and when the network live broadcast with the highest attention degree is changed into a third network live broadcast, changing the program to be played with the first rank in the program list of the virtual channel into the third network live broadcast.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises:
detecting whether the first webcast currently played by the virtual channel reaches the maximum playing time;
and when the first network live broadcast reaches the maximum broadcast time length, ending the broadcast of the first network live broadcast and broadcasting the program to be broadcast with the first ranking in the program list of the virtual channel.
According to a second aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided a programming system of a virtual channel, including:

Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a program scheduling method for a virtual channel, which is used for taking a first live webcast with the highest attention degree at a current time point as a current playing program of the virtual channel, so that a viewer can directly watch the live webcast with the highest attention degree at the same time when watching the virtual channel, the workload of the viewer for selecting from massive live webcast resources is greatly reduced, and the user experience is improved. As shown in FIG. 1, the method includes steps S10-S30:
in step S10, detecting a first webcast with the highest attention at the current time point, and adding the first webcast to a virtual channel for playing; that is, in this embodiment, the live broadcast with the highest attention at the current time point (i.e., the first live broadcast) is directly added to the first position in the program list of the virtual channel and is directly played; the action may be performed after receiving an instruction from the user to watch the virtual channel, for example, the instruction triggering the user to watch the virtual channel when the user selects to start playing the virtual channel. Understandably, the selection with the highest attention at the current time point can be selected according to the watching amount or other preset indexes.
In step S20, detecting whether the first webcast currently played by the virtual channel has ended the live broadcast; that is, when the first webcast finishes the live broadcast, it is necessary to switch to another program for playing.
In step S30, when the first webcast has ended live broadcasting, a program to be played that is ranked first in the program list of the virtual channel is played. At this time, since the live broadcast of the first webcast has been finished, if the live broadcast of the first webcast is continued in the virtual channel, there is no content to be played, it is necessary to finish playing the video of the first webcast in the virtual channel, and switch to playing the program to be played that is ranked first in the program list of the virtual channel.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, step S10 of the method further includes:
step S40, detecting whether the first webcast currently played by the virtual channel has a preset time length left from a preset live broadcast end time point; that is, after the first webcast with the highest attention at the current time point is added to the first position in the program list of the virtual channel and is directly played, at this time, preparation needs to be made for confirming the program to be played with the first ranking in the program list of the virtual channel, that is, after the playing of the first webcast currently being played is finished, the program to be played with the first ranking in the program list of the virtual channel is played, so that when the playing time is away from the live broadcast finishing time point (the live broadcast finishing time point may be preset according to a requirement), the program to be played with the first ranking in the program list of the virtual channel may be set, and the preset time length may be understandable, and may be set according to a requirement.
And step S50, when the first webcast is still left with a preset time length from the preset live broadcast end time point, acquiring a second webcast with the highest attention degree at the current time point. That is, when the playing time is still a preset time from the live broadcast ending time point, the second live broadcast with the highest attention at the current time point can be acquired, and in the subsequent process, the second live broadcast is set as the first to-be-played program in the program list of the virtual channel.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, step S50 of the method further includes:
step S60, the second webcast is set as the first program to be played in the program list of the virtual channel. That is, when the playing time is still a preset time from the live broadcast ending time point, the second live broadcast with the highest attention degree at the current time point is set as the first program to be played in the program list of the virtual channel.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, step S60 of the method further includes:
step S70, when the time length of the first live webcast from the preset live webcast ending time point is less than the preset time length, detecting whether the live webcast with the highest attention degree is still the second live webcast; that is, when the playing time is still a preset time length from the live broadcast end time point, the second live broadcast with the highest attention is set as the first to-be-played program in the program list of the virtual channel, the first live broadcast does not end to the live broadcast end time point (i.e., the playing is not ended), at this time, the live broadcast with the highest attention can be changed at any time, so that the detection can be performed at regular time or in real time to confirm whether the live broadcast with the highest attention is still the second live broadcast, and the program list of the virtual channel is changed in time when the change occurs.
And step S80, when the live network broadcast with the highest attention is changed into the third live network broadcast, changing the program to be played with the first rank in the program list of the virtual channel into the third live network broadcast.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, step S10 of the method further includes:
step S90, detecting whether the first webcast currently played by the virtual channel reaches the maximum playing time; that is, referring to the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the first webcast currently played by the virtual channel ends the live broadcast, or the first webcast currently played by the virtual channel reaches the maximum play time, and who reaches the first webcast at first, the first webcast ends being played in the virtual channel.
And S100, when the first network live broadcast reaches the maximum broadcast time, ending the broadcast of the first network live broadcast and broadcasting the program to be broadcast with the first ranking in the program list of the virtual channel.
The method provided by the embodiment of the invention detects the first webcast with the highest attention at the current time point, and adds the first webcast to the virtual channel for playing; detecting whether the first network live broadcast currently played by the virtual channel is finished live broadcast or not; and when the first network live broadcast is finished, playing the first program to be played in the program list of the virtual channel. The method and the device are used for taking the first live webcast with the highest attention degree at the current time point as the current playing program of the virtual channel, so that the audience can directly watch the live webcast with the highest attention degree at the same time when watching the virtual channel, the workload of the audience needing to select from massive live webcast resources is greatly reduced, and the user experience is improved.
Corresponding to the method for programming a virtual channel provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the present invention further provides a system for programming a virtual channel, as shown in fig. 6, where the system may include:
the first detection module 61 is configured to detect a first webcast with the highest attention at a current time point, and add the first webcast to a virtual channel for playing; that is, in this embodiment, the live broadcast with the highest attention at the current time point (i.e., the first live broadcast) is directly added to the first position in the program list of the virtual channel and is directly played; the action may be performed after receiving an instruction from the user to watch the virtual channel, for example, the instruction triggering the user to watch the virtual channel when the user selects to start playing the virtual channel. Understandably, the selection with the highest attention at the current time point can be selected according to the watching amount or other preset indexes.

and the program scheduling module 66 is configured to set the second webcast as the first program to be played in the program list of the virtual channel. That is, when the playing time is still a preset time from the live broadcast ending time point, the second live broadcast with the highest attention degree at the current time point is set as the first program to be played in the program list of the virtual channel.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, the system further comprises:
a fourth detection module 67, configured to detect whether the webcast with the highest attention degree is still the second webcast when a duration of the first webcast from a preset live broadcast end time point is less than a preset duration; that is, when the playing time is still a preset time length from the live broadcast end time point, the second live broadcast with the highest attention is set as the first to-be-played program in the program list of the virtual channel, the first live broadcast does not end to the live broadcast end time point (i.e., the playing is not ended), at this time, the live broadcast with the highest attention can be changed at any time, so that the detection can be performed at regular time or in real time to confirm whether the live broadcast with the highest attention is still the second live broadcast, and the program list of the virtual channel is changed in time when the change occurs.
