Drawings
Fig. 1 is an exploded view of an embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the embodiment of fig. 1 with the side cover open.
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the embodiment of FIG. 1 locked onto a bottle neck.
Detailed Description
Reference is made to the accompanying drawings. The wine bottle buckle capable of being operated by one hand comprises a protective cover 100, wherein a first bottle clamping part 1 and a second bottle clamping part 2 are arranged in the protective cover, the first bottle clamping part 1 is arranged above the second bottle clamping part 2, the first bottle clamping part 1 is correspondingly clamped on an annular protruding part 201 of a bottle mouth, and the second bottle clamping part 2 is correspondingly clamped on a bottle neck part 202.
The first bottle-clamping component 1 is a transverse sliding component, and can be perpendicular to the axial direction of the protective cover 100 or slightly inclined compared with the perpendicular direction, the front end of the first bottle-clamping component 1 is provided with an arc-shaped bottle-clamping mouth flange 10, and the second bottle-clamping component 2 is an upward tilting elastic arm.
A fixing bracket 101 is provided at one side of the protection cover 100, and a sliding guide hole 102 of the lateral sliding member 1 is provided in the fixing bracket 101.
The wine bottle buckle is provided with a side cover 3 rotationally connected with a protective cover 100, the side cover 3 is arranged on the side, where the protective cover 100 is provided with a fixing support 101, of the protective cover 100, the second bottle clamping piece 2 is arranged on the side cover 3, and when the side cover 3 is rotationally opened, the second bottle clamping piece 2 is automatically connected with a bottle mouth clamping state.
The protective cover 100 is provided with a driving element 4 for driving the transverse sliding element 1 to slide into an inner hole 103 of the protective cover, and the driving element 4 blocks the first bottle clamping part 1 from retreating when the side cover 3 is closed on the protective cover 100. The driving member 4 is a rotatable cam, a ratchet 41 matched with the first bottle clamping member 1 is arranged at a cam control part, the driving member 4 is rotatably arranged on the protective cover 100, and a spring 5 for driving the driving member to rotate is arranged on the side cover 3. Thus, the matching that the driving part 4 drives the first bottle clamping part 1 to slide through rotation is easier to realize, and the phenomenon of clamping is avoided. Reference numeral 40 denotes a rotating shaft of the cam, and reference numeral 105 denotes a shaft hole of the rotating shaft 40 in the protective cover. Reference numeral 42 denotes a return spring of the driver 4, which allows the driver 4 to be always in close engagement with the spring 5. The spring 5 may be a torsion spring, the axis of which is designated 50.
The wine bottle clasp is provided with a lock structure comprising a part on the side cover 3 and a part on the fixing support 101, so that the side cover is locked when the protective cover is closed.
When the wine bottle buckle is removed from the wine bottle, the wine bottle is horizontally placed, the side cover 3 is firstly unlocked and opened, the second bottle clamping piece 2 is automatically connected and disconnected from the bottle mouth, the driving piece 4 releases the barrier of the first bottle clamping piece to retreat, the first bottle clamping piece retreats by means of gravity, the clamping state of the annular protruding part 201 is disconnected, and the wine bottle buckle can be removed.
The lower portion of the side cover 3 is rotatably connected to the protection cover 100. Thus, after unlocking, the side cover 3 can be opened with ease almost by the weight of the side cover. Reference numeral 31 is a shaft thereof, and reference numeral 104 is a shaft hole of the shaft 31 in the protective cover.
A frequency element 7 in an EAS anti-theft system may be provided in the side cover.
The lock structure can adopt various lock structures which can be attracted by a magnet to unlock. Such as a latch type and a toggle type, which can be operated by a single hand. The needle bar type lock structure adopted by the embodiment is also a lock structure which can be attracted by a magnet to unlock, and comprises a needle bar 61, wherein the needle bar 61 can be fixed on a fixed frame 101, and the lock structure also comprises a lock core 60 which is positioned on a side cover and can lock the needle bar 61 and can be attracted by the magnet to unlock. The lock core comprises a conical cover 62, a plurality of steel balls (arranged in the conical cover) for clamping the needle rod 61 and a steel ball seat, wherein the steel balls are tightly extruded in the conical cover by pushing the steel ball seat through a spring, and when the side cover is closed, the steel balls penetrate into the conical cover 62 and are clamped by the steel balls, so that locking is completed. When the lock is unlocked, the magnetic lock opener is placed at the lock cylinder cover 63, the steel balls and the steel ball seats are attracted to retreat for unlocking, and then the side cover can be rotated to open.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, but the structural features of the present invention are not limited thereto, and any changes or modifications within the scope of the present invention by those skilled in the art are covered by the present invention.
