄电池;其底部的一侧固定有控制器;所述蓄电池与LED灯、太阳能电池板和控制器之间通过绝缘导线连接。本发明一种集成式太阳能路灯蓄电池组件,通过箱体结构的设计及其与太阳能电池板和LED灯的集成式设计,一方面缩小了蓄电池箱体的体积,提高其安装稳固定;另一方面使蓄电池箱体外观上构成了装饰结构,不易被不法分子发现,降低被偷盗的概率,而且外观美观,维护方便。

一种集成式太阳能路灯蓄电池
技术领域
本发明涉及蓄电池领域,特别是涉及一种集成式太阳能路灯蓄电池。
背景技术
目前大部分的太阳能路灯均是把太阳能电池板与蓄电池分开安装,将太阳能电池板设置在灯杆的顶部,控制器及蓄电池共同放置在蓄电池箱内,然后将蓄电池箱设置在灯杆的底座内或把蓄电池箱悬挂在灯杆上,这样不但增加了路灯体积,降低路灯的美观性,而且蓄电池箱也容易受到损坏,防盗效果也不好 ;也有一些直接将蓄电池箱埋入地下,提高了蓄电池箱的安全性,减小了路灯的占地面积,但又使得维修或更换蓄电池、控制器的难度提高,增加了维护的工作量。并且太阳能电池板、蓄电池箱以及灯具之间距离较大,用导线连接增加了成本,导线出现问题时,维修不便。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种集成式太阳能路灯蓄电池,能够解决现有太阳能路灯存在的上述问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种集成式太阳能路灯蓄电池组件,包括蓄电池箱体,所述蓄电池箱体为带轴向通孔的圆柱筒结构,并通过所述轴向通孔安装固定在路灯杆的顶部;所述蓄电池箱体的顶端通过支撑杆固定连接有太阳能电池板,其外周壁面上安装有LED灯,其内部沿圆周方向均布多个蓄电池;其底部的一侧固定有控制器;所述蓄电池与LED灯、太阳能电池板和控制器之间通过绝缘导线连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述太阳能电池板的背面自上向下依次敷设有绝缘层和散热层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述LED灯环形盘绕在所述蓄电池箱体的外周。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述蓄电池为晶胶体蓄电池。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述蓄电池箱体的底部与所述路灯杆之间还设有支撑肋。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述蓄电池箱体的外周涂覆一层反光层,其箱体壁面内带有一层隔热保温材料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种集成式太阳能路灯蓄电池组件,通过箱体结构的设计及其与太阳能电池板和LED灯的集成式设计,一方面缩小了蓄电池箱体的体积,提高其安装稳固定;另一方面使蓄电池箱体外观上构成了装饰结构,不易被不法分子发现,降低被偷盗的概率,而且外观美观,维护方便。

实施例1
一种集成式太阳能路灯蓄电池组件,包括蓄电池箱体1,所述蓄电池箱体为带轴向通孔2的圆柱筒结构,并通过轴向通孔2安装固定在路灯杆3的顶部,其底部与路灯杆3之间还设有支撑肋11,用于进一步加强固定蓄电池箱体,提高其稳固性。
所述蓄电池箱体1的外周壁面上涂覆一层折射层,其箱体壁面内带有一层隔热保温材料,折射层用于将照射到蓄电池箱体上的太阳光折射出去,避免箱体吸热温度升高,其与隔热保温材料共同位置蓄电池箱体内的环境温度,防止温度过高或过低,影响蓄电池的使用寿命。
所述蓄电池箱体1的顶端通过支撑杆4固定连接有太阳能电池板5,所述太阳能电池板5倾斜式固定,其背面自上向下依次敷设有绝缘层6和散热层7,以促进太阳能电池板的散热,提高其使用寿命。
所述蓄电池箱体1的外周壁面环形盘绕有LED灯8,其内部沿圆周方向均布多个晶胶体蓄电池9;其底部的一侧固定有控制器10;所述蓄电池9与LED灯8、太阳能电池板5和控制器10之间通过绝缘导线连接。
上述集成式太阳能路灯蓄电池组件具有如下优点:
1. 蓄电池箱体为带轴向通孔的圆柱筒结构,蓄电池沿圆周方向均匀布设,这一结构设计缩小了蓄电池箱体的体积,提高其安装稳固定;
2、LED灯直接盘绕在箱体外周,使蓄电池箱体外观上构成了装饰结构,不易被不法分子发现,降低被偷盗的概率;
3、集成式设计减小了太阳能电池板、蓄电池、控制器及灯具间的距离,能有效减少太阳能路灯的制造成本,而且使太阳能路灯更加美观,而且维护方便,还能有效避免蓄电池箱受到人为破坏。

1.一种集成式太阳能路灯蓄电池组件,其特征在于,包括蓄电池箱体,所述蓄电池箱体为带轴向通孔的圆柱筒结构,并通过所述轴向通孔安装固定在路灯杆的顶部;所述蓄电池箱体的顶端通过支撑杆固定连接有太阳能电池板,其外周壁面上安装有LED灯,其内部沿圆周方向均布多个蓄电池;其底部的一侧固定有控制器;所述蓄电池与LED灯、太阳能电池板和控制器之间通过绝缘导线连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集成式太阳能路灯蓄电池,其特征在于,所述太阳能电池板的背面自上向下依次敷设有绝缘层和散热层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的集成式太阳能路灯蓄电池,其特征在于,所述LED灯环形盘绕在所述蓄电池箱体的外周。
4.根据权利要求1所述的集成式太阳能路灯蓄电池,其特征在于,所述蓄电池为晶胶体蓄电池。
5.根据权利要求1所述的集成式太阳能路灯蓄电池,其特征在于,所述蓄电池箱体的底部与所述路灯杆之间还设有支撑肋。
6.根据权利要求1所述的集成式太阳能路灯蓄电池,其特征在于,所述蓄电池箱体的外周涂覆一层反光层,其箱体壁面内带有一层隔热保温材料。
