Abstract

一种红花果球聚集器，是由单分拨器、双分拨器、导轨、聚拢器、气吸式采摘器、机架和导轨固定架组成。其特征在于：气吸式采摘器和导轨固定架固定在机架上，聚集器跟导轨固定在导轨固定架，单边分拨器和双边分拨器固定在导轨上。本发明可以将自然生长高低不同的果球聚集到一个小范围内，通过气吸式采摘器采摘红花花丝。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种红花果球聚集装置，属于农业机械技术领域。
背景技术
红花作为药材，具有活血通经、散瘀止痛的功效。目前，红花的收获完全由人工手工采摘完成。人工采收红花高成本与工业化加工红花的成本控制之间存在矛盾。红花花丝的收割与种子的收获不在同一时期，花丝收割时候不能损坏果球，且红花果球分布高低不均，机械收割花丝时刀具难以精准捕捉果球，达到收割花丝且不伤害果球的效果。
发明内容
鉴于上述，本发明的目的在于提供一种红花果球聚集器。
是由单分拨器、双分拨器、导轨、聚拢器、气吸式采摘器、机架和导轨固定架组成。其特征在于：气吸式采摘器和导轨固定架固定在机架上，聚集器跟导轨固定在导轨固定架，单边分拨器和双边分拨器固定在导轨上。本发明可以将自然生长高低不同的果球聚集到一个小范围内，通过气吸式采摘器采摘红花花丝。
本发明的优点及显著效果效果；
本发明可以将在轨道上的红花果球通过聚拢器强行聚拢，通过气吸式采摘器收割花丝。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明对本发明做进一步说明
如图所示,是由单分拨器（1）、双分拨器（2）、导轨（3）、聚拢器（4）、气吸式采摘器（5）、机架（6）和导轨固定架（7）组成，其特征在于：其特征在于：气吸式采摘器（5）和导轨固定架固定（7）在机架（6）上，聚集器（4）跟导轨（3）固定在导轨固定架（7），单边分拨器（1）和双边分拨器（2）固定在导轨上。
实施例
使用时，果球聚集器沿着单垄红花行移动，当果球聚集器碰到高低不同的红花时，分拨器随机将高低不同的红花果球分至不同的果球滑道里，随着果球聚集器继续移动，当过高红花果球碰到聚集器时，聚集器强制将过高的红花花果压低到气吸式采摘器高度，最后气吸式采摘器完成红花花丝的收割。

1.一种红花果球聚集器，其特征在于：单分拨器（1）、双分拨器（2）、导轨（3）、聚拢器（4）、气吸式采摘器（5）、机架（6）和导轨固定架（7）组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种红花花果聚集器，其特征在于：导轨上方有聚拢器。
