Background

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the longitudinal folding mechanism for the bed machine, which has high processing efficiency and can automatically finish sewing the longitudinal folding edges of the bed sheet.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a longitudinal edge folding mechanism for a single bed machine comprises an edge folding frame and edge folding mechanisms positioned at two ends of the edge folding frame; the edge folding mechanism comprises an edge folding feeding frame, edge folding feeding rollers, edge folding inclined plates, a folded plate, a positioning block, a secondary edge folding positioning plate, a secondary edge folding block and a sewing machine; one side of the flanging frame is provided with a flanging feeding frame; the upper end of the flanging feeding frame is provided with a flanging feeding roller; one side of the flanging feeding roller is provided with a flanging inclined plate which is obliquely arranged on the flanging frame; a folded plate positioned on the positioning block is arranged on one side of the folded edge inclined plate, and a first folded edge opening and a second folded edge opening are respectively reserved between the folded plate and the folded edge inclined plate as well as between the folded plate and the folded edge frame; the positioning block is positioned on one side of the flanging frame; one side of the positioning block is provided with a secondary flanging positioning plate positioned at one end of the flanging frame; one end of the secondary flanging positioning plate is provided with a secondary flanging block; the secondary flanging block is provided with a secondary flanging opening; one side of the secondary flanging positioning plate is provided with a sewing machine positioned at one end of the flanging frame.
Preferably, the secondary hemming opening is arc-shaped.

The longitudinal edge folding mechanism for the single machine of the invention shown in the attached figures 1-4 comprises an edge folding frame 1 and edge folding mechanisms 13 positioned at two ends of the edge folding frame 1; the edge folding mechanism 13 comprises an edge folding feeding frame 2, an edge folding feeding roller 3, an edge folding inclined plate 4, a folded plate 5, a positioning block 6, a secondary edge folding positioning plate 7, a secondary edge folding block 8 and a sewing machine 9; one side of the flanging frame 1 is provided with a flanging feeding frame 2; the upper end of the flanging feeding frame 2 is provided with a flanging feeding roller 3; one side of the flanging feeding roller 3 is provided with a flanging inclined plate 4 which is obliquely arranged on the flanging frame 1; a folded plate 5 positioned on the positioning block 6 is arranged on one side of the folded edge inclined plate 4, and a first folded edge opening 10 and a second folded edge opening 11 are respectively reserved between the folded plate 5 and the folded edge inclined plate 4 as well as between the folded plate 5 and the folded edge frame 1; the positioning block 6 is positioned on one side of the folding frame 1; one side of the positioning block 6 is provided with a secondary flanging positioning plate 7 positioned at one end of the flanging frame 1; one end of the secondary flanging positioning plate 7 is provided with a secondary flanging block 8; the secondary flanging block 8 is provided with a secondary flanging opening 12; one side of the secondary flanging positioning plate 7 is provided with a sewing machine 9 positioned at one end of the flanging frame 1; the secondary flanging opening 12 is arc-shaped.
During the actual work, the cloth conveys between hem feeding gyro wheel and the hem swash plate, then through first hem mouth, because first hem mouth is located between hem swash plate and the folded plate, the hem swash plate is the slope setting, the cloth just conveys along hem swash plate slope like this, resume again through the second hem mouth between hem and the hem frame, thereby let the cloth both ends automatically carry out the hem, the cloth conveys second hem board lower extreme after that, the cloth of passing over the limit simultaneously enters into the secondary hem mouth of secondary hem piece and carries out the secondary hem, sew it together through the sewing machine after the cloth both ends are folded.
The longitudinal edge folding mechanism for the bed machine, disclosed by the invention, is simple and practical in structure, can automatically finish the edge folding sewing operation of the longitudinal two ends of the cloth, is automatically finished in the whole process, is high in processing efficiency, and meets the actual production and processing requirements.
