Abstract

本发明涉及一种市政道路绿化苗木肥料、水拌和灌溉装置。所述的L形基座板上固定有槽缸,槽缸一侧分别贯通有注水口、注料口,另一侧分别贯通有浇灌口a、浇灌口b;所述的浇灌口a、浇灌口b分别内植搅拌杆;所述的搅拌杆是由多颗搅拌栓之间首尾相焊接成一体,并在搅拌栓环套栓套所构成;所述的槽缸一端设有气杆架,气杆架上固定有电动气杆;本发明器械发生装置结构简单、固态肥料溶于水浓度均匀效果好;适用于固态肥料的均匀性浓度的浇灌液制作;有效的避免了因水性肥料浓度不一,导致高浓度的肥料浇灌液,将幼小的苗木浇灌至死的结果,从根源上有效的避免了烧苗的问题发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种市政道路绿化苗木肥料、水拌和灌溉装置。
背景技术
育苗施肥的目的在于增加植物营养,改善土壤环境条件。施肥要符合经济原则和技术原则。施肥的经济原则,首先是施肥的经济支出不得大于其经济收入,而且力求获得最大的经济收益,以巩固和发展林业育苗事业。苗圃施肥应有经济分析,它不仅要看通过施肥对提髙苗木质量促进苗木生长的效果,还要看通过施肥能否提高苗木的产量、缩短苗木的培育期和提高成苗率。施肥的技术原则是合理施肥的依据。简单说来,就是看天、看地、看苗施肥。确定施肥措施时,要考虑育苗地点的气候条件和施肥时(主要是追肥)的天气条件。苗木整个生长期的平均气温、土温(或某一时期的平均温度)>早霜、晚霜日期,苗木生长期内降雨量的分配、风 力、蒸发量以及苗木越冬条件等,是确定施肥制度时必须考虑的。如不考虑育苗地点的早霜期,盲目增加施肥量和追肥次数,会引起苗木贪青徒长,遭受霜害。在苗木生长期内,温度高低,湿度大小,都直接影响苗木对营养元素的吸收。当温度低时,苗木吸收的养分少,尤其对氮、磷养分吸收受到限制,而对钾的吸收影响则小些。温度髙时苗木吸收的养分多。此外,气温偏高年份第一次追肥宜适当提早。多数苗圃都有较好的灌溉设施,不易受干旱的危害。但是,在降雨量偏多的年份,尤其在生长末期的降雨量偏多,施肥量大的圃地容易发生贪青,造成霜害。苗圃越冬条件对苗床越冬的苗木有很大影响,这些苗木的营养状况,关系到苗木抗冻能力和翌春的复苏。经验证明营养状况良好的红松苗比营养状况不良的红松苗越冬死亡率低,翌春萌动时间早。根据土壤状况合理施肥。是否施肥,施哪种肥料,以及施肥量的多少,都必须按土壤性质和肥力来确定。土壤的物理性质与施肥:土壤质地影响土壤水、气、热等诸多物理性质,因此,对不同质地的土壤施肥神类和措施也应有所不同。砂性土壤疏松多孔,通气性好,温度较高,水分较少,属于“热土”。宜用猪粪、牛粪等冷性肥料。施肥深度宜深。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种市政道路绿化苗木肥料、水拌和灌溉装置,是背景技术中所指出的绿化苗木施肥的一种工具器械。
本发明解决其上述的技术问题所采用以下的技术方案:一种市政道路绿化苗木肥料、水拌和灌溉装置,其主要构造有:L形基座板、槽缸、槽盖、注水口、注料口、气杆架、电动气杆、活塞、浇灌口a、浇灌口b、搅拌杆、搅拌栓、栓套,所述的L形基座板上固定有槽缸,槽缸一侧分别贯通有注水口、注料口,另一侧分别贯通有浇灌口a、浇灌口b;所述的浇灌口a、浇灌口b分别内植搅拌杆;
所述的搅拌杆是由多颗搅拌栓之间首尾相焊接成一体,并在搅拌栓环套栓套所构成;
所述的槽缸一端设有气杆架,气杆架上固定有电动气杆;所述的电动气杆的杆件末端固定有活塞,并且活塞与槽缸相匹配;
所述的槽缸上通过螺栓紧密封有槽盖;
所述的多颗搅拌栓数量为3-5颗,并且构成上述搅拌杆;
所述的活塞上开有直径为0.3-0.8cm的孔洞,数量为5-9个。
进一步地,所述的注料口、浇灌口a、浇灌口b上设有止回阀。
本发明的有益效果:器械发生装置结构简单、固态肥料溶于水浓度均匀效果好;适用于固态肥料的均匀性浓度的浇灌液制作;有效的避免了因水性肥料浓度不一,导致高浓度的肥料浇灌液,将幼小的苗木浇灌至死的结果,从根源上有效的避免了烧苗的问题发生。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1-4对本发明的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
实施例:一种市政道路绿化苗木肥料、水拌和灌溉装置,其主要构造有:L形基座板1、槽缸2、槽盖3、注水口4、注料口5、气杆架6、电动气杆7、活塞8、浇灌口a9、浇灌口b10、搅拌杆11、搅拌栓12、栓套13,所述的L形基座板1上固定有槽缸2,槽缸2一侧分别贯通有注水口4、注料口5,另一侧分别贯通有浇灌口a9、浇灌口b10;所述的浇灌口a9、浇灌口b10分别内植搅拌杆11;
所述的搅拌杆11是由多颗搅拌栓12之间首尾相焊接成一体,并在搅拌栓12环套栓套13所构成;
所述的槽缸2一端设有气杆架6,气杆架6上固定有电动气杆7;所述的电动气杆7的杆件末端固定有活塞8,并且活塞8与槽缸2相匹配;
所述的槽缸2上通过螺栓紧密封有槽盖3;
所述的多颗搅拌栓12数量为3-5颗,并且构成上述搅拌杆11;
所述的活塞8上开有直径为0.3-0.8cm的孔洞,数量为5-9个。
所述的注料口5、浇灌口a9、浇灌口b10上设有止回阀。
本装置的工作过程是:首先将注水口4接入高压水泵的供水管上,将注料口5接入粉末性的固态肥料桶上,将浇灌口a9、浇灌口b10分别套上灌溉的皮管,直送至需要浇灌的绿化苗木地上。
完成上述步骤后,启动电动气杆7使得活塞8往复的在槽缸2内进行运动,当电动气杆7由回缩的状态变成延伸的过程时,其槽缸2的变化过程是:槽缸2内部全部受压,此时由于注料口5上设有止回阀,因此注料口5端口自动关闭,避免了浇灌水进入固态肥料桶内,而注水口4接于高压水泵上故不受影响;槽缸2受压迫使浇灌口a9、浇灌口b10向外加速喷射浇灌水。当活塞8行程过至注水口4与注料口5中间位置时,活塞8后半段的槽缸2形成负压,故注料口5的止回阀开启,开始想负压的槽缸2注入粉末性的固态肥料,与此同时在负压的作用,浇灌口b10的止回阀关闭,浇灌口b10停止灌溉。
当活塞8行程过至注水口4之后,活塞8负压段的槽缸2进水,负压现象解除,并且灌溉水与固态肥料混合,固态肥料初步溶于水。当电动气杆7的完全处于延伸状态时,固态肥料初溶过程结束,此时电动气杆7的活塞8开始回缩,一旦开始回缩槽缸2内开始形成高压,注料口5的止回阀关闭,浇灌口a9、浇灌口b10开始喷射固态肥料初溶的灌溉水。
浇灌口a9、浇灌口b10喷射固态肥料初溶灌溉水的过程中,就进入了一个搅拌杆11的环节,搅拌杆1是由多颗搅拌栓12之间首尾相焊接成一体,并在搅拌栓12环套栓套13所构成,当初溶的灌溉水流过其上时,搅拌栓12上的栓套13被往前推,而当槽缸2内为负压时,在其止回阀关闭的瞬间其栓套13被吸回复位。
因此在槽缸2负压、高压的过程中,栓套13始终在进行往复的回来运动,在栓套13往复的过程中,浇灌口a9、浇灌口b10内的固态肥料初溶灌溉水加速了物理性的溶解,使其当流出浇灌口a9、浇灌口b10后,成为合格等浓度的肥料水。
传统的大桶内放入一包固态肥料然后搅拌的方式,等一段时间后,桶内的肥料水很容易造成桶底的溶度偏高,而桶表面浓度低的弊端,而且如果肥料水浇灌有的多的话,也是一种浪费,本装置就很好的解决了上述的问题。而活塞8上开有直径为孔洞其目的主要是为了由于槽缸2压力不均匀导致爆缸的事故发生。

1.一种市政道路绿化苗木肥料、水拌和灌溉装置,其主要构造有:L形基座板(1)、槽缸(2)、槽盖(3)、注水口(4)、注料口(5)、气杆架(6)、电动气杆(7)、活塞(8)、浇灌口a(9)、浇灌口b(10)、搅拌杆(11)、搅拌栓(12)、栓套(13),其特征在于:L形基座板(1)上固定有槽缸(2),槽缸(2)一侧分别贯通有注水口(4)、注料口(5),另一侧分别贯通有浇灌口a(9)、浇灌口b(10);所述的浇灌口a(9)、浇灌口b(10)分别内植搅拌杆(11);
所述的搅拌杆(11)是由多颗搅拌栓(12)之间首尾相焊接成一体,并在搅拌栓(12)环套栓套(13)所构成;
所述的槽缸(2)一端设有气杆架(6),气杆架(6)上固定有电动气杆(7);所述的电动气杆(7)的杆件末端固定有活塞(8),并且活塞(8)与槽缸(2)相匹配;
所述的槽缸(2)上通过螺栓紧密封有槽盖(3);
所述的多颗搅拌栓(12)数量为3-5颗,并且构成上述搅拌杆(11);
所述的活塞(8)上开有直径为0.3-0.8cm的孔洞,数量为5-9个。
