the cutting knife comprises a positioning part and a needle head part, the width of the positioning part is larger than that of the needle head part, an inclined track on the transparent sleeve comprises a first track matched with the positioning part in shape and a second track matched with the needle head part in shape, the first track is communicated with the second track, the first track is arranged in the transparent sleeve, the second track is communicated to the side face from the end face of one end of the transparent sleeve in an inclined manner, and the section shape of the straight track is the same as that of the tail end of the inclined track;

3. An endoscopic precision incision knife according to claim 2, wherein said handle sliding portion is provided with an electrical connector connected to the other end of said steel wire, said electrical connector is further connected to an external current generator.
4. An endoscopic precision incision knife according to claim 1, wherein said transparent sleeve is a rigid plastic tube.
5. An endoscopic precision incision knife according to claim 4, wherein said transparent cannula has a diameter of 2-3 mm and a length of 1.5-2 cm.

An endoscopic precision incision knife according to claim 1, further comprising a marking ring and a flexible connector, wherein the marking ring is shaped like a circular ring, the marking ring is sleeved on the tail end of the flexible connector, and the head end of the flexible connector is connected with the other end of the transparent sleeve.
7. An endoscopic precision incision knife according to claim 6, wherein the distal end of said flexible connector is provided with a tapered surface.
