The two through holes 31 and the guide hole 32 are distributed in a regular triangle, and the piston rod of the air cylinder 51 is arranged in the middle position of the two through holes 31, so that the uneven stress of the rubber sleeve 14 can be avoided, and the two rubber sleeves 14 can synchronously move downwards along the guide column in the pressing process.
The frame 1 is also provided with a reversing valve 7, two working ports (namely, a port A and a port B) of the reversing valve 7 are respectively communicated with a rod cavity and a rodless cavity of the air cylinder 51, a through type machine control valve 9 is arranged between a first control port (namely, a port K1) of the reversing valve 7 and the air source device 8, the through type machine control valve 9 is arranged on the pressure head 3, and a first push-button type reversing valve 10 is arranged between a second control port (namely, a port K2) of the reversing valve 7 and the air source device 8. The working position of the reversing valve 7 can be changed through the first push button type reversing valve 10 and the through type machine control valve 9, so that the action of the air cylinder 51 is controlled, and the operation is convenient.
The air supply device 8 includes an air compressor (not shown) and an air supply duct system (not shown), and the specific structure thereof is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described herein.
A foot valve 11 is arranged between the air inlet (i.e. the P port) of the reversing valve 7 and the air source device 8, and the foot valve 11 is arranged at the bottom of the frame 1. When the press mounting is started, the foot valve 11 must be pressed down, and the first push-button type reversing valve 10 is pressed down to work, so that potential safety hazards caused by misoperation can be prevented.
A second button type reversing valve 12 is also arranged between the through type machine control valve 9 and the air source device 8.
Preferably, the reversing valve 7 is a two-position five-way reversing valve, and the first button type reversing valve 10, the second button type reversing valve 12, the foot valve 11 and the through machine control valve 9 are all two-position three-way reversing valves.
The working principle is as follows:
in the initial state, the reversing valve 7 is in the left position, and the piston rod of the air cylinder 51 is in the retraction state.
When the peeling roller is assembled, a shaft head at one end of a roller shaft 13 is manually placed into a peeling roller positioning hole of the positioning seat 2, the shaft head and the peeling roller positioning hole are in small clearance fit, the roller shaft 13 is ensured to be in a vertical state in the operation process, then a rubber sleeve 14 is manually sleeved on the shaft head at the other end of the roller shaft 13, then the foot valve 11 is opened, the first push-button reversing valve 10 is pressed simultaneously, at the moment, a P port and an A port of the foot valve 11 are communicated, the P port and the A port of the first push-button reversing valve 10 are communicated, a valve core of the reversing valve 7 is pushed to move leftwards, the P port and the A port of the reversing valve 7 are disconnected and communicated with a B port, at the moment, the reversing valve 7 is in a right position, a piston rod of an air cylinder 51 begins to extend, a pressure head 3 drives the rubber sleeve 14 to move downwards through the air cylinder 51, when a control unit of the through type machine control valve 9 is in contact with a limiting block 42, the P port and the through type machine control valve 9 are communicated with the A port of the through type machine control valve 9, pushing the valve core of the reversing valve 7 to move right, disconnecting the port P and the port B of the reversing valve 7, and connecting the port P and the port B with the port A, wherein at the moment, the reversing valve 7 is in a left position, a piston rod of the air cylinder 51 begins to retract, and the pressing head 3 is driven to reset, so that the press mounting of the rubber sleeve 14 is completed; and then rotating the rotating shaft 41 for 60 degrees, enabling the next limiting block 42 to be located at the working position, manually sleeving the next rubber sleeve 14, and repeating the steps until the assembly of all the rubber sleeves 14 on the peeling roller is completed.
In the process, when the control unit of the through-type machine control valve 9 is in contact with the limiting block 42 and the port P and the port A cannot be communicated, the second push-button type reversing valve 12 can be quickly pressed, the port P and the port A of the second push-button type reversing valve 12 are communicated, gas pushes the valve core of the reversing valve 7 to move rightwards through the port O and the port A of the through-type machine control valve 9, the port P and the port B of the reversing valve 7 are disconnected and communicated with the port A, at the moment, the reversing valve 7 is in the left position, and the piston rod of the air cylinder begins to retract until the piston rod is reset.
When the port P and the port A of the reversing valve 7 are disconnected and are connected with the port B, due to an abnormal condition, the operating state is in a stage that the control unit of the through type machine control valve 9 is not in contact with the limiting block 42, the second push-button type reversing valve 12 is pressed, the port P and the port A of the second push-button type reversing valve 12 are connected, gas passes through the port O and the port A of the through type machine control valve 9 to push the valve core of the reversing valve 7 to move rightwards, the port P and the port B of the reversing valve 7 are disconnected and are connected with the port A, at the moment, the reversing valve 7 is in a left position, and the piston rod of the air cylinder begins to retract until the piston rod is reset.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and for example, four sets of workpieces may be uniformly distributed with the piston as the center; the pressure head 3 can also realize up-and-down reciprocating motion in a manual mode; the power mechanism 5 can also adopt an electric sliding table and the like, and can also realize the up-and-down reciprocating motion of the pressure head 3, and the passing-through type machine control valve 9 can be replaced by a limit switch, so that the motion of the electric sliding table is automatically controlled and the like; the rotation of the rotating shaft 41 can be achieved manually, or can be achieved automatically by a stepping motor and a stepping driver, which are not described in detail herein.
The press machine can be used for press-fitting the rubber sleeve of the peeling roller of the corn peeling machine, and certainly, can also be used for press-fitting a workpiece similar to the peeling roller of the corn peeling machine, and is not described again.
Compared with the traditional peeling roller assembly mode, the corn peeling roller press provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the rotary limiting mechanism is adopted for limiting, so that the compression amount of each rubber sleeve can meet the requirement, and the consistency is good;
(2) a plurality of peeling rollers can be pressed simultaneously, and the efficiency is obviously improved;
(3) through the setting of positioning seat and each control valve, fully guarantee the security of operation process.
