Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2A-2B, in the present embodiment, the system 10 for seeking assistance in a social network is installed and operated in the electronic device 1 and the server 2. The server 2 may be a computing device, such as a computer or the like, having communication capabilities. The server 2 includes, but is not limited to, a memory 11, a processor 12, and a database 13. The memory 11 may be a memory of the server 2 itself, or may be an external storage device such as an SD Card (Secure Digital Card), an SM Card (Smart Media Card), or the like. The memory 11 is used for storing program codes of the system 10 seeking assistance in a social network, etc. The database 13 may be a hierarchical database, a network database or a relational database, and is used for storing various types of data in the server 2. The electronic apparatus 1 may be a portable electronic device having a communication function, such as a mobile phone, a tablet, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), and the like. The electronic device 1 includes a storage device 101, a processing device 102, and a display 103. The Display 103 may be an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) Display screen or an OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) Display screen for displaying text or image information.
In this embodiment, the server 2 is connected to one or more electronic devices 1 through a network 3, and is configured to receive a helper search request input by a user from the electronic device 1 when the user needs help, and query information related to the search request from the database according to the search request and feed the information back to the electronic device 1. The network 3 may be an Intranet (Internet), the Internet (Internet), a Global System for mobile communications (GSM), a Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), or the like.
In this embodiment, when the electronic device 1 runs the system 10 for seeking assistance in social network for the first time, the system 10 for seeking assistance in social network prompts the user to register and bind a commonly used social network account on the server 2. Through the social network account, the server 2 can obtain friend account information in the social network account from the social network in real time when the system 10 for seeking assistance in the social network is operated, and store the friend account information in the social network account in the database. In this way, when the user of the electronic device 1 needs help, the server 2 can accurately find the friend account that can assist the user from the friend account information stored in the database, and send the friend account to the electronic device 1 to be displayed for the user to select, so as to provide convenience for the user.
For example, fig. 5 is a data table stored in the database for counting friend account information in the social network account of the user in real time. From the statistics in this data table, it can be seen that the user's friend "zhang san" is a programmer who likes games and plays the QQ farm provided by the social network in the near future. Referring now to FIG. 3, a functional block diagram of a preferred embodiment of the system 10 for assisting in social networking of the present invention is shown. In this embodiment, the system 10 seeking assistance in a social network may be divided into one or more modules, which are stored in the memory 11 and the storage device 101 and executed by one or more processors (in this embodiment, the processor 12 and the processing device 102) to complete the present invention. The binding prompt module 21, the information obtaining module 22, the account assignment module 23, the keyword extraction module 25, the keyword assignment module 26, and the weight value calculation module 27 are operated in the server 2, and the condition input module 24 and the result display module 28 are operated in the electronic device 1. The modules referred to in the present invention refer to a series of computer program segments capable of performing specific functions, and are more suitable than programs for describing the execution process of software in the electronic device 1 and the server 2. The specific functions of the modules 21-28 will be described in detail below in conjunction with the flow chart of fig. 4.
Referring now to FIG. 4, therein is shown a flow chart of a preferred embodiment of a method of the present invention for seeking assistance in a social network. The execution order of the steps in the flowchart shown in fig. 4 may be changed and some steps may be omitted according to different requirements.
In step S31, when the user registers on the server 2, the binding prompt module 21 prompts the user to bind a commonly used social network account. The social network account may be a QQ account, a microblog account, or the like.
In step S32, when the user logs in the server 2, the information obtaining module 22 of the server 2 obtains the friend account information in the social network account of the user in real time from the social network, and stores the friend account information in the database.
In this embodiment, with the social network account, the information obtaining module 22 may obtain the friend account information in the social network account in real time through A Programming Interface (API) provided by the social network (e.g., Facebook). The friend account information includes, but is not limited to, information such as an account number of the friend account (e.g., 12345678@ qq. com, etc.), a classification of the friend account by the user (e.g., friend, relatives, classmates, strangers, etc.), a profile of the friend account (e.g., age, birthday, likes, etc.), and a relationship value (e.g., affinity value or goodness value) between the friend account and the social network account number of the user. In this embodiment, the friend account information obtained by the information obtaining module 22 is stored in the data table shown in fig. 5 in the database. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the data table is not only used to store the friend account information, but also used to record the number of times that the friend account is selected as the facilitator account (see step S37).
In step S33, when the friend account information is obtained, the account assignment module 23 of the server 2 sets a relationship weight value of the friend account according to the friend account information, and stores the relationship weight value in the database. In this embodiment, the method for setting the relationship weight value of the friend account is as follows:
first, in general, a user may identify various types of friends through the social network, and the relationships with the friends may be different. For example, friends who treat a common topic may be more intimate, and friends who do not treat the common topic may be cooler. In this case, the social network mostly describes the affinity between different accounts with a specific relationship value such as affinity value or goodness value. For example, the QQ space uses affinity values to describe affinity between different accounts. Also, generally speaking, the closer the relationship to the user, the greater the chance of being willing to assist the user. Therefore, in this embodiment, the account assignment module 23 may set the relationship weight value of the friend account according to the relationship value between the friend account and the social network account of the user in the friend account information. For example, a relationship weight value of a friend account with a relationship value of 1000 with the social network account number of the user in the friend account is set to be 5. And when the relationship value exceeds 200, adding 1 to the relationship weight value of the friend account, and when the relationship value is lower than 200, subtracting 1 from the relationship weight value, and the like.
Secondly, when a user uses the social network, different social friends are generally classified into different categories according to different relationships between the user and the social friends, for example, some friends are put into a category of "my friends", and other some friends are put into a category of "my classmates". Therefore, the account assignment module 23 may also set the relationship weight value of the friend account directly according to the classification of the friend account in the social network account by the user. For example, the relationship weight value of a friend account of a type having a relatively close relationship, such as "parent" or "family", is set to 10 as a maximum value, the relationship weight value of a friend account of a type having a generally close relationship, such as "classmate" or "colleague", is set to 5, and the relationship weight value of a friend account of a type having a relatively close relationship, such as "stranger", is set to 0 as a minimum value.
In step S34, the account assignment module 23 sets an assistance weight value of the friend account according to the number of times that the friend account is selected as an assistor account recorded in the database.
Generally, if a friend has provided assistance to a user, the chances of getting assistance from that friend are far greater than the chances of getting assistance from a friend who has not provided assistance to the user. Therefore, the invention sets a help weight value for the friend account which helps the user once, so that the friend account is easier to be selected as a helper account. Specifically, in this embodiment, when the number of times that the friend account is selected as the helper account is 0, the account assigning module 23 sets the weight value of the helper account to be the minimum value of 0. When the number of times that the friend account is selected as the helper account is not 0, the weight value of the friend account is set to be increased as the number of times increases. For example, the assist weight value is increased by 5 every time the number of times exceeds a preset value, for example, 3 times.
In step S35, when the user needs help, the condition input module 24 of the electronic device 1 receives the helper account search condition input by the user and sends the search condition to the server 2. In this embodiment, the condition input module 24 may display an input interface in the electronic device 1, for receiving the search condition input by the user.
In step S36, the keyword extraction module 25 of the server 2 receives the search condition sent by the electronic device 1, and extracts a keyword in the search condition.
In this embodiment, the method for extracting the keyword from the search condition by the keyword extraction module 25 may be: a user commonly used vocabulary statistical table is created in the storage device 101 of the electronic device 1 in advance, and user commonly used vocabularies such as "game", "program", "QQ", "movie" and the like are stored in the statistical table. After receiving the search condition input by the user of the electronic device 1, matching the vocabulary in the search condition with the user commonly used vocabulary stored in the statistical table in sequence. And the vocabulary matched with the common vocabulary in the statistical table in the search condition is the keyword in the search condition. For example, when the search condition input by the user of the electronic device 1 is "person to be programmed", the keyword extraction module 25 sequentially matches "program", "and" person "in" person to be programmed "with the commonly used words in the statistical table. In step S38, the weight value calculating module 27 performs a logic operation on the relationship weight value, the assistance weight value, and the keyword weight value of the friend account, so as to determine the priority level of the friend account according to the logic operation result. For example, the weight value calculating module 27 may perform an addition operation on the relationship weight value, the assistance weight value, and the keyword weight value of the friend account, and determine the priority level of the friend account according to the sum of the weight values of the friend account. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the higher the priority level of the friend account is, the more preferred the friend account is recommended to the user.
In step S39, the result displaying module 28 selects a friend account with the highest priority level from the friend accounts to be displayed on the display 103 of the electronic device 1 for the user to select. It should be noted that, when the user selects a friend account as a helper, the result display module 28 records that the friend account is selected as a helper account once in the data table shown in fig. 5 in the database.
It can be seen from the above steps that, when a user needs help, the account information of the social friend of the user is obtained in real time through the social network, and whether the social friend is familiar with the user (the relation value with the user) or not, whether the social friend is willing to help the user (the number of times the user has been helped) or not, and whether the field familiar with the social friend is related to the problem (namely, the keyword) which needs to be solved by the user or not are determined according to the account information. If the social friend is related to a problem that the user is familiar with, willing to help the user, and the user needs to solve, the social friend is displayed on the display 103 of the electronic device 1 for the user to select, providing convenience for the user.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, before the user inputs the search condition, the social network account number provided by the user is used to obtain the social friend account information of the user in real time in advance, so as to complete setting of the relationship and the assist weight value of the friend account. After the user inputs the helper search condition, the purpose of selecting an alternative helper account from the friend accounts can be achieved only by executing a few steps of setting the keyword weight value of the friend accounts and the like. The execution sequence of the flow steps can reduce the waiting time of the user and improve the user experience. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the process steps may also be to perform the setting of the relationship weight value, the assistance weight value, and the keyword weight value after the user inputs the assistor search condition, and finally, the purpose of selecting an alternative assistor account from the friend accounts may also be achieved. However, the waiting time of the user is increased, and the user experience is not as good as that of the embodiment.
